Abstract

The purpose of education is first and foremost. To achieve the components of learning from each other to be interrelated and integrated (systemic-organic). Learning components may include at least learners (leaner), educators, curriculum, teaching materials, source materials, media, evaluation, environmental, objectives and learning process. So that the goal is reached, all components must be organized well between each other resulting in an integrative cooperation. Therefore, teachers must not only pay attention to certain components, but have to consider those components as a whole. The learning process is an important thing to be considered by the manager of education. It is at least cover; approaches, strategies, methods, techniques, tactics, models, and designs. Design learning strategy is a necessity to achieve the learning objectives, namely to establish a framework or plan learning approach as a systematic way of communicating learning materials for learners to achieve the learning objectives. The learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently relies heavily on learning strategies. In determining and developing learning strategies should at least pay attention to the learning objectives, characteristics of the field of study, circumstances and conditions of the students. With good design learning strategies can deliver the expected achievement of learning objectives.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 1 Asembagus (State Junior High School 1 Asembagus) is the one of reference schools in implementing Situbondo Regent’s Regulation Number 5 in 2015 with coaching activities of reading and writing al-Qur’an in the form of Pesantren Sekolah (Concept of Islamic Boarding School in the School) so that the students can read al-Qur’an well and memorize Juz Amma at least 25 chapters correctly until these activities can give birth to the generation who have intellectual intelligence and noble character. The results showed that the Implementation of Regent’s Regulation Number 5 in 2015 at SMP Negeri 1 Asembagus (State Junior High School 1 Asembagus) by hold up Pesantren Sekolah (Concept of Islamic Boarding School in the School) activities. Supporting factors include intrinsic motivation of the students, Support from their family, and support from teaching staff of Tahfidul Qur’an Institution of Sukorejo Islamic Boarding School. Inhibiting factor include bad friends.

Abstract

Abstract: technological development and globalization flow have got change rapidly from one sector to another sector. That matter becomes a vital indicator to Pesantren for upgrade and keeping the qualities of graduates. So that many efforts do to provide militant, integrity, clever, and creative cadres who can give a huge contribution to the development of Indonesia country. Lesson activity that made more active and communicative can stimulate student to have enthusiasm, motivation, and concentration to get the goal of learning. One of the important competencies that have to owned by teacher based on the two ways communication paradigm is class management. Class management is a systematic and structured effort to get the goal of learning activities. The urgency of class management for the teacher in pesantren caused it can provide student to get actual work in thinking, interaction, and argue abilities. Abstract

Teacher has existencial strategic in delivering student to reach learning success. Learning success is not reached easily without there is an excellent planning by the teacher. Learning method is not the only one of learning success determinant indeed, but the excellent teaching-learning process of Islamic religion education will not be successful without the right methodology. Because of that this article tried to give description about the urgency of Islamic religious education learning methodology development, principle and basis in developing Islamic religion education learning methodology, as well as the Islamic religion education characteristic.

Abstract

Education is inevitability in life. For reaching even life perfect must be traversed by education because all side of human life is not loose from education. Feel of strong crusty push some people for knowing and studying about real life in community environment and country so that causing mutual understanding, cooperation and hel each other for achieving goals to progress together. For that required comparative study. According to Carter V. Good about Comparative education is a study in charge of comparison of theory and practice in countries which have mean for broadening views and knowledge beyond limit of his country. Method and approach of comparative study are use such as Islamic education. To advance some education must be comparative to other countries for knowing equation and difference, advantages and deficiency. So that we can take some of positive unsure which adjusted by local condition.

Abstract

The progress of Islamic boarding school education can also be proven by the development of student character. It is not uncommon to find competitions held in Islamic boarding schools, both races among students of Islamic boarding schools, competitions at the village, sub-district, district, provincial and national levels. The success of the Islamic Boarding School education system is certainly based on reasons. Many factors are the basis of the success of santriwati santriwati in Islamic boarding schools, not only in terms of academics but also in the formation of their character. These factors are also the main attraction of Islamic boarding school. This study uses qualitative research methods because the intent of the author's research is to know the analysis of Business Management and Economic Independence Nurul Haromain Islamic Boarding School Lembuak Village Narmada District West Lombok Regency. Based on data exposure and discussion of business unit management at Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School above, there are a number of points that can be concluded: 1. Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School has 14 types of businesses engaged in different fields. The overall management process of the business unit includes business design, Islamic boarding school business dynamics, business benefits and entrepreneurship ethics in Islam. The management model that is applied in the existing business units in Nurul Haromain Islamic Boarding School is the Planning, Organizing, Actuiting and Controlling model which is finally abbreviated to the POAC model. Supporting Factors: Willingness of alumni, guardians of students and sympathizers to help both in energy and mind when needed, the amount of trust and interest of consumers, good enough service and prices are relatively cheap. Inhibiting Factor: The lack of employees who occupy their fields and the existence of several business units in the pesantren complex, as a result the business cannot run properly

Abstract

Motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII MTs. Al-Islamiyah Bebidas Lombok Timur NTB pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis masih kurang/rendah, karena disebabkan proses pembelajaran kurang menyenangkan dan kurang bervariasinya metode pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, metode pembelajaran perlu diperbaiki agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sehingga hasil belajarnya pun meningkat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diterapkan metode play game numbered head together (NHT) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran al-qur’an hadist siswa kelas VII MTs. Al-Islamiyah Bebidas Lombok Timur NTB. Hal itu dapat dibuktikan: 1) Adanya peningkatan ketepatan aktivitas guru sesuai prosedur pada siklus I yaitu 78% (cukup), pada siklus II 97% hasinya meningkat (sangat baik) dan 2) Adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa MTs Al-Islamiyah Bebidas disetiap siklusnya yaitu pada pra siklus 35% dengan kriteria kurang, pada siklus I diperoleh prosentase sebanyak 55% dengan kriteria kurang, pada siklus II diperoleh prosentase sebanyak 80% dengan kriteria baik

Abstract

Da'wah can also be called Islamic communication. In practice, da'wah is more interpreted as the delivery of Islamic teachings by a preacher. Sometimes preaching like this, more nuanced entertainment, so that afterwards does not cause a positive effect on the object of preaching. This is very different from the preaching done by KH. Achmad Muzakki Syah on the recitation of the recitation of the recitation of manakib Sheikh Abdul Qodir Jailani in PP. Al-Qodiri Jember. Where preaching, he can provide peace, accepted, and practiced by the object. The findings of this study are: First, the da'wah strategy is a therapeutic da'wah with the bi al-hikmah method and the bil thing method, namely by istiqamah praying for Muslims worldwide, fond of giving charity, and morality of the mercy, tahadduts bi an-ni'mah, utilizing family competence, and form the coordinator of the management. Second, the supporting factors of the da'wah strategy are family support, patient and forgiving personalities, high power, and strange events. While the inhibiting factor of the da'wah strategy is the emergence of slander that he uses the science of pellets, the help of jinn, and religious engineering

Abstract

This research aims to provide an explanation of the urgency of the academic supervision strategy carried out by the head of the madrasa. Teacher performance is the policy line for the head of the madrasah in Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, madrasah in Lamongan. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data by means of data triangulation techniques. The results of the study confirm that the strategy used by the madrasa head in improving teacher performance is by planning academic supervision starting from the head of the madrasa to forming a supervising team. Then the team that has been formed formulates goals, sets goals, makes schedules and reviews academic monitoring instruments. Then the planning of the academic supervision program is carried out routinely at the beginning of each new school year. The preparation of the academic supervision program includes the entire learning process, namely planning, implementing and evaluating learning.
