Abstract

Drug abuse is part of the social problems that has got from studen. Cause the drug abuse is a violation of the sanctions severe enough, then obviously the addicts psychologically connect with anyone, worried that their identity and are known by the authorities. This study tries to explore what is done by the NGO Kelompok Kerja Pelita Harapan Banyuwangi that have provided counseling and psychotherapy services to his patients.Â

Abstract

Ten destructions of a nation currently prevalent in Indonesia. Many bad examples has been shown by the elite leaders, student or always involved in negative habit like drugs, free sex, fights and other. If education is not able to answer their needs, surely Indonesian will get lose one generation. Character education in this study more emphasis on character education in perspective of Pesantren, where the uniqueness perceived from the outset has implemented character education. There are three issues related to character education in formal education, intellectual, prophetic character and internalization ESQ as habit.

Abstract

Why Indonesia still need to IMF. The answer is unsufficient ability to manage its selves. The implications of propaganda is the primary awareness of importance caring human-social. A caring the social is what can make the movement of empowerment of rural communities. Edward de Bono, that in the future people should be more constructive. Humans must be more creative. Future, the globalization problem more complex. So people are required more creative and constructive. Exactly is dakwah bil-hal is dakwah bi-lisanil-hal by social action.

Abstract

Relation between religion and nation state is a term that often be a topic discuss in terms of political Islam, there is an opinion that the relationship between religion and the state are integrated as an entity, and the other say there is a mention that religion and the state it is only a mutualistic-symbiotic, in another context mentioned implementers. And the other side, the relationship between religion and the state is not at all related to each other that called secularist-liberalis. Religion should not intervene against the state, and vice versa. However, globalization makes politic loses its meaning as a tool in the struggle for the establishment of an ideal society. Thus, this paper is more emphasis on the relation between religion and the state in politic.

Abstract

The concept of government with the authority of God is not in direct contrast to the concept of theocracy whose character is essentially the direct rule of God. God is God, and man is His servant. But one thing to keep in mind that God does not regulate directly, preferably, the power of God delegated to His Messenger, Muhammad duty to spread the new religion and sharia, which all comes from God. Therefore, the Islamic system of government with the law of God as the primary source of authority, can not be categorized as a form of theocratic government directly under the administration.In simple terms the State is the organization in the region that has the highest legal authority and obeyed by his people. Pancasila as the basic philosophy of the state, the state ideology. Pancasila is used as the basis for regulating the conduct of the state. Abstract

The start of the month kamariyah not be done except by rukyatul hilal, either with the naked eye or with the aid of a tool, not the reckoning. Rukyatul is applicable rukyatul global (applies to all Muslims), not the new moon rukyatul applicable locally or regionally on the basis of the concept of mathla'; Is the benchmark rukyatul hilal is rukyatul ruler of Mecca, not absolute rukyatul moon. Unless the ruler of Mecca unsuccessful rukyat moon, then rukyat from another country can be used as a benchmark. Issues related technical rukyatul moon, for example, problem irtifa', should be resolved by consensus of experts to take the most correct opinion (sowab); Do not correct the notion that if rukyat contrary to the reckoning then taken was reckoning. Abstract

As a method of rational thinking, ushul fiqh not purely built on a foundation of logic, but also based on wahyu. The Ulama did not take the rules of usul fiqh as adapted a formal logic, but they adapt and changing into a new logical thinking which covers the whole essence of religious teachings. The colaboration wahyu and logic that makes ushul fiqh survive alot of time, even attracted the attention of the scientific to be continuously assessed. Epistemologically, usul fiqh is a scientific theory that to see work based on the Islamic arguments law. Ushul fiqh not born in empty space, but is present in accordance challenges and legal needs. The science of fiqh ushul built to formulate rules to get an Istinbath hokum according to the change and development of society
