Abstract

Drug abuse is part of the social problems that has got from studen. Cause the drug abuse is a violation of the sanctions severe enough, then obviously the addicts psychologically connect with anyone, worried that their identity and are known by the authorities. This study tries to explore what is done by the NGO Kelompok Kerja Pelita Harapan Banyuwangi that have provided counseling and psychotherapy services to his patients.Â

Abstract

Ten destructions of a nation currently prevalent in Indonesia. Many bad examples has been shown by the elite leaders, student or always involved in negative habit like drugs, free sex, fights and other. If education is not able to answer their needs, surely Indonesian will get lose one generation. Character education in this study more emphasis on character education in perspective of Pesantren, where the uniqueness perceived from the outset has implemented character education. There are three issues related to character education in formal education, intellectual, prophetic character and internalization ESQ as habit.

Abstract

Why Indonesia still need to IMF. The answer is unsufficient ability to manage its selves. The implications of propaganda is the primary awareness of importance caring human-social. A caring the social is what can make the movement of empowerment of rural communities. Edward de Bono, that in the future people should be more constructive. Humans must be more creative. Future, the globalization problem more complex. So people are required more creative and constructive. Exactly is dakwah bil-hal is dakwah bi-lisanil-hal by social action.

Abstract

Relation between religion and nation state is a term that often be a topic discuss in terms of political Islam, there is an opinion that the relationship between religion and the state are integrated as an entity, and the other say there is a mention that religion and the state it is only a mutualistic-symbiotic, in another context mentioned implementers. And the other side, the relationship between religion and the state is not at all related to each other that called secularist-liberalis. Religion should not intervene against the state, and vice versa. However, globalization makes politic loses its meaning as a tool in the struggle for the establishment of an ideal society. Thus, this paper is more emphasis on the relation between religion and the state in politic.

Abstract

The concept of government with the authority of God is not in direct contrast to the concept of theocracy whose character is essentially the direct rule of God. God is God, and man is His servant. But one thing to keep in mind that God does not regulate directly, preferably, the power of God delegated to His Messenger, Muhammad duty to spread the new religion and sharia, which all comes from God. Therefore, the Islamic system of government with the law of God as the primary source of authority, can not be categorized as a form of theocratic government directly under the administration.In simple terms the State is the organization in the region that has the highest legal authority and obeyed by his people. Pancasila as the basic philosophy of the state, the state ideology. Pancasila is used as the basis for regulating the conduct of the state. The truth of science can really know rightfully. Truth is the culmination epistemology that leads to metaphysics. The essence of science is a fitting information, object, theory with reality. Abstract

Self - actualization is the highest level in Holistic Dynamics theory to be achieved of an individual has already gets some basic requirements below. Maslow subsequently extended the idea to include his observations of humans' innate curiosity. His theories parallel many other theories of human developmental psychology, some of which focus on describing the stages of growth in humans. Maslow used the terms hierarchy of needs; physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging needs, self - esteem needs ,self - actualization . Maslow also mentioned that a healthy person is a person able to actualize themselves well and draw , they can also pay attention to the needs of higher ie fulfill the potential they have and to know and understand the world around them.

Abstract

The needs of society very complete and changing is impossible to make law codification perfectly, one of the cause is the difference between local customs are not same with the ancient customs ( Arabic’s custom). This change is not only related to the values, but also can change the religion’s law ( Islam ). So, to solve this problems, it needs the special handling who related the growing problem in the society in terms of Islamic law study. The goal is the problem can be solved by the best decision and can give the solution who is able to runned by society.Furthermore, to give the best solution about the difference needs in the society, so Islam gives a law breakthrough by considering customs as Islamic law basis. This customs becomes law source after Al-Quran and Al- Hadist, because the customs has important role in the process of decline verse. This research was conducted to know how far the influence of customs toward dynamics of islamic law. This research used explanatory research by applied qualitative research and the research result analysis used analysis content. This research showed that the customs can be used as “Hujjah” in islamic law as long as no “Sharih” explanation about the certain case and did not contrary with qhat’iy argument in the form of muqayyad not absolute) and special (not general). Based on the research result, the researcher give suggestion for the law practitioners, if they want to decide law is hoped to more concerned societies’ customs themselves, and not directed to others, in order to they can give a decision who can be runned by society.
