Abstract

The SIP (Personnel Information System) is designed to assist staff in managing the personal data of STTAD on the website. This SIP is for personnel who need personal data quickly. In the STTAD environment, the current HR information system is still operated manually. Personnel who need personal data should contact the Administrative Personnel (TS) to obtain the data required by the personnel. Through XAMPP, PHP, MySQL and PHPMyAdmin will later be used as an environment for developing SIP websites that can be accessed on the Internet. SIP can display Curriculum Vitae (RH) data and dossiers according to employees who successfully logged in at that time. SIP can be accessed by users (users) online. As well as personal data that was entered by the administrator into the database and then registered in the domain house (domain name) so that he receives the domain address and the user can open it through a web browser. Which later this system can be visited by the user through a web browser and make it easier for staff in terms of searching for personal data of staff.

Abstract

Leaving an electrical appliance connected to an outlet when not in use or on standby accounts for 80% of electricity wastage. A study conducted by the Lawrence National Laboratory, it was revealed that when a cellphone charger is still connected to a wall socket when not in use, there is still power being released. The purpose of this research is to make a smart socket based on the Internet of things (IoT) to be able to save electricity. An IoT smart socket that is designed to be integrated with an Android-based smartphone application. The IoT smart socket uses the ACS-712 current sensor and the ZMPT101B voltage sensor to measure electrical energy and then uses the Arduino Nano microcontroller and NodeMCU ESP8266 so that the socket can communicate with the Google Firebase cloud via Wi-Fi connection to the internet. The IoT smart socket uses a relay module as a switch, and the micro SD and RTC DS3231 modules record and store data (data logging) of electrical energy information that has been issued. The IoT smart outlet is integrated with Android smartphone applications created through Android Studio. The IoT smart socket in this study has 2 socket holes and features Wi-Fi pairing, electrical energy measurement, data logging, and socket scheduling (timer). The IoT smart outlet has an average measurement error of 3.27% when compared to a measuring instrument, and there is an error in the outlet timer feature with a delay of 5 to 30 seconds. The IoT smart socket is still said to be valid and can function properly.

Abstract

The protection system against disturbances in induction motors has an important role in industry. In general, protection in electrical installations only uses MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) and fuses which can only protect against overcurrent and short circuits and there are still many kinds of important protection that have not been covered in it even though along with technological developments many electronic protection devices have been created. The purpose of this final project is to plan and manufacture electronic motor relays against over load, phase loss, phase reverse, phase unbalance, short circuit, ground fault, and locked rotor disturbances. The AVR microcontroller is used as a controller for all systems in detecting disturbances. Where the current setting range and trip time are programmed using the C language which is operated with a keypad and displayed on the LCD. As current and voltage sensing using current transformers and voltage transformers. As for sensing phase reverse, it takes the signal from the differential amplifier and forwards it to zero crossing, trigger and X-or. Testing the accuracy of the electronic motor relay is carried out in each fault. The data obtained shows that the microcontroller can be used as a precision analog voltage controller. This is because the AVR microcontroller has good features and is supported by adequate processor speed for use in this kind of application.

Abstract

This research is for the possibility of automating the assessment of hand radiographic joint damage in rheumatoid arthritis. The objective of this research is to design a segmentation algorithm to obtain the area which is the joint space object. This study has collected 46 radiographic images of the hands. Image preprocessing is performed using adaptive thresholds and the concept of morphological gradient, then segmentation is performed using branches filtering approach. Analysis based on accuracy, sensitivity and specificity compared with manual segmentation by experts. The results of segmentation research preceded by preprocessing produce better images with an accuracy of 96.413%, a sensitivity of 72.121% and a specificity of 97.891% in the highest percentage.

Abstract

Menara Base Transceiver Station (BTS) is a telecommunications station whose main function is to facilitate wireless communication between communication devices (clients) and network operators. BTS towers are usually built in densely populated residential areas, due to distributing telecommunications networks. Because it was built in a densely populated settlement, it is necessary to pay attention to the feasibility maintenance of the BTS tower. BTS tower maintenance is intended so that BTS towers can work optimally and reduce the risk of collapsing. The prototype will be made with several components, namely the MPU-6050 sensor, Arduino Uno and LCD. MPU-6050 to detect the tilt of the BTS tower. After 10 tests of pitch and roll angles, the prototype of the BTS tilt has an average error of 1.077 for pitch angle and 1.703 for roll angle. These results are still valid in monitoring the angle of inclination of the BTS

Abstract

Researchers projected data on the number of child and under-five deaths recorded at the East Nusa Tenggara Province BPS using the parabolic trend model. The data reference used is BPS data for the province of East Nusa Tenggara from 2016 to 2020. Based on the analysis of the researcher's data, it was found that the number of cases of infant and under-five deaths in 2021 recorded in the NTT BPS data was 346.5 people. the number of cases of infant and under-five deaths in 2022 recorded in the BPS NTT data was 1,054.63 people, and the number of cases of infant and under-five deaths in 2023 recorded in the NTT BPS data was 2,457 people. The researcher concluded that there was an increase in awareness from the public to take medical action and also the seriousness of the medical staff to record properly and increase work discipline. It is also necessary to take strategic steps to reduce the number of child and under-five mortality cases in East Nusa Tenggara province.

Abstract

Damage to the bridge resulted in disruption of the activities of residents who want to cross the bridge. Damage to the bridge is not only due to problems with the infrastructure but can also be caused by humans, one of which is due to excess capacity on the bridge so that the construction of the bridge cannot hold or accommodate many people resulting in the bridge collapsing and resulting in several fatalities. This research is expected to help reduce and prevent damage to the bridge structure by implementing a Load Sensor using the ESP8266 microcontroller. This system is based on the Internet of Things (IoT). Based on the research results, when the condition of the bridge has no visitors, the resulting weight is 0, the display on the serial monitor "No Visitors..!!,","LOADS ARE SAFE..!!". weight of 3 kg, display on the serial monitor "LOAD SAFE.. !!,", "Number of visitors = 5", "LOAD = 3.03 kg". , a warning will appear "Visitors Full = 10", "LOAD OVER", "Number of Visitors = 10", "IN = 10", "OUT = 0", "LOAD = 6.67kg" on the Serial Monitor. the number of visitors will decrease when visitors leave the bridge.

Abstract

The structure in this study involves taking data on obtaining PIP scholarships with various predetermined indicators (parental income, parents' occupation, vehicle ownership, KIP, KKS, place of residence, number of siblings, PKH) as scholarship recipients. Held in one of the state schools SMPN 9 Blitar City. Where the data is processed with an unsupervised learning algorithm, namely K-Means Clustering with the calculation of the Euclidean distance with the closest value distance from the predetermined centroid which is then used to determine the recipient of the PIP scholarship. The sample test was conducted on 289 students which could be implemented properly and the cluster was running according to the provisions set as indicators of 10 attributes (X1-X10).

Abstract

The selection of personnel for the IT Infrastructure Section of the Indonesian Navy has the duty and responsibility to protect IT Infrastructure in the Indonesian Navy in protecting infrastructure assets from cyber security attacks which are increasingly being carried out by irresponsible parties. In carrying out their duties, proper staffing data is required according to the field and in accordance with the criteria related to Engineering, Tactics and Strategic. Therefore, this research developed a decision support system to analyze and select appropriate personnel in the field and according to the criteria to be able to develop and maintain IT Infrastructure in the Indonesian Navy. The method used in this study is to use the Vikor method. with research subjects are IT Infrastructure personnel in the Indonesian Navy. the calculation results from the Vikor method with Technical, Tactical and Strategic criteria will show appropriate personnel with qualified capabilities in protecting IT Infrastructure in the Indonesian Navy from Cyber attacks.
