Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses pembayaran dan pencatatan Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP/PRM) di SMK Ngunut Tulungagung yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Keterbaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), analisis efisiensi throughput, serta usability testing dalam pengembangan sistem pembayaran digital berbasis web (e-SPP) di lingkungan SMK. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan bendahara sekolah serta petugas loket. Hasil analisis menunjukkan efisiensi throughput awal pada proses pembayaran sebesar 50% dan pencatatan sebesar 85%. Setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang berbasis sistem digital terintegrasi, proses pembayaran dan pencatatan dapat dilakukan secara otomatis dan real-time, sehingga menghilangkan antrean, pencatatan berulang, dan rekapitulasi manual. Implementasi sistem meningkatkan efisiensi throughput menjadi 100% serta menurunkan waktu proses dari 216 menit menjadi 12 menit. Hasil usability testing menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan kategori Good dan Acceptable, yang menandakan sistem dapat diterima pengguna. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem informasi pendidikan dalam mendukung transformasi digital administrasi keuangan sekolah.Kata kunci: Business Process Reengineering, BPMN, Pembayaran SPP, Sistem Informasi Pendidikan, Efisiensi ThroughputAbstract: This study aims to improve the efficiency of tuition payment and recording processes (SPP/PRM) at SMK Ngunut Tulungagung, which are still conducted manually. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), throughput efficiency analysis, and usability testing in the development of a web-based digital payment system (e-SPP) in the vocational school environment. Data were collected through observations and interviews with the school treasurer and payment counter staff. The analysis results indicate that the initial throughput efficiency was 50% for the payment process and 85% for the recording process. After implementing a redesigned integrated digital system, payment and recording activities could be performed automatically and in real-time, eliminating queues, redundant records, and manual recapitulation processes. The implementation increased throughput efficiency to 100% and reduced processing time from 216 minutes to 12 minutes. Furthermore, usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in Good and Acceptable categories, indicating that the proposed system is well accepted by users. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan berupa penerapan algoritma Dijkstra pada Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) potensi desa berbasis web, yang masih jarang diterapkan pada visualisasi potensi pedesaan. Sistem dikembangkan untuk memetakan potensi Desa Karangjaladri secara akurat dan interaktif menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Algoritma Dijkstra digunakan untuk menentukan rute terpendek menuju lokasi potensi desa pada sektor UMKM, pariwisata, perikanan, dan pertanian. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, MySQL, dan OpenStreetMap guna mendukung pengelolaan data spasial dan penyebaran informasi desa secara lebih efektif. Selain itu, sistem diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dan perangkat desa dalam mendukung perencanaan pembangunan yang transparan dan partisipatif. Hasil pengujian beta menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap 134 responden menunjukkan respons sangat positif, dengan nilai Perceived Ease of Use 88,8%, Perceived Usefulness 89,55%, Attitude Toward Using 89,698%, Behavioral Intention 90,07%, dan Actual Use 89,50%.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografis, Potensi Desa, Algoritma Dijkstra, Rapid Application Development (RAD)Abstract: This research offers novelty through the implementation of the Dijkstra algorithm in a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) for village potential mapping, which is still rarely applied in rural potential visualization. The system was developed to map the potential of Karangjaladri Village accurately and interactively using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The Dijkstra algorithm was applied to determine the shortest routes to village potential locations in the sectors of MSMEs, tourism, fisheries, and agriculture. The system was built using PHP, MySQL, and OpenStreetMap to support spatial data management and information dissemination more effectively. In addition, the system is expected to assist the community and village officials in supporting transparent and participatory development planning. The beta testing results using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) involving 134 respondents showed very positive responses, with scores of 88.8% for Perceived Ease of Use, 89.55% for Perceived Usefulness, 89.698% for Attitude Toward Using, 90.07% for Behavioral Intention, and 89.50% for Actual Use.Keywords: Geographic Information System, Village Potential, Dijkstra Algorithm, Rapid Application Development (RAD)

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan kejuruan merupakan sistem pendidikan yang berorientasi pada kesiapan kerja, salah satunya melalui Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di SMKN 1 Kota Bima menuntut kualitas pembelajaran yang didukung fasilitas dan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sentimen siswa terhadap pembelajaran TKJ menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada penerapan analisis sentimen berbasis Naïve Bayes pada data opini siswa TKJ di SMKN 1 Kota Bima yang sebelumnya belum pernah dilakukan, serta penggunaan data primer langsung dari siswa untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pembelajaran dan fasilitas sekolah. Dibandingkan metode lain seperti Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Deep Learning, Naïve Bayes dipilih karena lebih sederhana, efisien, dan mampu bekerja baik pada jumlah data terbatas. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa kelas X–XII dengan total 106 data. Tahapan penelitian meliputi preprocessing, pembobotan TF-IDF, dan pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 77,27%, dengan performa terbaik pada kelas positif, sedangkan kelas netral memiliki performa terendah akibat jumlah data yang sedikit.Kata kunci: Naïve Bayes, Analisis Sentimen, Data MiningAbstract: Vocational education is an education system focused on work readiness, one of which is through Vocational High Schools (SMK). The Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) program at SMKN 1 Kota Bima requires high-quality instruction supported by effective facilities and teaching strategies. This study aims to analyze student sentiment toward TKJ learning using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The novelty of this research lies in the application of Naïve Bayes-based sentiment analysis to data on the opinions of TKJ students at SMKN 1 Kota Bima, which has not been done before, as well as the use of primary data directly from students to evaluate the quality of learning and school facilities. Compared to other methods such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Deep Learning, Naïve Bayes was chosen because it is simpler, more efficient, and capable of performing well with limited data. Research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to students in grades X–XII, yielding a total of 106 data points. The research stages included preprocessing, TF-IDF weighting, and testing using a confusion matrix. The results showed an accuracy of 77.27%, with the best performance in the positive class, while the neutral class had the lowest performance due to the small amount of data.Keywords: Naïve Bayes, Sentimen Analysis, Text Mining

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi determinan yang mendorong penggunaan nyata (actual usage) SIAKAD melalui pengembangan TAM. Penambahan digital literacy sebagai variabel intervening dalam pengembangan model. Penelitian dilakukan pada civitas akademika di Institut Teknologi Gamalama Ternate yang baru mengimplementasikan SIAKAD sebagai sistem utama dalam pengelolaan akademik. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan aktual SIAKAD. Kedua variabel tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi digital. Digital literacy terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap penggunaan aktual sistem, serta berperan sebagai mediator pada hubungan perceived usefulness terhadap penggunaan aktual. Namun peran mediasi ini tidak terjadi pada hubungan perceived ease of use terhadap penggunaan aktual. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa keberhasilan implementasi SIAKAD pada tahap awal, persepsi kemudahan mampu mendorong penggunaan aktual secara langsung namun persepsi manfaat memerlukan dukungan literasi digital untuk lebih meningkatkan penggunaan aktual. Kontribusi empiris pada pengembangan TAM dengan menunjukkan bahwa peran digital literacy sebagai mediator menjadi salah satu hasil dalam penelitian ini, sehingga strategi peningkatan literasi digital perlu diarahkan untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat sistem, bukan hanya meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaannya. The addition of digital literacy as an intervening variable in model development. The research was conducted on the academic community at the Gamalama Institute of Technology Ternate which has just implemented SIAKAD as the main system in academic management. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was used in this study. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire deployment and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results of the study show that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on the actual use of SIAKAD. These two variables also have a positive and significant influence on digital literacy. Digital literacy has been proven to have a direct influence on the actual use of the system, as well as acting as a mediator on the relationship between perceived usefulness and actual use. However, this mediation role does not occur in the relationship of perceived ease of use to actual use. These findings confirm that the successful implementation of SIAKAD in the early stages of ease perception is able to encourage actual usage directly, but the perception of benefits requires digital literacy support to further increase actual usage. The empirical contribution to the development of TAM by showing that the role of digital literacy as a mediator is one of the results in this study, so the strategy to improve digital literacy needs to be directed to optimize the benefits of the system, not just increase its ease of use. Abstract: Based on this research, he application of the FP-Growth algorithm to identify culinary patterns. tourism promotion strategy in Ternate by knowing customer purchasing patterns in making promotional decisions so that it is targeted. The evaluation analysis indicates that applying FP-Growth is beneficial in devising effective promotional strategies by detecting frequently bought products. The detected patterns facilitate more efficient cross-selling and up-selling approaches, enabling businesses to react faster to marketplace shifts, enhance stock management efficiencies, and result in higher consumer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Indari merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Bacan Barat, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, yang memiliki beragam potensi sumber daya alam dan sosial, meliputi sektor pertanian, perkebunan, perikanan, fasilitas umum, serta infrastruktur dasar desa. Namun pendokumentasian potensi tersebut selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum termanfaatkan secara optimal dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan desa. Ketiadaan sistem berbasis peta digital membuat informasi potensi sulit diakses dan tidak tersaji secara spasial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang dapat menampilkan peta interaktif Desa Indari beserta sebaran titik strategis dan potensi desa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara perangkat desa, dokumentasi potensi, analisis dan perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak, serta menggunakan model waterfall sebagai model pengembangan sistem. Implementasi SIG dilakukan menggunakan Leaflet.js dan framework PHP CI sebagai halaman utama web. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem SIG berhasil menampilkan peta desa dengan marker titik potensi, layer batas wilayah, informasi atribut melalui popup, serta halaman pendukung yang terintegrasi dengan menu website. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi potensi desa dan dapat menjadi dasar perencanaan berbasis data spasial.Kata kunci: SIG, WebGIS, potensi desa, Leaflet, informasi spasialAbstract: Indari Village is one of the villages in West Bacan Subdistrict, South Halmahera Regency, which has a variety of natural and social resources, including agriculture, plantations, fisheries, public facilities, and basic village infrastructure. However, the documentation of these resources has been done manually and has not been optimally utilised in the village development planning process. The absence of a digital map-based system makes it difficult to access information on potential resources and prevents it from being presented spatially. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that can display an interactive map of Indari Village along with the distribution of strategic points and village potential. The methods used include field observations, interviews with village officials, documentation of potential, and system analysis and design using a software engineering approach. The GIS implementation was carried out using Leaflet.js and the PHP CI framework as the main web page. The implementation results show that the GIS system successfully displays village maps with markers for potential points, boundary layers, attribute information through pop-ups, and supporting pages integrated with the website menu. This system can improve the effectiveness of conveying information on village potential and can be the basis for spatial data-based planning.Keywords: GIS, WebGIS, village potential, Leaflet, spatial information

Abstract

Abstrak: Transformasi digital di sektor pendidikan mendorong sekolah memanfaatkan website sebagai media utama penyedia layanan informasi akademik dan nonakademik. Namun, keberadaan website belum tentu menjamin pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Usability yang rendah dapat menghambat akses informasi, mengurangi kenyamanan, dan menurunkan efektivitas layanan digital. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi usability diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi kualitas penggunaan website serta aspek yang perlu diperbaiki. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi usability website SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan menyusun rekomendasi pengembangan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 201 responden yang terdiri atas siswa, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Instrumen SUS diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan SPSS sebelum analisis dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 62, termasuk kategori Marginal Low, Grade D, dengan tingkat penerimaan OK/Fair. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa website telah berfungsi sebagai media penyampaian informasi, tetapi masih memerlukan peningkatan pada aspek navigasi, konsistensi antarmuka, dan penyajian informasi. Penelitian ini memberikan evaluasi usability yang komprehensif sekaligus rekomendasi perbaikan sebagai acuan pengembangan website untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi digital di lingkungan sekolah.Kata kunci: System Usability Scale, Website, Usability, EvaluasiAbstract: Digital transformation in the education sector is encouraging schools to utilize websites as the primary medium for providing academic and non-academic information. However, the mere existence of a website does not necessarily guarantee an optimal user experience. Poor usability can hinder access to information, reduce convenience, and diminish the effectiveness of digital services. Therefore, a usability evaluation is necessary to assess the quality of the website’s usability and identify areas for improvement. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method and to formulate development recommendations based on user perceptions. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 201 respondents, consisting of students, teachers, and educational staff. The validity and reliability of the SUS instrument were tested using SPSS before the analysis was conducted. The results showed an average SUS score of 62, falling into the “Marginal Low” category (Grade D), with an acceptance level of “OK/Fair.” These findings indicate that the website functions as a medium for conveying information but still requires improvements in navigation, interface consistency, and information presentation. This study provides a comprehensive usability evaluation along with recommendations for improvement as a reference for website development to enhance the quality of digital information services in the school environment.Keywords: System Usability Scale, Website, Usability, Evaluation

Abstract

Abstrak: Keterbatasan akses internet di wilayah terpencil masih menjadi salah satu kendala dalam mewujudkan pemerataan layanan informasi dan komunikasi. Permasalahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti minimnya infrastruktur telekomunikasi, kondisi geografis yang sulit dijangkau, serta tingginya biaya pembangunan jaringan. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut adalah Wireless Mesh Network (WMN), yaitu arsitektur jaringan yang bersifat desentralisasi sehingga setiap node dapat berfungsi sebagai penghubung sekaligus pengguna jaringan. Karakteristik tersebut memungkinkan jaringan tetap beroperasi secara andal meskipun terjadi perubahan topologi atau gangguan pada salah satu node. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Wireless Mesh Network yang dikombinasikan dengan pengaturan trafik data untuk mendukung konektivitas jaringan di daerah terpencil. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian terapan melalui simulasi jaringan dengan Cisco Packet Tracer, yang meliputi perancangan topologi, konfigurasi perangkat jaringan, implementasi protokol Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), serta pengujian komunikasi data antarperangkat. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh skenario komunikasi data dan layanan Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) berhasil dijalankan dengan status successful. Selain itu, penerapan topologi Wireless Mesh Network yang dipadukan dengan protokol EIGRP mampu menjaga konektivitas jaringan secara konsisten pada setiap skenario pengujian serta menyediakan jalur komunikasi yang stabil dalam lingkungan simulasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model jaringan yang dikembangkan memiliki potensi sebagai salah satu alternatif solusi dalam mendukung pemerataan konektivitas jaringan di wilayah terpencil.Kata kunci: Jaringan mesh, network simulasi, Quality of Service (QOS)Abstract: Limited internet access in remote areas remains one of the obstacles to achieving equitable access to information and communication services. This problem is influenced by various factors, such as a lack of telecommunications infrastructure, difficult-to-reach geographical conditions, and the high cost of network construction. One approach that can be applied to address this situation is the Wireless Mesh Network (WMN), a decentralized network architecture in which each node functions as both a connector and a network user. This characteristic allows the network to continue operating reliably even in the event of topology changes or disruptions to a single node. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a Wireless Mesh Network combined with data traffic management to support network connectivity in remote areas. The study employs an applied research method through network simulation using Cisco Packet Tracer, which includes topology design, network device configuration, implementation of the Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), and testing of data communication between devices. The simulation results show that all data communication scenarios and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services were successfully executed. Furthermore, the implementation of a Wireless Mesh Network topology combined with the EIGRP protocol was able to maintain consistent network connectivity in every test scenario and provide a stable communication path within the simulated environment. This study demonstrates that the developed network model has the potential to serve as an alternative solution for supporting equitable network connectivity in remote areas.Keywords: Mesh network, network simulation, Quality of Service (QOS)
