Abstract

Infrastructure is one of the national development priorities in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020-2024 as infrastructure development aimed to improve the economic condition and provide basic services. One of the challenges of providing good-quality infrastructure is the need for a huge amount of budget while the government's financial capacity is very limited. Accordingly, developing sufficient infrastructure across the country has become a crucial problem for central, regional, and local governments. The government is, therefore, should create innovation for the infrastructure financing mechanism by using the non-government budgeting scheme. This study aims to analyze the scheme of non-government budgeting that is suitable in Indonesia. The analysis uses a scoring method based on criteria compiled from the literature. Interviews with relevant stakeholders were applied to examining the scoring analysis. The result shows that there are four potential schemes to be developed in Indonesia, which are land consolidation, loans, bonds, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP).

Abstract

Project cost estimates must be prepared before the project is implemented. The Cost Significant Model is a model of estimating total construction costs, based on past construction data using the Pareto Principle. The purpose of this research is to apply the method of cost significant models to a building project to determine the initial cost of a building project. The estimated cost per m2 model is Y = 11,564 (X3) + 2949750.72, where X3 is the cost per m2 of foundation, sloof, and floor work. The accuracy of the Cost Significant Model ranges from -9.4% to 4.8%. This estimation model is feasible to be used to check the estimated offer.

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator of a process of economic development conducted both at the national and regional level. to increase economic growth that implemented through the effectiveness and efficiency of economic development, implementation of economic development needs to directed to the sectors that can give large multiplier effect on different sectors and the economy. Indonesia's economic development is closely related to agricultural development since Indonesia itself is an agrarian country that has most of its people as farmers. This research aims to find potential in the province of West Papua with selections of excellent commodities suitable to be developed and analyze sub-sector agriculture to the district economy Manokwari period 2013-2017 contributes. The method of analysis used is "Location Quotient" and Shift Share Analysis technique. The results showed that most of Manokwari district in West Papua Province has a base sector that is agriculture sector, services sector and building sector.

Abstract

Problems with road construction over problematic soils without soil improvement or reinforcement generally will result in embankment instability and settlement. Many road networks over problematic subgrade in some areas in Indonesia experienced significant decrease of service levels before attaining their service life. Lack of understanding of subgrade characteristics results in ineffective and inefficient selection of construction methods. The tendency to choose the method used is still based on budgeting scheme. The selection of road construction methods on subgrade problems with a Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) analysis can save time in making decisions based on expertise of experts, so that the risk of inaccuracies in the method selection results in in approriate decision making can be minimized. Based on the results of analysis by taking case study of Pemalang - Batang toll road at the depth of 10 to 20 meters and using CBR analysis, obtained 97.74% similarity of Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) construction method combined with vacuum preloading and Prefabricated Horizontal Drain (PHD) method.

Abstract

Beton Geopolimer merupakan beton yang menggunakan material anorganik produk sampingan hasil limbah padat industri yang disintesis melalui proses polimerisasi seperti fly ash, terak besi, terak nikel, dan material lainnya yang mengandung unsur Alumunium (Al) dan Silika (Si) yang tinggi. Produksi 1 ton semen Portland menghasilkan emisi gas CO2 sebesar 1 ton ke atmosfer sehingga dapat membahayakan lingkungan seperti pemanasan global. Tujuan dari studi literatur ini adalah untuk menunjukan bagaimana karakteristik mekanik pada beton geopolimer dalam penggunaan 100% produk sampingan limbah industri (ferrous dan non-ferrous) sebagai pengganti semen Portland sepenuhnya pada beton konvensional, serta meninjau dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkan akibat penggunaan limbah tersebut dengan menggunakan analisis TCLP. Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) merupakan prosedur untuk mengetahui kadar logam berat pada produk sampingan limbah industri (ferrous dan non-ferrous) yang dapat larut dan dapat mencemari lingkungan. Studi pustaka yang membahas material anorganik mengenai beton geopolimer secara holistik masih sedikit. Beberapa faktor yang dapat memengaruhi karakteristik mekanik beton geopolimer antara lain proporsi campuran, penggunaan admixture, pemilihan material anorganik, metode perawatan dan durasi perawatan, dan rasio larutan alkali sebagai aktivator. Proporsi campuran yang tepat dapat menghasilkan workability yang baik, kuat tekan, dan kuat tarik belah yang tinggi. Metode dan durasi perawatan dengan pemanasan (oven curing) mampu menghasilkan kekuatan mekanik yang lebih besar dibanding dengan metode perawatan suhu ruangan. Studi literatur ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pedoman dalam pengembangan beton geopolimer kedepannya bagi para peneliti dan industri.

Abstract

The Sumatera West-Intercity Road has had an essential role in connecting several regions in Sumatera Province because it has been the main route for logistic and passenger movements, especially in the Sumatera Island region. Besides, this road network also has a vital role in supporting economic growth, industry, and tourism for the surrounding area. This corridor already developed then continues to grow with traffic congestion appears at several locations such as Gedong Tataan District, Gisting District, and Pringsewu District. In this study, a feasibility study evaluates four road network improvement options. The first alternative is the widening of the Kemiling Sub-District Section, Bandar Lampung to Kota Agung District, Tanggamus Regency. The Second is a construction of four ring- roads, Gedong Tataan Ring-Road, Pringsewu Ring-Road, Talang Padang Ring-Road, and Gisting Ring-Road. The third alternative is planning the construction of a new corridor from Bandar Lampung to Pringsewu, and the last alternative is a construction of all new corridor from Bandar Lampung to Tanggamus. The evaluation carries by a multi-criteria analysis by considering six aspects of evaluation, including economic feasibility, level of road functionality, social and environmental impacts, development of the road network, vehicle movement, and accessibility of funding. From the results of the study, the main priority is the development of alternative 2 (Development four ring-road) with point 76.

Abstract

Grogol Station is a Commuter Line KRL Station located on Prof. Dr. Latumenten Street, Jelambar, West Jakarta. This station is included in the small class station and activated in June 2015, but an increase in the number of passengers occurs every year. This indicates that Grogol Station has the potential to be further developed, supported by a strategic location so that many passengers use the KRL Commuter Line in this station. Therefore this study aims to evaluate the performance of services and facilities at Grogol Station and to analyze the level of passenger satisfaction with the services and facilities that have been provided. This study was conducted by direct observation to evaluate the performance of services and facilities at Grogol Station which will be compared with the Minimum Services Standards at PM 63 in 2019. In addition, questionnaires were distributed to analyze the level of passanger satisfaction with the services and facilities provided. The results of the questionnaire will go through validity and reliability tests, then processed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Based on the results of the evaluation, Grogol Station has fulfilled 78,72% of the benchmarks in PM 63 of 2019. From the analysis of the level of the passenger satisfaction, the average value of conformity is still below 100%, that is 77,07%. This means that the performance of services and facilities at Grogol Station is still not as expected, so it does not satisfy the passenger yet. This can be seen from the position of attributes that are still in quadrant A and quadrant C which require treatment to improve their performance.

Abstract

Bandar Lampung is the largest city in Lampung province and the third most populous city on Sumatra island. The population of this city is increasing every year. Since Bandar Lampung becomes a business center, it causes a transportation problem. One of which is parking in a public area like a mall. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the parking characteristics in Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang and to analyze the capacity and parking spaces needs in Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang. The method in this study uses secondary data consisting of data in and out of parking vehicles. From these data, an analysis is carried out to obtain the accumulation of parking, parking volume, parking duration, parking turnover rate, parking capacity, parking index, and parking requirements. The results of this study are maximum accumulation parking for cars is 592 vehicles, while motorcycles are 676 vehicles, with the average are 536 for cars and 580 for motorcycles. For maximum daily volume, the results are 1803 for cars and 1764 for motorcycles, with daily average are1429 for cars and 1495 for motorcycles. For the average duration of cars and motorcycles are 3,6 and 3,7 hours. The result for maximum car parking turnover is 4,145 with the average is 3,284. While for motorcycle is 3,285 with the average is 3. The average for parking index is 1,215 for cars and 1,131 for motorcycles. The maximum capacity of parking is 498 PSU while the needs are 572 PSU, So it can be concluded that the existing parking capacity is not able to meet the needs. It can be concluded that the existing parking capacity is not able to meet the needs. As an alternative to choosing the parking facility at Chandra Super Store, the Hydraulic Automatic Parking system.

Abstract

Lampung Province continues to experience increased population mobility and economic growth considering its location as the gateway to the island of Sumatra. The addition of transportation modes is a solution to the increasing need for comprehensive and optimal transportation. One of the efforts to increase the mode is the construction of a railway line to Raden Inten II Airport which is targeted to become an international airport. In this study, an analysis of the financial and economic feasibility of the railway line development was carried out with a quantitative approach using Life Cycle Costing (LCC) analysis. The calculations are made using several assumptions, including the increase in operating and maintenance costs, scenarios of passenger expectations and progress at each stage of construction, while the LCC analysis simulates the tariff price and year of concession. A project is declared economically and financially feasible by comparing the feasibility parameters such as NPV, BCR, IRR, and Payback Period. The results showed that in this optimistic scenario the airport train construction was declared economically and financially feasible.

Abstract

The behavior of the arch bridge structure has its own peculiarities in distributing loading. The curved shape of the structure allows the structure's own weight to be transferred to the foundation as the normal compressive force without bending. the load is transferred through the semicircular structure to the abutments on either side. The curved (semicircular) design will naturally shift the load received by the floor of the bridge vehicle towards the abutment which keeps both sides of the bridge from moving sideways. Earthquake is a dominant horizontal cyclic loading of a structure. The performance of bridge structures due to the effects of earthquake loading is an important aspect that needs to be taken into account in designing and evaluating the bridge structure. The method used in this study is time history analysis. This article aims to evaluate the performance of arch bridge structures due to earthquake loads by using time-history analysis method. The results of the structure performance show that. The performance of the bridge due to the loading of the Loma prieta earthquake is generated from the period scale that has been analyzed with the 10 second period of the first earthquake for each result. Based on the results of Midas analysis, the strongest location where the damage occurs is in the middle of the bridge road. At the coordinates of 19 the largest displacement is at joint 268 of 1.177169 mm and for U2 of 0.0194 mm and U3 of 31.763771 mm.
