Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat di Kecamatan Pauh, Kota Padang. UMKM tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sumber pendapatan bagi pelaku usaha, tetapi juga sebagai penggerak ekonomi lokal dan pencipta lapangan kerja. Namun, perkembangan UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya dalam aspek manajemen pemasaran. Permasalahan utama yang sering dihadapi adalah rendahnya kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan promosi yang efektif serta minimnya pemahaman terhadap perilaku konsumen. Sebagian besar UMKM masih menerapkan strategi pemasaran secara konvensional dan belum berbasis pada analisis kebutuhan, preferensi, dan pola perilaku konsumen. Akibatnya, promosi yang dilakukan kurang tepat sasaran dan belum mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk secara optimal. Selain itu, keterbatasan literasi pemasaran dan kurangnya pendampingan menyebabkan UMKM belum mampu mengevaluasi efektivitas promosi yang dilakukan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat manajemen pemasaran UMKM melalui pelatihan promosi dan analisis perilaku konsumen. Kegiatan difokuskan pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam memahami karakteristik konsumen serta menyusun strategi promosi yang tepat. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif melalui pelatihan, diskusi, dan pendampingan langsung kepada mitra UMKM. Materi pelatihan meliputi konsep dasar manajemen pemasaran, teknik promosi yang efektif, pengenalan perilaku konsumen, serta cara sederhana menganalisis kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan. Pelaku UMKM juga didampingi dalam menyusun strategi promosi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik produk dan target pasar. Pendampingan berkelanjutan dilakukan untuk memastikan penerapan hasil pelatihan dalam kegiatan usaha sehari-hari. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah meningkatnya kapasitas UMKM dalam mengelola pemasaran secara lebih terarah dan berorientasi pada konsumen. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap perilaku konsumen, UMKM diharapkan mampu merancang promosi yang efektif, meningkatkan penjualan, dan memperkuat daya saing usaha. Dalam jangka panjang, program ini diharapkan berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan UMKM dan penguatan ekonomi lokal di Kecamatan Pauh, Kota Padang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial socialization (P2K2) on financial management among Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Watunohu District, North Kolaka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The population in this study were PKH beneficiary families in Watunohu District, while the sample consisted of 159 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management. This indicates that the higher the level of financial literacy possessed by beneficiary families, the better their ability to manage household finances. Financial socialization (P2K2) also has a positive and significant effect on financial management because the socialization process is able to increase awareness, understanding, and financial management skills among PKH beneficiary families. Simultaneously, financial literacy and financial socialization contribute significantly to improving household financial management. Therefore, strengthening financial education and optimizing financial socialization activities are important strategies in improving the welfare of PKH beneficiary families.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketplace accessibility on Generation Z purchasing decisions by considering the role of user satisfaction. The research employed a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The population consisted of Generation Z marketplace users. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 110 respondents determined based on the number of research indicators. The variables examined included marketplace accessibility, user satisfaction, and Generation Z purchasing decisions. The results revealed that marketplace accessibility has a positive and significant effect on Generation Z purchasing decisions. This indicates that ease of navigation, product searching, price comparison, and transaction processes can enhance consumer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, user satisfaction did not significantly influence purchasing decisions. In addition, user satisfaction was unable to moderate the relationship between marketplace accessibility and purchasing decisions. This study implies that marketplace providers need to improve system usability aspects to attract Generation Z consumers. These findings strengthen the Technology Acceptance Model, which emphasizes perceived ease of use as an important factor influencing digital consumer behavior.

Abstract

Higher education, as an academic space that upholds the values of humanity, diversity, and freedom of thought, still faces social issues such as intolerance and bullying on campus. This phenomenon not only affects victims' psychological well-being but also hinders the creation of an inclusive and democratic academic climate, student social relations, and the quality of higher education. This community service activity aims to improve students' legal understanding of intolerance and bullying, foster legal awareness, and shape students as pioneers in building a humanistic and anti-discriminatory campus culture. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the forms of intolerance and bullying, the legal consequences for perpetrators, and the importance of students' roles in preventing and handling cases on campus. In addition, this activity fostered a collective commitment among students to become agents of change in building an academic culture that respects diversity and upholds human rights. Thus, student-participatory legal education is an effective strategy and supports the development of existing digital media as an educational tool to strengthen legal awareness and create a safe, inclusive, and civilized campus environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the knowledge economy on poverty levels in Indonesia. The knowledge economy is proxied through education, technology, innovation, and institutions, which are believed to play a significant role in improving the quality of human resources and public welfare. This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data across 33 provinces in Indonesia. The analysis method used is the Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV) to determine the influence of independent variables on poverty levels in Indonesia. The results show that education, technology, and innovation have a negative and significant influence on poverty levels. Meanwhile, institutions are not included in this study. The findings of this study indicate that improving the quality of human resources and strengthening the knowledge-based economy can be important instruments in poverty alleviation in Indonesia. Therefore, the government needs to increase investment in the education sector, digital technology, research and innovation, and strengthen development institutions for more inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
