Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Physical Infrastructure Development in Improving Community Welfare Malintut Village, Raren Batuah District, East Barito Regency. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach which is a research approach that uses the calculation of numbers which are then analyzed by statisticsthat physical development affects the socio-economic improvement of the community.

Abstract

The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Implementation of Regulations on reducing plastic bags had been running quite optimally according to applicable regulations. In the communication aspect, it is carried out by conducting socialization through print and electronic media as well as direct counseling to relevant stakeholders. Aspect of Resources, plastic bag diet program has been supported by Apparatus and volunteers, but the funding aspect still needs to be improved simultaneously. In the aspect of disposition, implementing apparatuses carry out procedures consistently. some deficiencies in the application of the regulation are only normative such as lack of supervision and the absence of further guidance from the city government of banjarmasin to the Retail Entrepreneurs in Banjarmasin City, as well as the absence of sanctions contained in the Banjarmasin Mayor Regulation so that both coaching and enforcement can be said to be non-existent.

Abstract

pemerintah membentuk sebuah badan pengawasan pelayanan publik yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelayanan tidak sesuai ketentuan, dan mampun menjadi wadah dalam menampung aspirasi masyarakat terkait pelayanan publik yang diterimanya serta dapat memberikan solusi, sehingga dibentuklah Ombudsman Republik Indonesia, yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 37 Tahun 2008 Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti pada observasi awal di kantor Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan, tercatat pertanggal 25 November 2019 terdapat 156 laporan pengaduan yang mana diantaranya 119 laporan yang memenuhi syarat dan 34 laporan diantaranya ditolak sebab tidak memenuhi syarat pengaduan. Yang dapat dikelompokkan dalam substansi seperti; dugaan tidak memberikan pelayanan sebanyak 36 laporan, dugaan penyimpangan prosedur sebanyak 34 laporan dan dugaan penundaan berlarut sebanyak 27 laporan dari berbagai macam bidang seperti; kepegawaian, pertanahan, pendidikan, perhubungan, kepolisian dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The Tourism Awareness Group is a self-help and self-help group that grows from, by and for the community and aims to increase regional tourism development and succeed in tourism development by becoming a government partner in increasing public awareness in the tourism sector, increasing human resources, encouraging the realization of Sapta Pesona, increasing product quality and tourism.This research uses descriptive qualitative method, which is the subject and object of this research is the Andang Taruna Village of Banraas Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Iyang Madura).The role of Pokdarwis Andang Taruna is able to act as a driving force for the community where the community has provided support and a role as host in an effort to create a conducive environment and atmosphere that is able to encourage the growth and development of the tourism industry and the realization of charm. Whereas the role as a partner has been carried out by Pokdarwis Andang Taruna in the form of activities and programs involving the Government and other parties related to the development and construction of tourist facilities such as lodging, transportation, culinary delights and so on, although there has not been maximum cooperation between Pokdarwis and the Government so that there are obstacles in realizing the caring character of tourism.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik adalah masalah penting karena pelayanan publik yang baik selalu menjadi tuntutan masyarakat. Salah satu cara yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik dan mengatasi permasalahan pelayanan publik adalah dengan menerapkan Electronic Government. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik di sektor kesehatan, kota Surabaya menerapkan program E-Health. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah program E-health telah memenuhi indikator peningkatan kualitas layanan publik atau belum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode studi pustaka. Untuk mengukur kualitas Implementasi E-Government dalam layanan publik E-Health dapat dilihat menggunakan instrumen E-GovQual meliputi Kemudahan Penggunaan (navigasi, personalisasi, efisiensi teknis), Kepercayaan, Keandalan, Konten dan tampilan informasi serta suport Warga. Kesimpulan dari analisis ini adalah bahwa program E-Health telah mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik pada sektor kesehatan di kota Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 32 of 2009 concerning the protection and management of the environment for miners in the diamond mining of Sungai Tiung Village, as well as the role of the community and the government in implementing this law. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of policies on Environmental Protection and Management in Diamond Mining in the Sungai Tiung Village, Banjarbaru City has been going well. however, activities to restore environmental functions and other methods that are in accordance with science and technology are not implemented. Based on the government's role, it is the provision of suggestions, opinions, suggestions, objections, and plaintiffs. Implemented by providing suggestions, appeals, warnings and complaints. Information and report delivery activities are carried out by providing information to Sungai Tiung Village through community leaders

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the description of the implementation of the policy on the reduction of the use of plastic bags at traditional markets in Banjarmasin. Research was conducted by using qualitative method and descriptive analysis. From the results of this research, when viewed from the factor of communication, the implementation of Government policy on the reduction of the use of plastic bags for the traditional market is done through socialization, and have clarity and are consistent. Of factor resources, the implementation of the policy of this government as the executive is the Department of the Environment that is in synergy with all SKPD, for the budget source of the budget data and the means provided by the Government of the City. Of factors of disposition, policy implementers already have a commitment to have democratic attitudes. Of the factor structure of the bureaucracy, the socialization policy of the government has been guided by the SOP.. Obstacles encountered in the implementation of this policy, namely in terms of the still low public response to the Government appeal and the lack of understanding of the community.against the division of bakul purun carried out by the Government.

Abstract

This paper looks at how a public policy process is issued, implemented, and its implications. The policy issued was the stipulation of Law no. 16 of 2017 (Law on community organizations) in lieu of Perppu No. 2 of 2017 (Perppu for community organizations). The main thesis proposed in this paper is that the policy of passing the law on community organizations is an attempt by the state to protect the Pancasila ideology, which is the sole ideology in Indonesia. This paper is prepared using qualitative methods by collecting data through Library Research. The findings of this study are that the issuance of the first law on community organizations cannot be separated from debates in parliament. The parties in parliament are inconsistent with their party ideology. Supporting or rejecting the law on community organizations is based on the pragmatic interests of the party. Secondly, the existence of the Community Organization Law makes it difficult for community organizations to stand and makes it easier for the government to dissolve community organizations that are not under Indonesian ideology. Third, the first community organization that was dissolved after the law on community organizations took effect was the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the handling of public complaints management based on E-government in Kendal Regency and the response of the Kendal Regency Government to complaints from the public. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection was carried out in three ways, namely observation, interviews, namely interviews with experts or people who understand topic to be researched and documentation study. The results showed firstly that E-government-based complaint handling system at UP4 of the Communication and Informatics Office of Kendal Regency was running optimally. The indicators that can be seen are as of February 2019 as many as 1338 complaints that were submitted to the Public Service Complaints Management Unit (UP4) 1248 have been processed. Second, in the context of implementing e-government in managing complaints, it is included in the scope of Government to Citizens (Government to Society) and also includes the use of Government to Employees services. Third, the types of e-government services in Indrajit (2004: 29-32) are described as divided into three main classes, namely: publish category, interact category, and transact category. In compalint handling system based on e-gove at UP4 Kendal district, it is included in the interact class category, because there has been a two-way communication and interaction relationship between the government and the community.
