Abstract

Todays, there are the cities in the world trying to make the cities more beautiful and develop the tourism side to be able to reach the tourist market, because of the income of tourism sector is so potential. Not only the cities in the world but also in Indonesia do the same. Many region try to develop the strategis to involve the tourism, and one of them is Bandung City, with experiential marketing, it will impact the level of tourist satistfaction which may lead to loyalty to the city through the image formed in the minds of tourists. This study to analyzes the influence of Experiential Marketing against Brand Image and its impact on Tourist Satisfaction In Bandung.

Abstract

A country primary socio economic goal is to improve the quality life of their citizens. The competitiveness of the economic must be raised, opportunities that empower people to earn sustainable incomes must be created, and problem affecting the population and environmental degradation must be alleviated. Based on current condition where fewer jobs, the number of graduated unemployment was increased 51% from last year and the development of entrepreneurship among youth is getting better. For that case, we need an institution for students to practice the business and transform their ideas into start-up business.

Abstract

Scheduling is said to be good when it can meet the needs of companies and consumers feel satisfied. The purpose of scheduling is to minimize the production time and costs, by telling a production facility when to make, with which staff, and on which equipment. Production scheduling aims to maximize the efficiency of the operation and reduce costs. The problem in terms of punctuality causes unfulfilled consumer demand. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current production scheduling in CV AWMK, what methods are used and recommend production scheduling to minimize production time. The results showed that the production scheduling with CDS method can minimize production time, 15 days faster than by using the current production scheduling.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the "Influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Human Resources in the regional organization device (OPD) of Sukabumi". The results are expected to contribute in the development of management science, especially human resource management, and more specifically about transformational leadership, organizational culture, and performance of human resources. This research is expected to provide input to the regional organization device (OPD) of Sukabumi in general, the knowledge and input in optimizing the performance of the institution.

Abstract

The increasing of life expectancy and longevity, retirement is becoming an element that is important to people’s lives. Individuals will have to work longer and save more to retire in dignity. The purpose of this research is to find out the implication of the behavioral finance in the process of investment decision making in retirement. The method used is literature review. The result of this study indicate that the psychological side of investing, namely the size of the pattern of consumption, the stage of career development, self-confidence and the development environment itself are elements that can determine the investment in retirement an investor (individual).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compere factors work-life balance on student work and not at some college in Bandung. The topic of work-life balance is becoming increasingly important, especially in developing countries, including one of which is Indonesia. This research was carried out by conducting a survey of students at several universities in Bandung. Analysis factors was performed using SPSS 22. This research obtains empirical findings that Family Work confict (FWC) is forming the greatest the work life balance both student work and not, as well as the work that is equal to 0.883, and 0.914. Shaping the majority is on the student group is not working "Work Family Conflict" (WFC) became the second factor shaping work life balance that is equal to 0.881.
