Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kinerja pada pegawai dinas ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Langkat. Menggunakan metode kuantitif dengan sampel jenuh. hasil menunjukkan nilai korelasi 0,182 yang menunjukkan bahwasanya beban kerja memiliki hubungan yang sangat lemah dengan kinerja pada pegawai dinas ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

Perilaku yang ditampilkan oleh anak-anak dalam pembentukan harga diri tergantung kepada hubungan kelekatan orangtua-anak. Jika anak-anak memiliki harga diri yang tinggi maka ia memiliki hubungan kelekatan yang aman dengan orangtuanya. Bagi anak-anak dengan harga diri rendah ia memandang dirinya lemah. Hal ini akan dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah seperti memiliki rasa kurang percaya diri, merasa tidak berharga, merasa bahwa dirinya tidak disayang, anak menjadi malas, menurunnya keinginan dalam mencapai kompetensi dan di jahui teman-teman. Hal ini semua disebabkan oleh orangtua kurang menghargai setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan anak dan orangtua sering memberikan penilaian negatif tentang dirinya. Keadaan yang demikian ini juga akibat dari konflik yang terjadi dalam keluarga. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti penelitian yang berjudul hubungan antara kelekatan orangtua-anak dengan harga diri pada anak kelas VI di SDN 03 Cingkariang Kabupaten Agam. Desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kelekatan orangtua-anak dengan harga diri pada anak kelas VI di SDN 03 Cingkariang Kabupaten Agam. Subjek pelitian berjumlah 30 orang, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala kelekatan dan skala harga diri yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan model skala likert. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Spearman’s rho yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 15 for Windows. Hasil uji korelasi kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kelekatan dengan harga diri, yaitu rxy = 0,481 dengan p = 0,000 (p<0,01) dengan kategori sedang. Kata kunci : Kelekatan Orangtua-Anak, Harga Diri, Anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Workplace Well-being di PT. X di kota Medan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 121 orang karyawan di PT.X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan skala Workplace Well-Being yang dikemukakan oleh Page (2005). Reliabilitas dari alat ukur ini adalah sebesar 0.837. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Workplace Well-Being pegawai di PT. X berada pada kategori sedang mengarah ke tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Self Efficacy dengan Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa SMA Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan antara self efficacy dengan motivasi belajar. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah self efficacy dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 orang dari Siswa SMA Darul Fattah Bandar lampung. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan bahwa secara umum ada hubungan yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan motivasi belajar, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil koefisien korelasi r = 0,717 dengan nilai signifikansi P=0,000. Dimana semakin tinggi self efficacy maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar

Abstract

Motivasi keluarga sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ). Pengobatan ODGJ memerlukan waktu yang lama dan keteraturan dalam meminum obat agar mengurangi kekambuhan kembali pada penderitanya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan motivasi dari keluarga untuk selalu mengingatkan ODGJ agar meminum obat dan memberikan perhatian dan semangat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi keluarga orang dengan gangguan jiwa dengan kepatuhan minum obat di Kelurahan Medan Sunggal. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari bulan Mei-Juli 2020. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi. Sampelnya adalah keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga dengan gangguan jiwa yang berobat di puskesmas sunggal yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dan didapat sampel sebanyak 18 orang.Teknik Analisa data univariat dilakukan dengan distribusi frekuensi dan analisa bivariat dilakukan dengan uji Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 16 orang (88,8 %) keluarga orang dengan gangguan jiwa memiliki motivasi baik dan kepatuhanminum obat dalam kategori patuh sebanyak sebanyak 17 orang (94,4 %). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara moivasi keluarga orang dengan gangguan jiwa dengan kepatuhan minum obat (p=0,012) dengan kekuatan hubungan kuat dan arah hubungan yang positif (r=0686). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara motivasi orang dengan gangguan jiwa terhadap kepatuhan minum obat. Saran untuk keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga dengan gangguan jiwa agar turut ikut berperan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat orang dengan gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

Aggression is all form of behavior which meant, to hurt other individual physically and mentally or harm the others which their behavior is undesireable (Berkowitz 1995). Aggressive behavior is a form of negative behaviors that arise mainlydue to the stimulation of environmental stimuli often lead to greater impact. Aggression can be physical or verbal, and may occur on other people or objects that become targets of aggression. Aggressive behavior shown junior high school students 'X' Bandung include fights either alone or in groups, pushing, hitting, and kicking her or inventory such asschool desks, chairs and doors (Displacement) due to a simple problem. Students also like to taunt and threaten her friends who do not follow their will (bullying), students also often yell and say rude to her if what she wants is not obeyed. The purpose of the research was to obtain empirical data on the effect of Anger Management Training (AMT) to decrease agression behavior at junior high school “x” Bandung. This AMT is focusing to changing of behavior through increase knowledge, helping student to be able to control their temper positively and able to express anger in a healthy way. In this study there were fifteen participants taken as a subject by using purposive techniques based on established criteria.Todetermine whether there is the effect of the AMT in reducing aggressive behavior of students, the data processing is doneby using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test statistic test. Statistical hypothesis proposed in this study is : there is the effect of interventions such as anger management training to decrease aggressive behavior in the study subjects. : there is the effect of interventions such as anger management training to decrease aggressive behavior in the study subjects. From theresults of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test results obtained Z value of -3.410 with probability p for atwo-tailed test (asymp. Sig. 2 tailed) of 0.001. Given the value of p = 0.001 <a = 0.05, then is rejected and is accepted. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-esteem and peer groups on consumptive behavior among generation Z students in Medan City. This study uses quantitative research methods with the help of the SPSS for windows 17.00 program. This study uses three scales, namely the consumptive behavior scale which is arranged based on the consumptive behavior indicator according to Summartono (2002), the self-esteem scale which is based on the self-esteem aspect according to Coopersmith (1998), and the peer group scale which is arranged based on the characteristics of the peer group according to Santrock (2007). The subjects in this study were active students aged 18-25 years from 4 public and private universities in Medan, namely the University of North Sumatra (USU), Medan State University (UNIMED), University of HKBP Nommensen Medan (UHN), and the University of Muhammadyah North Sumatra (UMSU) Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that there is no effect of self-esteem and peer groups on consumptive behavior in generation Z students in Medan City with a significance value of 0.622.

Abstract

Adolescent independence is an effort to be able to do something according to his own wishes. One of the factors that influence independence is parenting, especially otoriter parenting, otoriter parenting is a form of parenting with otoriter style emphasizing the obedience of a child to the rules they make, otoriter parenting with the characteristics of an otoriter person. parents have dominant power, parents will punish children who do not obey them, parents tend not to listen to the opinions of children so that children do not have a role at home, parents have very tight control over children's behavior. This study is a correlation study to determine the relationship between otoriter parenting and adolescent independence at SMA Negeri 1 Singkohor. The subjects in the study were 75 students from SMA Negeri 1 Singkohor. This research uses random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this study used a scale of otoriter parenting and a scale of independence. Analysis of the data used in this study using a computer statistical program with Spearman Rank correlation analysis to measure the relationship between otoriter parenting and independence. From the calculation results show a significance value of p-velue = 0.963 > (0.05) it can be concluded that there is no relationship between otoriter parenting and adolescent independence.

Abstract

Students’ issues in maintaining motivation, dividing study and play time, having no goals, being unable to cope with lecturer pressure, laziness, and other factors such as family environment can be an obstacle in achieving a GPA. GPA, on the other hand, is significant because it can serve as a first impression and a key role in securing employment. As a result, in addition to having great academic intelligence, students must also be able to overcome challenges, understand emotions, and regulate their emotions in order to fully utilize their learning talents. This research is entitled "Comparative Study of Emotional Intelligence Based on Academic Achievement Level of Students of the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program, Sari Mutiara University of Indonesia" with the aim of determining the differences or comparisons between students' emotional intelligence and their academic accomplishment levels. The researcher's measuring tool is based on Daniel Goleman's five characteristics of emotional intelligence: detecting one's own emotions, controlling emotions, motivating oneself, understanding other people's emotions, and developing relationships. The respondents in this study were 84 active students of Sari Mutiara University's Pharmacy Study Program in Indonesia. The research was descriptive in nature, with a comparative study design. The validity of the items was determined by the measuring device to be in the range from 0.218 to 0.480. The emotional intelligence measuring instrument employed in this study had a reliability of 0.886. According to the findings of a survey of 84 students, a high degree of student academic accomplishment is closely linked to their emotional intelligence. It is suggested that future researchers deal with a bigger number of samples while employing more diversified variables.

Abstract

Cases of HIV / AIDS have increased and so far no cure has been found and is a deadly disease. The cause is due to factors of unhealthy sexual behavior, transmission of syringes, and blood transfusions done in the wrong way. Stigma is one of the psychosocial problems in people with HIV / AIDS which causes a negative impact because it can affect the interaction process in the community. This research was conducted with the title of the relationship between stigma and social interaction of people with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA) in a social support group. This research was conducted in Deli Serdang Regency in a social support group with a total sample of 36 people with a population of no more than 50 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The results showed that there was a relationship between stigma and social interaction among PLWHA with high correlation categorization
