Abstract

The number of businesses in laundry resulted in the number of competitors getting tougher. One of the management strategies that can be applied in creating and increasing competitive advantage is to implement a cost advantage strategy. This study aims to determine the cost advantage strategy in the Express Laundry business in Purwakarta. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting direct observations in the field and interviews with informants in accordance with the problems studied. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is the implementation of a cost advantage strategy in the laundry business, Express Laundry provides quality products at low prices to be an attraction for customers. Armed with good service and affordable service prices, this business can have high market potential. Good service quality from a laundry or laundry business is the most important thing in providing satisfaction to customers

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or displeasure with a product or service from a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, corporate image and customer value on customer satisfaction. A total of 100 indihome customers in Semarang City were taken as samples by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that product quality, company image and customer value had a positive and significant effect. While the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. The customer value variable has the most dominant influence on indihome customer satisfaction in the city of Semarang

Abstract

In managing reports on sales of fuel oil (BBM) at gas stations xxx Semarang using reports in the form of paper. The sales report paper is then recapitulated by the Administrative Officer. When going to perform data processing, the officer finds it difficult to present the sales data requested by the Manager. To overcome the problems that exist in the manual system, it is necessary to create a BBM Sales Information System so that data management and report generation can be done better. This research focuses on sales data for each type of fuel. To illustrate the requirements of the system using a use case diagram. The information system that will be created is built for the Android operating system that runs on tablet devices to make it easier for operators to fill in fuel sales data. The database used is SQLite because it is one of the databases that supports mobile devices. The new system development method uses a prototype model. The stages used in the development of this system include: the needs identification stage, the design design stage, the prototyping manufacturing stage, the testing stage and the implementation stage. The results of the development show that the Gas Station Sales Recording Application can run well because it is according to the manager needs

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the contribution of regional tax revenue, regional retribution to Regional Original Income and analyze the effectiveness and growth rate of regional taxes and regional levies in Tana Toraja Regency in 2016-2020. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate: (1) The contribution of local taxes to the PAD of Tana Toraja Regency is categorized as very low where the average percentage reaches 9.31%. (2) The contribution of regional retribution to PAD is categorized as very low with an average percentage of 8.17%. (3) The level of effectiveness of the local tax of Tana Toraja Regency is classified as effective with an average of 90.36% and the growth rate has fluctuating growth with the highest percentage in 2019 of 33.13% and the lowest percentage in 2020 of -10.88%. (4) The level of effectiveness of regional levies in Tana Toraja Regency is classified as less effective with an average of 73.61%, and the growth rate of regional levies in Tana Toraja Regency has decreased from year to year where the highest percentage occurred in 2017 of 37.78% and The lowest percentage growth rate occurred in 2020 at -45.92%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in consumer behaviour before and after having an e-wallet. The unit of analysis is students by taking a sample of STIE Bank BPD Jateng students. The analytical method used is the Paired Sample T-Test to prove whether there are significant differences. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in consumptive behaviour before and after having an e-wallet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, green marketing on repeat purchases and intervening variables of consumer satisfaction. The population in this study are skincare consumers in the city of Semarang. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents with accidental sampling method. The technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos software. The results show that the effect of product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the positive and significant effect of green marketing on consumer satisfaction, the influence of consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on repurchase has a positive and significant effect. , customer satisfaction mediating the effect of green marking on repeat purchases proved to have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Advertising creativity and choosing the right celebrity is believed to be able to attract the attention of the audience to make a purchase of a product. The effectiveness of advertising plays an important role as a driver of the creation of a purchase decision. This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising creativity and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions using advertising effectiveness as a mediation, as well as to prove the role of celebrity endorsers in increasing the potential for a purchase decision to occur. The research sample used was 96 respondents, namely users of the Scarlett Whitening product. A non-probability sampling approach and limitations with purposive sampling were used in this study as the basis for data collection. Statistical tests were performed using SmartPLS. The results show that advertising creativity has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, advertising creativity also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through mediation of advertising effectiveness. While on the other hand, this study proves the important role of celebrity endorsers in amplifying the power of advertising effectiveness in realizing consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of state-owned commercial banks in terms of bank soundness assessment, namely: Risk-profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earning and Capital (RGEC). The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data in this study uses secondary data obtained from the financial statements of state-owned commercial banks for the period 2018 - 2020. The data analysis technique uses a risk approach (Risk - Based Banking Rate) with an assessment coverage of RGEC factors. The results of this study indicate the performance of state-owned commercial banks in terms of: (1) The risk-profile is in a healthy condition with an average NPL ratio of 1.18%, 1.64%, and 1.27%, and the ratio LDR are 96.28%, 99.05%, and 84.41%, respectively. (2) GCG period 2018 – 2019 with a composite value of 1.75 healthy criteria, and the 2020 period with a composite value of 1.5 very healthy criteria (3) Earning with an average ROA ratio of 3.21% criteria very healthy, 3.54% very healthy criteria, and 1.62% healthy criteria, NIM ratio of 5.16% very healthy criteria, 4.96% healthy criteria and 4.48% healthy criteria, BOPO ratio of 73.75 % very healthy criteria, 80.02% very healthy criteria and 81.96% very healthy criteria. (4) Capital is in a very healthy condition with average CAR ratios of 29.2%, 30.62% and 27.34%. (5) RGEC as a whole is in a very healthy rating.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of e-learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia with Delone and Mclean Model and Virtual Learning Effectiveness approach. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of students in Indonesia. The data collection method uses an online questionnaire sent by email and an actual phone number. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS). This study found empirical evidence that technological factors, namely the quality of the system and the quality of information, and psychological factors, namely self-efficacy and human factors that are the services of lecturers, have a significant effect on user perception and user satisfaction. User perception and user satisfaction have a significant effect on the effectiveness of e-learning. This study develops research models DM and VLE. Future research planned to extend this research model into an integrated model structure that could help define factors in the performance of e-learning systems and important e-learning success factors, or superior to conventional face-to-face learning systems

Abstract

Competition in the amusement rides industry is increasing in line with the popularity of this destination. Industry players are competing to create value or privilege among the many rides to play in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the physical attributes, interactions with customers, interactions with employees, customer satisfaction and interest in returning. A total of 100 visitors were taken as samples by accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results showed that physical attributes, interactions with customers and interactions with employees had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Physical attributes and interactions with customers, as well as customer satisfaction have a positive effect on interest in returning.
