Abstract

High competition in the retail industry has urged producers to distribute all of their products so that they are accessible to all consumers. Convenience and speed are important factors so that customers can immediately enjoy the most convenient goods to reach quickly. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction has an impact on loyalty in online shopping at Shopee. This type of research is quantitative with a path analysis system with data collection tools using purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 100 responden who had done online shopping at Shopee. In this study, to test the validity & reliability there are several indicators that are invalid after 3 times of testing, only valid & reliable results can be obtained. From the t-test analysis, it is found that the promotion variable has a positive effect on the satisfaction and customer loyalty variables. Likewise, the consumer satisfaction variable has a positive effect on the loyalty variable in online shopping at Shopee. Even though the results are good, it is suggested that Shopee should increase its offline promotional activities such as making sponsorships, making bazaars or direct sales so that consumers will be more satisfied. This will make consumers more loyal by later being able to provide recommendations to friends / relatives and when there is competition between market places, consumers will still choose Shopee as the first choice of online shopping place.Keywords: Promotion, customer satisfaction, loyalty, online shopping.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influences of leadership style , Employee Recruitment and employee involvement on employee employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat. The research methodology used is quantitative research by using a survey method that is intended to provide an explanation. The survey research is a study that takes a sample from a population and a questionnaire as a means of principal collecting. Two variables used are the independent variables and the dependent variable. Leadership style, Employee Recruitment and employee involvement as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The research involves 72 employees as respondents, the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression model using SPSS. The results showed that leadership style, Employee Recruitment and employee involvement reac positively  and  significant to the job employees  satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat. Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Recruitment, Employee Involvement, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the need for achievement on teacher performance, examine the effect of the need for power on teacher performance, and examine the effect of the need for affiliation on teacher performance. Respondents in this study were 60 teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Kulon Progo Regency. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data, and multiple linear regression was employed to analyze it. The results showed that the need for achievement affects teacher performance, the need for power affects teacher performance, and the need for affiliation affects teacher performance.Keywords: the need for achievement, need for power, need for affiliation, teacher performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and remuneration system on employees performance with work motivation as an intervening variable (research was done at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta). The amounts of these respondents are 103 employees of Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Sampling technique uses Accidental Sampling, and analysis technique uses path analysis, The result of the research shows that transformational leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, remuneration system has a significant effect on work motivation, transformational leadership has significant effect on employees performance, remuneration system has no significant effect on employees performance, work motivation has significant effect on the job performance, transformational leadership and remuneration system has a significant effect on employees work motivation, transformation leadership and remuneration system has a significant effect on employees performance.Keywords :  Transformational leadership, remuneration system, employees performance and work motivation.

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 has made everyone experience changes in their daily lives. Learning activities must still run even though they are online. The purpose of this research is to describe the online learning process during the pandemic for LP3I Jakarta Institute of Technology Faculty of Business Administration Student, Depok campus. This type of research is a qualitative description. Data - data collected using observation techniques, interviews and literature. The data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman model by utilizing the google meet application. From the results of the data analysis it can be concluded that the online learning process at the LP3I Politkenik Jakarta, Depok campus is going quite well. Even though at the beginning of the pandemic, students felt dissatisfied with learning to use online. But basically they prefer learning to be done in person (off line) than online. The positive side of online learning is that students are better able to solve the problems they experience and are more courageous in speaking and more technologically literate. However, in practice, there are still a small number of students who have problems, such as frequent network breaks, expensive quota purchases, and lecturers not knowing the seriousness of student learning because they do not meet face-to-face. Suggestions submitted should lecturers increase creativity for the purpose of achieve maximum learning goals and students can be more motivated to take part in learning, research on learning to keep going to be developed and improved for the advancement of education, provide training to educators on the latest technology and the Government provides quotas more evenly to students.Keywords: Process, Online Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic,Office Administration

Abstract

This study aims to analyze social media marketing ads and brand awareness of impulse buying in the MSME sector for home-based ethnic clothing products at Ethnicnesia Online Stores. This research uses quantitative research with 94 respondents who are consumers who usually buy ethnic clothes made of woven fabrics. The sampling method was purposive sampling. This study uses quantitative research methods by conducting surveys, the results of validity and reliability tests using SPSS v 20.0, and hypothesis testing is carried out using simple linear regression method.Keywords: social media marketing, brand awareness, impulsive buying.

Abstract

Digital businesses are starting to grow, including the food ordering business where we can order food using applications available on smartphones. Ordering food can be done from anywhere and anytime, without having to come to the store or to the mall directly. This research is quantitative with 144 respondents. The results of this study state that the variable of consumer attitudes partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Even though the results of this study are good, it is better for the delivery service application providers to provide member loyalty programs, so that consumers will continue to use this application. For consumer motivation variable partially positive influence on purchasing decisions. Even though the results of this study are good, it is better for the delivery service application providers to provide a discount program so that consumers are motivated to always use this delivery application. For the consumer perception variable, it partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, although the results of this study are good, it is better for the delivery service application providers to provide CSR or Corporate Social Responsibility programs so that this delivery application has a good perception in the hearts of consumers. For Attitude, Motivation Variables and Consumer Perceptions have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Even though the results of this study are good, it is better for the delivery service application providers to provide relationship marketing programs, especially after-sales services, so that consumers are very happy to use this delivery application.Keywords: Delivery Application, Purchase Decision, Consumer Attitude, Purchase Motivation

Abstract

Kedisiplininan merupakan salah satu aspek yang menjadi faktor meningkatnya prestasi belajar. Untuk menciptakan kedisiplinan di lingkungan kampus  maka perlu ditetapkan sikap disiplin terhadap semua aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan mahasiswa, dosen dan staf. Di samping kedisiplinan, faktor lain yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar Korespondensi Bisnis Indonesia adalah motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Motivasi belajar  mahasiswa  merupakan  modal  bagi  dosen  dalam  menjalankan tugas  dan  fungsi  yang  diembannya. Motivasi belajar mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini disebabkan motivasi belajar dapat memberikan dorongan kepada  mahasiswa untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar.  Mahasiswa yang  mempunyai motivasi rendah maka akan malas untuk belajar dan akibatnya perolehan nilai hasil belajarnya akan menurun pada umumnya dan prestasi belajar Korespondensi Bisnis Indonesia pada khususnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Korespondensi Bisnis Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/mahasiswi Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus  Pondok Cabe. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 70 orang dilakukan dengan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket berupa kuesioner langsung kepada anggota sampel. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif seperti  mean,  median, standar  deviasi  dan  statistika inferensial yaitu  mencari  koefisien korelasi dan regresi dengan uji t dan uji F. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Februari 2021- Mei 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kedisiplinan dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Korespondensi Bisnis Indonesia mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Pondok Cabe. Hal  tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai  sig. 0,000<0,05 dan Fh=17,281. 2). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi belajar Korespondensi Bisnis Indonesia  mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Pondok Cabe. Hal  tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai sig.  0,018<0,05 dan th=2,418. 3). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar Korespondensi Bisnis Indonesia mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Pondok Cabe. Hal  tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai sig.  0,006<0,05 dan th=2,810.Kata Kunci: Kedisiplinan, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar Korespondensi Bisnis Indonesia.

Abstract

Business acquisition is one of the steps taken by the company in its business expansion strategy, as did by the Walt Disney Company by acquiring production company, Lucasfilm Ltd. In the business acquisition process, negotiation is an inherent thing and becomes one of the stages that must be carried out during the process. Therefore, good negotiation techniques and strategies need to be applied to get a profitable agreement. This study was conducted to determine the negotiation process and the strategy used by Disney in the Lucasfilm acquisition process. The method used in this research is literature study with sources derived from books, scientific articles, reports, and media publications. The results of this study indicate that in the Lucasfilm acquisition process an integrative negotiation approach was applied. Disney applies a negotiation strategy, namely by fostering trust from the opposing party and providing mutual benefits. From the negotiations, an agreement was obtained that provided value for both parties and can be concluded as mutually beneficial.Key words: Acquisition, Negotiation, Integrative Negotiation

Abstract

This research intends to find the effect of Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control on Millennial Consumptive Behavior of Go-Jek Users in Sukoharjo Regency. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique carried out in this study based on certain characteristics that have a relationship with population characteristics. In this study, the population and sample were based on the following criteria: the millennial generation born in 1980-2000 and at least 2 users of the Go-Jek application. A total of 125 respondents are the samples used in this study. The analysis used is multiple regression test using the SPSS program. Based on this study, the results showed that: (1) Financial literacy had no significant effect on consumptive behavior, (2) Lifestyle had a significant effect on consumptive behavior, (3) Self-control had an effect on consumptive behavior.Key words: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Self-Control and Comsumptive Behavior
