Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Pembelian Produk Makanan pada Toko Indomaret Bangkinang, Bagaimana Pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Pembelian Produk Makanan pada Toko Indomaret Bankinang dan Variabel manakah yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Pembelian Produk Makanan pada Toko Indomaret Bankinang. Sedangkan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yang ditentukan 50 responden dan sekaligus sebagai sampel penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan. Selanjutnya teknik Analisa data yang digunakan penulisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisa data kualitatif, konsep Analisa data kualitatif yaitu suatu aktifitas yang meliputi data uji validitasi, uji realibilitas, Uji Parsial (Uji t). Dan Analisa Regresi Linier Berganda. Serta adapun Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Pembelian Produk Makanan pada Toko Indomaret Bankinang. Dan Harga berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggapada Toko Indomaret Bangkinang. Serta Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Harga (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Pembelian Produk Makanan berpengaruh secara bersama-sama atau secara serempak pada Toko Indomaret Bangkinang . Abstract

This research is a literature review that presents a holistic picture of the impact of unethical behavior in a business context. The impact of unethical behavior includes implications for companies, employees, consumers and society in general. This literature review analyzes the consequences of unethical actions, explores ethical frameworks that can assist in addressing unethical behavior, and presents relevant business ethics principles and ethical theories. Professional ethics, business law, and the development of business ethics theory are also the focus of this research. Apart from that, this research also covers other topics such as ethical leadership, transparency practices, accountability, and implementing clear policies in business. Literature studies show that business ethics plays an important role in overcoming unethical behavior such as corruption, discrimination, and neglect of environmental protection. Apart from that, this research also covers the application of artificial intelligence in information systems, the challenges of non-utilitarian ethics, as well as an analysis of challenges and opportunities in the development of economic globalization in business law in Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the evolution of the relationship between business ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its impact on modern corporate business practices. The method used is a literature review with data collection from reputable journal databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect and then selected based on topic relevance and methodological quality. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively to identify concepts related to the relationship between business ethics and CSR, look at existing empirical studies, and summarize relevant findings. The results show that there is a paradigm shift from separate social responsibility to full integration of business ethics and sustainability in core corporate strategies. This is driven by global factors and rising stakeholder expectations. The global implications of this research are that it provides guidance and insights for companies in developing CSR policies that are more effective and responsive to social and environmental issues, as well as enhancing corporate social responsibility globally. This research provides an accurate and well-established picture of the relationship between business ethics and CSR in the current context and can serve as a strong foundation for sustainable and responsible business decision-making. Abstract

In this study, the impact of Live Shopping on sales strategies, particularly within the skincare industry focusing on Skintific, was explored. Qualitative exploratory research involving interviews and observations of 7 consumers revealed that Live Shopping influences purchase interest through direct discounts, direct interaction with hosts, and detailed product explanations. Its influence was reflected in increased transactional, referential, preferential, and exploratory interest of consumers in Skintific products. Factors such as streamer credibility, interactivity, and the richness of media information also influenced purchase decisions. The research findings confirm that Live Shopping on TikTok is effective in influencing consumer purchase interest in skincare products such as Skintific. Abstract

Mie Gacoan is one of the trademarks of spicy noodles in Indonesia. Mie Gacoan itself is a subsidiary of PT Pesta Pora Abadi which is engaged in food and beverage. Its rapid development has made Gacoan Noodles now have branches almost throughout Indonesia, even now Gacoan Noodles is able to claim itself as the market leader in the ranks of spicy noodles in Indonesia. This study used quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Respondents used consisted of customers who consumed Gacoan Noodles, with a total of 385 respondents using the sampling method. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are marketing strategy variables, service quality and price perceptions have an effect on customer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan Karawang. The variables of service quality, price perception and marketing strategy partially and significantly affect the satisfaction of Gacoan Noodle Karawang customers with a coefficient of determination of 73.3%.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to examine the social media marketing of Instagram @gyugyugank in enhancing brand awareness. The research is conducted using a qualitative method and analyzed using a descriptive method, with data sources from direct interviews with Gyu Gyu Gank employees and consumers as followers of the @gyugyugank Instagram account, along with literature studies. The results of this research indicate that Gyu Gyu Gank pays close attention to social media marketing strategies that impact brand awareness improvement. Gyu Gyu Gank employs various strategies to manage the Instagram social media account to enhance brand awareness, which includes levels of unawareness of the brand, brand recognition, brand recall, and brand top-of-mind. Abstract

This study examines the relationship between founder as controller, age of founder, and dispersion of control on the informativeness of company stock prices. We argue that behavioral heterogeneity exists in family firms that are still majority owned and controlled by the founder. Using unbalanced panel data from 262 observations, first, this research finds support for the hypothesis that there is a convex relationship between founder voting rights and the informativeness of company stock prices. Second, older founders demonstrate more stewardship behavior than younger founders. Finally, high power dispersion in founding family firms creates agency conflicts between family owners that decrease the informativeness of firm stock prices. This finding is consistent with previous family business literature which reports that mixed behavior among family members can influence the informativeness of family company share prices. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices implemented at Jatim Park 2 Zoo, East Java, focusing on the executed CSR programs and their impacts on the environment, local communities, and various associated stakeholders. The research method employed was descriptive-qualitative, utilizing data collection through documentary studies sourced from the official website profiles and programs of Batu Secret Zoo, along with coverage from mass media. The data analysis technique adopted was the Miles and Huberman method. The findings indicated that Batu Secret Zoo had been actively engaged in CSR practices through conservation, education, and wildlife protection programs, resulting in a positive impact on the environment and raising awareness among communities regarding the significance of environmental conservation. However, challenges existed in evaluating comprehensive impacts and expanding CSR programs to be more inclusive and sustainable. The implications of this research provide in-depth insights into the effectiveness of CSR practices within the tourism sector and offer recommendations to enhance holistic CSR implementation in similar tourism destinations in the future. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction in Shopee market place users. In this study, the population used is the entire shopee user community. The sampling technique in this study was non probability sampling. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 260 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires via google form. The questionnaire was made using a Likert scale format and processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. This analysis process was carried out using the Smart PLS 3.2 application. The results showed that service quality has no effect on customer loyalty. Trust has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is all respondents, both men and women who are buyers and customers who have purchased Bluder Bread at Bluder Cokro. The number of samples for this study were 165 respondents. The sampling technique can be classified as non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire was made using a Likert scale format. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
