Abstract

Manage of personal finance is very important, because many products and services offered in the market. We must more carefully to spend our money not fulfill what we want but what we need, Management for personal finance can adapted from accounting and Finance Management for corporation with adjustment. We must record income and outcome of our money as responsibility to our self and controlling our spiritual quotient, and then we can measure our achievement. Residual of our income can saved for the sudden need, or invest in many thing as our basic need, for example land and building or in portfolio, for future. This article discuss about how we apply accounting and finance management to personal finance management and also the application for personal finance in our gadget.Keywords: Accounting, Finance Management, Personal Finance Management

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze cluster patterns and market orientation (Case study in center of keripik tempe industries in sanan Malang 2014). Biographical characteristics are consists of age, gender, religion, owners education level of the owners, labor education, and wealth. Total sample in the research are 38 respondents. For the purpose, this study uses Cluster Analysis to analyze cluster pattern refers to the variable in the Markussen model (1996) and Logistic Regression Model is used in this study to analyze the important factors that distinguish export-oriented industries and domestic-oriented industries. The results of the identification of the proposed cluster patterns Markusen, it can be concluded that the pattern of industrial district of keripik tempe industries in sanan Malang Regency follows the pattern of clusters Marshallian and the Hub and Spoke. The results of binary logistic regression model analysis in this study showed that of seven independent variables, there are two variables that significantly influence the export market orientation of the age of business and the active promotion. While the training, the labor, the buyer network, technology and network suppliers of raw materials has no effect on export market orientationKeywords: Cluster Patterns, Market Orientation, Marshallian, Hub and Spoke

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Problem Based Leaning (PBL learning model to the student learning outcome. The research was conducted in Department of Social Sciences Education Faculty of Tarbiyah Education and Teacher ship UIN (State Islamic University) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang academic year 2014/2015. The research subject was students of second semester that follow geology class. Research method in this research using quasi experiment and the design is Non Equivalent Control Grow Data analysis used t-test technique (independent sample t-test). The research result showed that the average gain score of experimental class was high, which is 24.46 than control class, which is 13.21. Computation result of data t-test analysis to the PBL learning model was obtainai p-lerel wich smaller than 0.05 (px0.05) with significance 2 tailed 0.00. This computation result proved that PBL learning model affected to the learning outcome. Thus, it could be concluded that PBL learning model affected to the geology learning outcome of student in UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.Keywords: Problem Based Learning (PBL), learning outcome

Abstract

Islam is a comprehensive religion, including business gets the attention the Koran. Islam teaches the values of ethical, moral and spiritual life that serves as a guide life to its adherents, not least at the economic field. Lots of Islamic teachings so that Islamic people want to work hard for themselves be honest in business, and looking for a business from their own hand to do good deeds. Entrepreneurial can be said as people who fight against the competition in the field of economics, and whoever doing entrepreneur accordance with the norms of law, religion, and economics then he was included as a reliable entrepreneurs in carrying out the strategies and policies that have been implemented in the fields of economics, included in the category of people who want to seriously in the running life. Islamic entrepreneurship are required to have the strength and values who is able to uphold its business. Thus the study of Islamic entrepreneurship in education and management of student cooperatives be interesting to learn and do in order to continue its operations by giving attention to the principles of Islam. The teachings of Islam itself has taught the duty of man to always trying and praying in carrying out the obligation to make a living on a religious path, earning a living or entrepreneurship in a religious way.Keywords: Islamic entrepreneurship, Student's Cooperative Education and Management

Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach with classroom action research (PTK). The main goal of this research is to understand at the various possibilities efforts to improve the achievement of learners Class XI IPS-1  Madrasah Aliyah Genukwatu on subjects’ geography through approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) with a model of P a SA (Pictures and Student Active). This research took place in the first semester of the school year 2013/2014, performed with 2 cycles. The learning process with CTL approach through PASA models implemented by stages (1) the distribution of a small group (2) students describe the pictures (3) review and analyze each image (4) discuss the pictures (5) perform oral presentations (6) carry out post-test in the form of quizzes and problems of objective/ subjective. The results showed that the learning outcomes with PASA models can improve the processes and outcomes of learning. In cycle I Class XI IPS-1yang totaling 25 students who completed study were 20 students (80%), while incomplete 5 students (20%) in the second cycle of a significant increase which students completed 100%.Keywords: improve the achievement, CTL, Picture and Student Active

Abstract

Forming the character of students is not an easy and quick effort. It requires continuous effort and deep reflection to make a series of moral decisions that have to be followed up with concrete action, so it becomes a practical and reflective. Need more time to make it becomes a habit or character of a person. Curriculum in Indonesia is still not touching this aspect of character, although there are lessons Pancasila and citizenship, but it is still a theory and not at the level applicable. Character education is character education plus, namely involving aspects of knowledge (cognitive), feeling (feeling), and action (action). Thus, without these three aspects, it will not be effective character education, and its implementation must be done in a systematic and sustainable. By giving the character education, is expected to change the paradigm of the nation's young people to be strong and have a good horizon.Keywords: Character and Character Education

Abstract

Humans as a single unified whole that unites between soul and body. Homan reputed to exist if that organism is reputed exist, it means meaning full that determine human acknowledged. The sex of human organism is male or female even gray areas are determined based on objectivity and subjectivity that inherent in visible or not visible. In the word of "woman" as a social reality that must be accepted as a voluntary or forced act. Abstract

Historically, all religions born, grew, and developed from the area of Eastern civilization (or rather Asian). There are two central points of eastern civilization that caused those religions, namely: 1) Middle East (and South Asia) in this area was appeared some religions: Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism, and 2) East Asia was appeared some religions: Tao (ism), Confucianism (Konfusianism), and Shinto. From these central points was born and grew religion to be a part of the history of mankind. The real society is a religious phenomenon. This religiousness is revealed from the fact that people are always trying to worship extraordinary things such as: nature (sun, sea, fire, mountain, etc.), charismatic spiritual leaders, technology or Individual ”Supra-Inderawi" are identified the name of the Lord. A big confusion modernism that encourages people to looks for The Real God. The Real God who is worthy to worship and also missing The Real Religion, real religion which become the guides of life.Keywords: Religion, Society
