Abstract

         There have been arguments that, for Indonesian economic development, competitive advantage will soon replace comparative advantage. It is also argued that one country should not be satisfied with its comparative advantage. As a cpuntry who has enjoyed comparative advantage for about three decades, Indonesia must not be a country that exports labour-intensive commodities forever. It must shift to being a country that exports capital-intensive and high skill intensive commodities. It must also find which commodities are going to be competitive in the world market. A skepticism stems from the fact that the developing countries usually specialize in agricultural products, while the developed countries specialize in manufacturing products. It is also argued that with the current open international free trade, the products of the developing countries will not be able to compete with those from the developed countries.  Key phrases: free-trade, labor-force, traditional industries

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the pattern of development of AIS in the hospital. There are three models of the development of AIS are: Waterfall, Iterative, and Spiral. Hospitals can use AIS package software that has been made and sold in the market but the software package does not allow to be developed in line with business development, organization, and technology. That is why many enterprises that designs and develops its own with the intention of AIS can meet the needs and desires of the company. This research was conducted with qualitative approach. The location of this research is in the hospital owned by Muhammadiyah in Lamongan and Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, outside observation, and documentation. The key informant involved a total of 56 people, consisting of 40 operators, 10 supervisors, and 6 managers. The data collected will be analyzed using content analysis. The research finding is a pattern of AIS development in accordance with the hospitals. Abstract

Understanding the concept of gender as the division of roles of men and women who are socially and culturally constructed, needs to be done in order to realize equality and gender justice. The understanding, necessary to place women as subjects of development, in order to improve the position and role of women in national and state life. This research is done on the women sellers crackers, data collection was done by a written interview. Data were analyzed using the Harvard Gender Analysis Method, to determine the four basic elements: (1) Profile of activity based on gender division of labor, (2) Access Profile, (3) Profile control; (4) Factors related to the things that lead to the distribution of work, the profiles, access and community control. Results obtained in the activity profiles based on gender division of labor, which includes a list of tasks men and women, mothers appear dominant task. Profile access and control over resources within the family, women in a weak position. While in reality, women have the "role and employment" which determines the continuity of family life. For that education and training activities can be provided as one way in order to empower women to be more efficient and effective manner. Kata Kunci : Kontrol, Kepemilikan, Sumber Daya, dan Usaha Keluarga.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBanking is an important part that plays a role in the economic development of a country. Banking also serves as an intermediary institution whose task is to collect funds from the community and channel it again to the community in the form of credit. In channeling the credit, there are internal factors that must be considered, namely from capital side proxied with CAR, the level of koliektibilitas proxied with the NPL, profitability proxied with ROA, and from the side of bank liquidity proxied with LDR.This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Assets (ROA), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Distribution of bank credits listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this study is a banking company listed on the IDX period 2011-2015. The sample used in this study amounted to 19 banking companies. The analysis used is multiple linear regression.Based on the analysis that has been done, obtained the result that partially the ratio of CAR and ROA have a significant positive effect on the banking credit distribution. The NPL ratio had a significant negative effect on the banking credit distribution. Perbankan juga berfungsi sebagai lembaga intermediasi  yang tugasnya menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya lagi kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit. Dalam menyalurkan kreditnya, ada faktor internal yang harus diperhatikan, yaitu dari sisi permodalan yang diproksikan dengan CAR, tingkat koliektibilitas yang diproksikan dengan NPL, profitabilitas diproksikan dengan ROA, dan dari sisi likuiditas perbankan yang diproksikan dengan LDR.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Assets (ROA), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Penyaluran kredit perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011-2015. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 19 perusahaan perbankan. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial rasio CAR dan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit perbankan. Rasio NPL berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit perbankan. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to examine and analyze the increase in the value of the company through its capital structure, asset tangibility, profitability, firm size, liquidity( Studies in Bank Go Public in Indoseia Stock Exchange 2012 -2016 ). To test these variabels, the researchers use the 22 companies that went in public Indosia Stock Exchange. This type of research is explanatory research, Tehknik data collection using documentary technique. The data used in this research are secondary data from financial statetements published by banking companies during 2012 -2016 Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed quantitatively by using multiple regression using Eviews program version 9.0. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the increase in corporate value is influenced by tangibility assets, ROE and Liquidity while firm Size does not affect the value of the company. DER as an intervening variable is capable of mediating ROE while tangibility assets, firm size, liquidity are not able to mediate against firm value.Keywords : tangibility assets, ROE ,firm size, liquidity,debt equity ratio and price book valueCorrespondence to : rizkaariiyanti@gmail.com ABSTRAK               Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peningkatan nilai perusahaan melalui struktur modal, tangibility assets, profitability, firm size, liquidity. (Studi Pada Bank Go Public di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016). Untuk menguji variable tersebut, peneliti mengunakan 22 perusahaan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Tehknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumenter. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan oleh perusahaan perbankan selama tahun 2012-2016. Selanjutnya data yang berhasil dikumpulkan di analisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program Eviews versi 9.0. Hasil penelitian secara silmultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tangibility assets tidak berpengaruh terhadap DER, Profitability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DER, Firm size berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap DER, Liquidity tidak berpengaruh terhadap DER. Sedangkan Tangibility assets, Profitability, Firm Size, berpengaruh terhadap PBV, sedangkan Liquidity tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV. Abstract

Pemikiran akan berdaya guna jika dan hanya jika pemikiran tersebut terstruktur menjadi sebuah bangunan sistem yang terintegrasi. Abstract

The partnership between Semen Gresik and Small Middles Enterprises (SMEs) kind of social responsibility implementation in the form of where Semen Gresik as the fasilitator of the community potential business empowering and the SMEs ability improvement in managing its own business to be more capable and growing up. The partnership program is one part of CSR which is able to give additional value to those stakeholders especially in giving good advices for the SMEs to fulfill their capital to build the business up. Other findings investigated that the partnership program gives a facility to held some trainnings and the apprentice activities wich support the SMEs creativities  and  skills.  In  the  other  that,  the  product  exhibitions  can  be  the  SMEs learning process in inspiring the product quality improvement dan expanding the marketing links.Hubungan kemitraan Semen Gresik dengan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) melalui Program Kemitraan  merupakan bentuk implementasi tanggung jawab sosial dimana Semen Gresik berperan sebagai fasilitator pemberdayaan potensi usaha masyarakat untuk peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dan bisnis usaha kecil dan mikro. Program Kemitraan sebagai bagian dari Corporate Social Responsibility memberi solusi kesulitan modal kerja UKM untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Selain itu memfasilitasi  pendidikan/pelatihan dan magang untuk  menunjang kreatifitas dan keterampilan  UKM.  Sedangkan  partisipasi  UKM  dalam  pameran  produk  sebagai sumber inspirasi peningkatan kualitas produk dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran.Kata Kunci: program kemitraan, sumber daya manusia, kinerja bisnis, pengusaha kecil, PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

ABSTRACTKain Besurek is one of a very potensial treator  bisiness because that is a featured product and cultural preservation  through the work of Nation’s Children especially on Kain Besurek in the Bengkulu Province.Generally, Kain Besurek  business in Bengkulu is individual companies that describe the conditional of capital, worker  and marketing in the feasibility of business development. Informant in  the research was 20 Batik  Craftsmen in Bengkulu, trying to get accurate and actual data, then the data was discussed and desribed systematicly and concluded as alternative problem solving. Methods of collecting the data were observation and documentation. The purpose of research was to know proper or did not to development typical souvenir in Bengkulu.Baseed on the research, it coucluded that typical souvenir bisiness In Bengkulu was proper. It spent the time for 4 years, 5 months, 14 days. Based on investation criteria was positive pu of prosess ≥ pu of outlays. Account result was 1 RR = 31,66%. Index profitability was 1,5.Keywords                   : Cindramata Enterprise Development Of BengkuluCorrespondence to      : arinieti@gmail.com ABSTRAK  Kain Basurek merupakan usaha kerajinan yang sangat potensial oleh karena merupakan salah satu produk unggulan dan juga guna pelestarian Budaya melalui hasil-hasil karya anak bangsa khususnya pada Kain Basurek yang hanya ada di Kota Bengkulu.Usaha Kain Basurek yang ada di Kota Bengkulu pada umumnya merupakan perusahaan perseorangan sehingga dapat menggambarkan kondisi modal, tenaga kerja maupun pemasaranyan dalam melakukan kelayakan pengembangan usaha.  Informan dalam penelitian para  pengrajin batik basurek yang ada di kota Bengkulu sebanyak 20 pengrajin yang ada dikota Bengkulu, dengan menggunakan cara berusaha mendapatkan data yang akurat maupun aktual, data tersebut kemudian dibahas dan di uraikan secara sistematis serta disimpulkan sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi.  Metode pengumpulan data  dilakukan dengan  observasi dan dokumentasi, Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui layak tidaknya pengembangan usaha Batik Basurek yang Merupaka salah satu cendramata khan Bengkulu.Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan usaha Batik Basurek  cindramata khas Bengkulu   dinyatakan layak dari hasil perhitungan PP  memakan  waktu selama 4 tahun 5 bulan 14 hari. Ditinjau dari kriteria investasi ini menghasilkan nilai positif dengan hasil perhitungan PU of Procceds lebih besar dari PU Of Outlays. Dari hasil perhitungan di dapat IRR = 31,66%. Abstract

The  positioning research  is  important  doing  by  marketer while  competition increases  sharply  in  the  industries.    This  research  purposes  to  know  the position of six airlines in the Surabaya-Jakarta flights in perceptual map. Garuda Indonesia and Batik Air has position as priority airline for full service carrier and the others (Air Asia, Citilink, Lion Air and Sriwijaya Air) for low cost carrier. This research shows that Garuda Indonesia tends had position relatively close from ideal brand position in the perceptual map.Keywords: Airlines competition, positioning,, ideal brand

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The aim of this research are (1) to analyze the role of KPU in the implementation of internal This research was conducted to find out how much influence of the quality of service, and brand awareness, on the consumers’ interest of Serambi dana koperasi in Surabaya. This type of research is pure descriptive research or survey. The population in this research are customers of Serambi dana koperasi who are 134 permanent members. The results of this research indicate that service quality partially influences consumer interest in Serambi dana koperasi Surabaya, Then it can be concluded that the brand awareness variable has a significant effect on the consumer interest variable partially. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif murni atau survey, Populasi dalam penelitian  ini adalah  nasabah koperasi serambi dana Surabaya yang menjadi anggota tetap sebanyak 134 nasabah.
