Abstract

The West Java Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU) faces various challenges in optimizing organizational performance. This is reflected in the failure to achieve targets on several performance indicators, such as the implementation of Aswaja strengthening activities, instructor delegation, and the implementation of the SMAS application which did not go according to plan. Additionally, ineffective leadership causes overlap in organizational activities. A disorganized work environment, weak organizational culture, and low management commitment to organizational responsibilities also become obstacles in achieving optimal performance. This research analyzes the influence of leadership, work environment, organizational culture, and commitment on the organizational performance of IPNU West Java using census methods and path analysis. The results show that simultaneously, the four variables have a significant effect on organizational performance. Partially, leadership has a positive but not significant effect, while work environment, organizational culture and commitment have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Around 70% of MSMEs choose to expand their business online in an effort to avoid bankruptcy. However, between 85% and 95% of these MSMEs fail to adopt digital business models and ultimately face bankruptcy. The main requirement for digital transformation is to have an adaptive and optimistic attitude and work abilities that include aspects of knowledge, skills and work attitudes that are in accordance with expected standards. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to 21 Womanpreneurs assisted by the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the food and beverage sector. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the IBM SPSS version 26.0 analysis tool. The research results show that self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on the digital transformation variable, while self-competence has a significant influence. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination test shows 53.3% of the variation that occurs in the dependent variable. The findings show that self-competence, especially in financial management and innovation, has a greater influence than self-efficacy in the success of digital transformation. Even though Womanpreneurs are confident in running a business, a lack of skills in managing finances can be an obstacle in the digital transformation process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce SEO and website SEO on iPhone purchasing decisions among students in Palembang, both directly and with store brand awareness as an intervening variable. The study uses a quantitative approach with a non-probabilistic sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. The sample size for this study is 100 respondents, consisting of students from public and private universities in Palembang. The study found that in e-commerce SEO, titles and URLs are the most influential indicators (each contributing 75%), but overall, e-commerce SEO does not have a significant impact on brand awareness or purchasing decisions through brand awareness. Conversely, for website SEO, the description is the most important factor (88%), significantly enhancing brand awareness, which in turn influences purchasing decisions. While SEO improves brand awareness and indirectly influences purchasing, it does not have a direct impact on purchasing decisions. Therefore, effective SEO should focus on building brand awareness through detailed descriptions. The implementation of this research suggests that SEO efforts should focus on crafting informative and engaging product descriptions to boost brand awareness. Optimize titles and URLs with relevant keywords to improve visibility in search results. Integrate SEO with broader branding strategies, such as digital advertising and social media, to strengthen brand awareness and support purchasing decisions. Ensure that the user experience on the site reinforces a positive impression of the brand.
