Abstract

With increasing population growth and a high increase in people's incomes, the demand for decent housing increases. While the ability to provide housing done by the housing industry has not been able to meet the needs of existing homes. Until the year 2014, the lack of houses (backlog) reached 13, 7 million units. In an effort to reduce the backlog of housing and eliminate the slums it is necessary activities to build settlements for the community at affordable prices by people, especially low-income people. In order for the community to occupy a decent dwelling, it is necessary to make various efforts so that the number of occupancies can be increased in sufficient quantities. For that needed a strategic plan that is able to accommodate various problems that exist so that people can have or occupy a decent, quality and affordable. The research method used is a descriptive method of analysis with secondary data approach derived from documents coming from the Dinas Pemukiman dan Tata Ruang at Cirebon City and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Cirebon City. The result of this research data analysis by using coefficient of determination equal to 0,997 mean influence of variable of Simplified House Price of Subsidy (X1), Income of Society (X2), Number of Population (X3), and Interest Rate of Credit Subsidy (X4) to variable Y equal to 99,7 %, while the remaining 0.3% is influenced by other variables/other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study is to analyze the differences between modern and traditional stores mix retail. The analytical tool used is cluster analysis and different sample pairs. This research will be conducted in Purwokerto. The results showed that elements of customer service in modern stores had significant differences with traditional store customers, the elements of location in modern stores had significant differences with traditional store locations, the store design of modern store had significant differences with traditional store. Merchandise assortments for modern stores have significant differences with traditional store, elements of communication mix in modern store have significant differences with traditional store. Whereas, the elements of pricing in modern shop have no significant differences with the pricing of traditional store.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of scholarship information and social status on the intention of prospective new students at Muhadi Setiabudi University, Brebes. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze scholarship information and social status towards the intention of prospective new students at Muhadi Setiabudi University. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The population and sample of this study were prospective new students of Muhadi Setiabudi University, especially those who registered through the Bidikmisi application, totaling 76 new students. The results showed that the Scholarship Information and Social Status had a positive effect on the intention of prospective new students at Muhadi Setiabudi University, Brebes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceptions about mini markets on the socio-economic conditions of traders in traditional markets in Songgom. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was conducted on traders as many as 100. Hypothesis testing using product moment, coefficient of determination test, and alpha reliability test. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires statements about mini markets and socio-economic conditions of traders in the traditional market in Songgom. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis through (F-test) and (t-test) to know the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected which meant that there was an influence between perceptions of mini markets on the socio-economic conditions of traders in Songgom traditional market.

Abstract

Sub-sector of farms broiler chickens in the District of Purbalingga is a business strategy the interrelationship between farmers and livestock feed company. One of the strategies of feed cattle for profit is to develop a distribution system so as to develop partnerships broiler farms. Research on strategy choice partnership is one form of strategic alliances that can improve business performance through some influence that is a partnership (relationship), entrepreneurship and distribution (distribution channel).

Abstract

Lecturer Functional Position is an Academic Position system that is obtained through submissions covering Tri Dharma activities in tertiary institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lecturers without functional positions on the productivity of lecturer research activities. The dependent variable (Y) in this study was the productivity of lecturer research activities, while the independent variable (X) was Lecturers without Functional Positions. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 76 permanent lecturers at Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi. Because of the population was less than 100, then all populations were taken as samples. This study used the census method. Data analysis techniques were performed using a One-Way ANOVA method. The results of the study and discussion showed that the average role of lecturers without functional positions has an influence of 83,3% on the productivity of lecturers' research activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of exchange rates, gold prices, and crude oil prices on the stock index of the mining sector. The data used in this study is a monthly transaction during the period 2013-2017 obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that partially gold prices and crude oil prices affect the stock index of the mining sector. Meanwhile, the exchange rate does not affect the stock index. Variations in exchange rates, gold prices, and crude oil prices were able to describe 63.3% of the variation in the stock index of the mining sector.
