Abstract

The purpose of this study was intended to find answers to the problems potentially increasing turnover intention in PT BAN Indonesia, which is associated with the issue of group cohesiveness, job stress, and job satisfaction. The results showed that the group cohesiveness variable (X1) and job satisfaction variables (X3) negatively affect the level of turnover intention, with the t value of -3.865 X1 and X2 at -4.285. Variable Work Stress (X2) has positive influence on the level of turnover intention with the t value X2 by 5,423.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to seek to examine the role of mediation Customer Value (CV) the relationship between customer orientation of service employee (COSE) Customer Participation (CP) and Relationship Satisfaction (RS) the organization of public health services, hospital in West Java. The sample uses the respondent hospital patients in the disease amounted to 180 respondents. Structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis was performed to evaluate hypothetical model. The size of the reliability and validity were also examined. Findings: Statistical analysis showed that following each COSE, and CP have a positive impact on CV, and CV increase RS. The practical implication: In the context of the health care industry at a hospital in West Java, Indonesia, the study offers a deeper understanding of the factors that influence CV, and how it affects RS CV. This understanding will help practitioners and policy formulating effective marketing strategies and strengthening services to customers on the basis of an interactive service on the front lines. The concierge service at the core and the spearhead in service in order to improve customer satisfaction by delivering high customer value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Store Image effect on customers loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction on customers loyalty and effect Store Image and Customer Satisfaction jointly towards Customer Loyalty in Grocery Stores Cirebon. The results showed that the image store did not significantly affect customer loyalty, while customer Satisfaction significant effect on the Customer Loyalty. Effect of Store Image and Customer Satisfaction jointly against significant effect of Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand equity on consumer purchasing decision of Kapal Api White Coffee in Brebes regency. This study examines the elements of brand equity consists of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty by analyzing the influence of the four elements of brand equity on purchasing decision of Kapal Api White Coffee in Brebes regency. Data collection technique in this study uses purposive sampling technique and incidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents of Kapal Api White Coffee in Brebes regency, especially in the area of the Paguyangan and Bumiayu sub-district. Data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that brand loyalty significantly influences purchasing decisions, while the brand awareness, brand association and perception of quality do not significantly influence the purchasing decision. The R Square value is 38.1%. It shows that the effect of brand equity to the purchasing decision can be explained 38.1% by brand loyalty, brand awareness, brand association, and perception of quality, while the rest are influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to: 1) identify the internal factor that can increase the competitiveness of SMK Ma’arif NU 02 Bumiayu, 2) analyze the internal factor that can increase the competitiveness of SMK Ma’arif NU 02 Bumiayu, 3) identify the external factor that can increase the competitiveness of SMK Ma’arif NU 02 Bumiayu, 4) analyze the external factor that can increase the competitiveness of SMK Ma’arif NU 02 Bumiayu, 5)formulate the alternative strategy to increase competitiveness Position of SMK Ma’arif NU 02 Bumiayu. The technique of data analysis uses SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats), and continued by using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QPSM) as a instrumen to determine the most apropiate strategy to increase competitiveness Position of SMK Ma’arif NU 02 Bumiayu. This research is a qualitative research by doing deeply interview to the vice principal of curriculum, teacher, and staff of SMK Ma’arif NU 02 Bumiayu. Furthermore, the data collection also taken by observation, focus group discusion, documentation and literature review. The result of the research showed that based on cartesius diagram the result of internal and external obtained main strategy in the form of growth strategy, Furthermore, based on QSPM could be concluded some best strategies of the other alternative strategies, : 1) intensify promotion, 2) increasing the quality of human resource, 3)funds allocation based on priority scale, 4) utilitize the facilities and infrastructures well.

Abstract

The rationale of this research are based on the quality of the school and the quality of the graduates is still low, the implementation of sentaralistic education, the school management is not appropriate, the input-output analysis approach, the participation of the community is still weak, and cooperation is still low. Research objectives are: (1) to describe how the implementation of MPMBS in Brebes Regency is seen from the planning, implementation, and evaluation; (2) to describe what factors support and inhibit the implementation of school-based management in Brebes district primary schools; (3) to formulate the implementation model of MPMBS in Brebes District. This research method is descriptive and using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques: data collection methods using interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation, while data analysis uses data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing. The qualitative research procedure is conducted through three stages are: (1) preparatory / orientation study, (2) general exploration study, and (3) focus exploration study. The results of the research are (1) MPMBS planning is arranged in accordance with the vision and mission of the school, but not yet based on the analysis of the need for quality improvement either from the academic aspect or the resources needed to support the realization of the school quality and the quality of the graduates. (2) Implementation of MPMBS in Brebes Regency has been implemented based on management functions but in implementation there is no adequate cost support. (3) Evaluation of MPMBS in Brebes Regency has been implemented, but has not used the correct evaluation technique. (4) Factors supporting the implementation of MPMBS in Brebes District include teachers, school committees, students, parents (wali murid). And the inhibiting factors of MPMBS implementation in Brebes primary school are human resources, parents (wali murid) and welfare. (5) Research recommendation are: School principals should not only be oriented towards the vision, mission and objectives of the school but should be based on needs analysis and for school committees to participate and enhance cooperation with various stakeholders related to quality improvement. (6) Formulation of MPMBS implementation model named "The Best Procces" model. This model aims to create high quality schools and graduates, namely schools that prioritize good planning, implementation, and evaluation processes, supported by management having characteristics that enhance students' cognitive, affective, psychomotoric, believing skills, and operational skills.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a variety of problems associated with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) that exist on teacher of Public Vocational High School (SMK Negeri) at Technology and Industry Group in Tegal. This study aimed to analyze the causal relationship between the model of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, attitudes on organizational culture and commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour ( OCB ) as teacher at SMK Negeri Technology and Industry Group in Tegal regency. The population in this study was a teacher at SMK Group Technology and Industry in Tegal. The method used is quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the existence of a causal relationship between spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and attitudes in the organization's commitment to the OCB, it known from the value of F statistic of 761.450 with a significant probability value 0,000 far below 0.05 so it can be said that the hypothesis stating there is the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, attitudes on organizational culture, and organizational commitment, together on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is accepted as true. Based on these results, it is to improve the OCB teachers SMK Group Technology and Industry in Tegal need to be implemented seminars, workshops, and training ESQ (Emotional and Spiritual Quotient), reward and punishment in improving organizational commitment and attitudes on organizational culture, as well as a good example of the principal as leader of the organization.

Abstract

Workplace spirituality on employee of sharia cooperative in Kebumen, the research that examines spirituality in the workplace, especially in sharia cooperatives, is still small. This study explores the experience of spirituality in the workplace among sharia cooperative employees in Kebumen. The dimensions of spirituality learned include meaningfulness, sense of community and alignment with organizational value. Survey data from 58 sharia cooperative employees revealed that overall employees experienced a high level of spirituality, and employees experienced more work than the sense of community and alignment with organizational value. The result implies that the organization of sharia cooperatives acts as a favorable environment that fosters the experience of spirituality among its employees. Though limited by the mono sectoral nature of this investigation and the eastern context.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems that occur in the Community Empowerment and Family Planning (BPMKB) Tasikmalaya that the effectiveness of work is still low can be seen from the lack of optimizing self-potential as in the reporting is not completed on time. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude, work ethic and commitment to the effectiveness of employment in BPMKB Tasikmalaya District. The method used is quantitative with path analysis, which is to get the picture, relationship pattern and influence of research variables that have been determined. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence on employee attitude, work ethic, and commitment to work effectiveness equal to 0,691 or 69,1% and p-value 0,000 <0,05. Thus the hypothesis accepted that there is an influence of employee attitudes, work ethic, and commitment to work effectiveness. Based on these conclusions, it is advisable for the leadership to provide sanctions to employees who are not timely in reporting, employees can provide services to the public and be open to colleagues and bosses about matters relating to the work.

Abstract

In recent years, industrialization has a vital role in developing the economic capability of a nation. In the past, the focus of industrial sector often ignores the environmental impacts. Meanwhile, nowadays, environmental considerations become one of the important points in developing country’s industrial sector. Therefore, in the recent decade, the concept of green industry comes to preserve the sustainability and economic values of the industry as well as conserving the environment. As one of the countries which have cooperation with Indonesia regarding green industrial policy, Japan already implemented some green industry projects in Indonesia. This research tries to describe the implementation of green industrial policy between Indonesia and Japan. The method used in this research is library research method by studying past and recent literature regarding the development of green industrial policy in Japan as well as in Indonesia, also by observing partnership scheme by two countries that tackling this issue. The result of the research indicates that there are various projects that already implemented between Japan and Indonesia by developing a partnership to advancing the knowledge and technology in industrial sector while preserving the environment. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, there are many industrial sectors which are not yet applying the concept of green industry in their activity.
