Abstract

This study is a survey research, which aim to investigate the influence of perceived price, packaging, and the attractiveness of television advertisement, to consumer buying interest of Djarum Super cigarette in Bumiayu. In this study, the data were collected by spreading questioners to the 100 consumers of Djarum Super cigarette in Bumiayu. The sampling method that used in this study is accidental sampling. The data is analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple liniear regression test. The results show that the perceived price significantly influences the consumer buying interest of Djarum Super cigarette in Bumiayu, but the packaging and the attractiveness of television advertisement doesn’t significantly influences the consumer buying interest of Djarum Super cigarette in Bumiayu. Based on the R-squared, this research model just be able to explain 36% variant of consumer buying interest and 64% influenced by other variables that not investigated in this study.

Abstract

This study is a survey research which conducted on the consumer of Mamalime product in Bumiayu. This study investigates the influence of product attributes, which consisted of packaging, price perception, brand, product quality, and label, to the purchasing decision of Mamalime product consumer in Bumiayu. The population of this study are all of Mamalime product consumer in Bumiayu, and the total sample is 100 respondents which chosen by using non-probability sampling method (convenience sampling). Data that used in this study are consisted of primary data that are taken from questionnaire, and secondary data that are obtained from literatures. The result of this study shows that (1) packaging doesn’t significantly influence to the purchasing decision of Mamalime product consumer in Bumiayu, (2) price perception significantly influences to the purchasing of Mamalime product consumer in Bumiayu, (3) brand significantly influences to the purchasing decision of Mamalime product consumer in Bumiayu, (4) product quality significantly influences to the purchasing decision of Mamalime product consumer in Bumiayu, and (5) label doesn’t significantly influence to the purchasing decision of Mamalime product consumer in Bumiayu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work pressure, work commitment and motivation on the performance of Sub PPKBD in UPT BPPKB Kecamatan Gombong. Variables in this study consist of two types of independent variables that include work pressure, work commitment, and motivation. While the dependent variable includes performance. The population in this study were all Sub PPKBD in UPT BPPKB, totaling 87 people. Respondents were drawn as many as 87 people, so all members of the population sampled (study population). The research method is quantitative analysis and the data then be analyzed by the statistical technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that the variables work pressure, work commitment and motivation give positive and significant influence to performance either partially or simultaneously. Later analysis of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) work pressure (X1), work commitment (X2) and motivation (X3) effect by 42,3% to variable performance (Y), while the remaining 57,7% is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of career development, competence and leadership style on job satisfaction with the mediation of organizational commitment (a study on PT PRIMATEXCO INDONESIA BATANG). The number of sample number 170 people. Primary data obtained using a questionmaire developed by the indicator variable of career development, competency, leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Value score questionnaire using Likert scale of 1 to 5 continum. Methods of data using multiple regression analisis. The results of hypothesis testing and career development competencies have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Style of leadership does not have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Career development, competency, leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research seeks to test the dynamic capital structure model in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banyumas Regency. The data used are panel data from MSMEs in Banyumas Regency from 2015 to 2017. This research uses dynamic model, which is different from the static model because this dynamic model incorporates adjustment rate parameter on leverage. Adjustment speed to targeted leverage is characterized as an activity to balance leverage at the targeted level. In a dynamic perspective, the leverage observed at a time may not be the same as the targeted leverage. Leverage targeted by these MSMEs will be determined and estimated. This study uses prediction of debt ratio as optimal leverage or targeted leverage. Targeted leverage changes from time to time due to changes in internal and external factors of MSMEs. This targeted leverage depends on the characteristics of MSMEs and macroeconomic conditions. Company's financial performance can be known from the optimal use of the capital structure. Capital structure theory such as pecking order theory and trade-off theory is widely used to determine funding policy in its capital structure. The development of trade-off theory and pecking order theory is to solve the problem of the capital structure into a model of the dynamic capital structure. The purpose of this paper is to explain the existence of adjustment model to the time of continuous leverage usage in capital structure at MSMEs which is development of dynamical capital structure theory that is dynamic capital structure adjustment model (DCSA) a new concept to solve funding problem at MSMEs, and using characteristic variable company in the form of profitability, assets structure, size, growth and liquidity as determinant factor of optimal capital structure at MSMEs. Previous research has been done in large companies, and still little done to MSMEs, so this research will test the structure of capital structure at MSMEs. The descriptive statistic research will be conducted by regression analysis. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique where the object of research is MSME which has financial report in last three years, data in the form of primary data from financial report of MSMEs. With the new concept of dynamic capital structure adjustment model (DCSA) is expected to determine the optimal capital structure with the level of adjustment (speed of adjustment) on leverage targeted at MSMEs.

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of Cultural Role in Organizational Learning Process at Otto Bus Company in Pantura java area (Tegal, Brebes, Slawi). The purpose of this research is to know the effect of cultural role in Organizational Learning Process in Otto Bus Company in pantura area so that it has competitive advantage. Instrument used in this research is Value Survey Module 1994 (VSM 1994). This instrument is a revision of the previous questionnaire based on the question used in the original Hofstede research. A total of 125 questionnaires were distributed to all 10 companies. Each company received two copies of the questionnaire for its general manager and executive manager. Acceptable responses are accepted and analyzed. Researchers conducted 7 semi interviews to interpret and validate the results of the survey, from the results of research, researchers take the conclusion that the cultural dimensions of individualism and avoidance of uncertainty have a significant effect on organizational learning, where the area of pantura whose culture of individualism is still high into a competitive advantage and avoid the low uncertainty makes excellence separate community culture that supports organizational learning become more competitive.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the soundness level of KSPPS BMT BUM Tegal in 2016 based on the Regulations of Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Coorporative and SME No. 07/PerDep.6/IV/2016. The subject of this research is KSPPS BMT BUM Tegal and the object itself is the soundness level of KSPPS BMT BUM Tegal. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. In this research, the data were collected through documentation and interview methodes. The result shows that the soundness level of KSPPS BMT BUM Tegal in 2016 was in moderately soundness category with a mean score of 75,45 with the details as follows: (1) the capital aspect attained a mean score of 5,50 and was in the under surveillance category; (2) the quality of productive assets aspect attained a mean score of 14,45 and was in the moderately soundness category; (3) the management aspect attained a mean score of 11,50 and was in soundness category; (4) the efficiency aspect attained 6,50 and was in the under surveillance category; (5) the liquidity aspect attained a mean score of 12,50 and was in soundness category; (6) the identity cooperative attained a mean score of 10,00 and was in soundness category; (7) the autonomy and growth aspects attained a mean score of 5,00 and was in under special surveillance; and (8) the sharia principal persuance aspect attained a mean score of 10,00 and was in soundness category.

Abstract

This research wants to examine the effects of Bank Size (CSIZE), Profitability (PROFIT), Public Shares Ownership (ISSUE), Total Number of the Board of Commissioner (BSIZE), Total Meeting of the Board of Commissioner (RPTDEKOM), and Member of Commissioner with background from Banking Supervisory Institution (BIDEKOM) to Corporate Risk Disclosure (CRD). This research analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis models. The result of this research shows that the data has fulfilled the classical assumption, such as there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity also data has distributed normally. From the regression analysis, found that partially Bank Size, Profitability and Member of Commissioner with Background from Banking Supervisory Institution variable, are significant to Corporate Risk Disclosure, while Public Share Ownership, Total Number of the Board of Commissioner and Total Meeting of the Board of Commissioner are not significant to Corporate Risk Disclosure.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to seek to examine the role of customer education (CE) and interaction quality (IQ) to the customer participation (CP) and its impact on customer relationship satisfaction (RS). Design methodology: The sample uses the respondent hospital patients in the disease amounted to 185 respondents. Structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis were performed to evaluate the model hypotheses. Size reliability and validity were also examined. Findings: Statistical analysis shows that following each CE, and IQ have a positive impact on CP and CP increase RS. The practical implications: In the context of the service industry in higher education in the region III Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia, the study offers a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the CP, and how CP influences RS. This understanding will help practitioners formulate policies and effective marketing strategies and strengthening services to customers on the basis of an interactive service on the front lines. The concierge service at the core and at the forefront of service is able to improve customer satisfaction by providing high customer value. Originality: This paper uses a sample on education service in measuring customer interaction quality education and who have not previously been tested on previous studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the performance as a form of policy successes One Village One Product (OVOP) in Brebes Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with the aim of providing a picture or describe the state of the object. The study was conducted in the Brebes Regency, covering areas that were targeted OVOP program, and the Department of Industry and Trade Office Department of Cooperatives and UKM As well as the center of the main data source. Descriptive qualitative data analysis, which illustrate the descriptions based on the data available on the object of research. The results show the achievement of performance OVOP policy in improving the welfare of the community in Brebes Regency has not reached optimal results, from some of the leading products available in the Brebes Regency, two new products, the main target is the implementation of OVOP programs salted egg and seaweed, while the center other products are still in development stage. However, of the activities that have been done show a considerable increase prospectively, including an increase in the volume of production and the birth of new product variants as a result of the coaching and development of creativity and innovation entrepreneurs. As a supporter of factors, including Brebes Regency Government has a strong commitment to implement the OVOP program on an ongoing basis, so as to exploit the full potential that can be used as a superior product. Availability of funds, human resources and compliance infrastructure needs, especially for the target group can be used as capital to implement the OVOP activities thoroughly. The stages of activities have been implemented in an integrated manner and in accordance with their respective authorities, although there are indications of overlapping authorities in carrying out coaching because there are no clear boundaries in determining the category of individual businesses, and industry groups.
