Abstract

The approaches of stock valuation can be used by the investor using  the approaches of present value and price earnings ratio. This research is to investigate the effect of fundamental analysis on the stock valuation using the approach of price earnings ratio. The fundamental factor uses some variables such as dividend yield, return on assets, leverage, firm size and growth of earnings per share. The sample is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock exchange for the period of financial report of 2013 until 2015.            The result indicates that statistically dividend yields, leverage, firm size, and return on assets have significant effect on the stock valuation of price earnings ratio, but  growth of earnings  per share does not affect the stock valuation.

Abstract

The status of college which is social/nonprofit which means not profit oriented to many universities to enliven its social character, only get the receipt of money from Education Development contribution (SPP) of students, the obstacle is if the students are few, so the budget for the cost of Tri Dharma can be disrupted when the function of universities is to implement Tri Dharma.Reinventing is allowed as long as it is nonprofit because the profits earned are used for institutional development, not for the personal benefit of foundations and lecturers. While the purpose of this research is to know the role of reinventing in developing universities and developing reinventing colleges by establishing Blue Ocean Strategy.The research methodology used by using descriptive qualitative approach, that is using empirical experiences and sources of secondary data/literature.The result of this research is that universities especially (PTS) are non profit/ social, which rely solely on the receipt of money SPP students, so PTS less developed, then PTS in the need to open additional branches of business/business/reinventing. The reinventing remains a nonprofit status because of the profit gained for institutional development.Private universities (PTS) have advantages: technology, human resources, and market segment such as: students, lecturers, alumni/family (alma mater) so that they can move in blue ocean strategy.

Abstract

Communications officer of library is to represent an interaction process among one with others in the effort to change attide, opinion, behavior between communicator (officer of library) with communicant (consumer of library) by using verbal and nonverbal communications. The research method of the thesis is descriptive or qualitative research. Research place in done at library of private collage In Banjarmasin City those are Library Of UNISKA, STIE PANCASETIA, and STMIK Indonesia Banjarmasin. The goals of this research is to know communications form of any kind of which in using by provider that is librarian, and officer of library to consumer library. The form of communication any kind of which dominating in order to make consumer of libray can exploit amenity of library exsistensi maximaly, any kind of able to make library in order to yield the library which goes forward on continuing. As for informan which in obtaining from the head of library, librarian, officer of library, consumer of library that exist in library of college of private sector in Banjarmasin. Result of research shows that librarians use communications verbal and nonverbal communications. The form of communications officers of library in doing activity everyday using nonverbal communications. The form of communication of library in doing activity everyday using nonverbal communications. Observations, interviu, documentations (triangulation) . The activity everyday dominating comminacations which being used in verbal and nonverbal communications. In fact, library activity yield developed lbrary in continuing with the of library, librarian, officer of library, consumer of library is done continously.

Abstract

Research is one of the objectives of to overcome problem in a organization on this research writer set some limits trouble is as follows: corrupt communication organization that occurs in units of unity of production forest management (KPHP) model sea island and sebuku, and approach micro to organizations especially approach among members organization in the implementation of the reforestation in units of unity of production forest management (KPHP) model sea island and sebuku especially on the implementation of reforestation.The results of the study found that communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to to institutional strengthening so that the implementation of reforestation possible consistent with the objectives of to be achieved.Keywords: Organizational communications, Reboisation, forest production management

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Message Development through Local Government Public Relations Section Barito Kuala in Accelerating Development. The method used is quantitative and qualitative.Techniques Quantitative carried out in the preliminary study, the preliminary study was conducted with data collection using questionnaires as many as 10 people, divided into, 5 person staff part of Government Public Relations Barito Kuala, and 5 persons from the people of Marabahan, further research using Qualitative Methods by observation, interviews, documents and triangulation, carried out in four locations namely in Sub Marabahan Marabahan the District, the District Marabahan Nice Village, Village Handil Bhakti, District and Village Alalak barnacle West, District Alalak. Each study site have 5 informants as a source of information.          The study concluded socialization development policy carried out by the Local Government Barito Kuala been quite effective. Only, in the achievement of the target, socialization needs to be done to the maximum, so that the flow of information that has been channeled through various mass media is really up to the community.So, when one region disebuah area looks quite advanced, especially in terms of information and communication, not necessarily progress of the region results from the efforts being made in the region itself.

Abstract

Total  QualityManagement (TQM)  is a new paradigm in running a business with the goal to maximize organizational competiveness through focuses on consumer satisfaction, all employee engagement, and sustainable improvement on quality of products, services, human, process and organizational environment.This research aims to determine the amount of effects by variables in the implementation of Total QualityManagementconsisting of:focuses on consumers, sustainable improvement, management commitment, training, employee empowering, performance comparison, and use of simultaneous statistic equipment on quality culture. The research method uses type of explanatoryresearch with quantitative approach because it tries to describe inter-variable correlation through hypothesis testing, meanwhile in general, the data used are in the form of number calculated by statistic test.Results of the research are (a) Simultaneously the variables in the implementation of TotalQuality Managementare able to describe the effects on the quality culture variable by 63,5%, meanwhile the remaining is described or influenced by other independent variables beyond the research model equation. Inter-variable correlation in the implementation of TotalQuality  Management on the quality culture is quite strong (b) There are significant effects between variables in the implementation of Total QualityManagementconsisting of focuses on employee, management commitment, training, employee empowering, and use of statistic devices partially on quality culture variable, meanwhile the sustainable improvement and performance comparison do not influence significantly on quality culture variable. Thus, the second hypothesis of this research is rejected (c) The training variable provides dominant effects on the quality culture variable. Thus the third hypothesis of this research is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of empowerment of employees on organizational performance at the District Office Haruyan Hulu Sungai Tengah. The type of research used is explanatory, while the research approach is a quantitative approach.The findings of research that is at a significant level of 5% proved to have an effect of empowerment of employees who viewed from the desire to the performance of Haruyan District Office, while for 1% it turned out that the empowerment of pegawi does not affect the performance of the organization. At a significant level of 5% proved to have an effect of employee empowerment viewed from trust to organizational performance, while for 1% no effect. At a significant level of 5% proved to have an effect variable employee empowerment seen from confident to the performance of the organization, while 1% no effect. And there is influence empowering employees seen from the cridibility of organizational performance at a significant level of 5%, while at 1% no effect. At a significant level of 1% and 5% proved to have an effect of employee empowerment seen from accountability to organizational performance. And at a significant level of 5% proved to have an effect of empowering employees viewed from comunication to organizational performance, while at 1% no effect.

Abstract

Every company contrives to get their officers engaged thoroughly to the company activities in form of absolute productivity to attain the objectives of the company. Meanwhile there are a lot of factors that may affect the productivity of the officers such as work spirit, discipline, level of education, skill, nutrition and health, attitudes, ethics, motivation, work climate, technology, production facilities, opportunities to work and accomplish something at work. The objectives of this research were to discover how motivation possibly affects the productivity of The Local Water Company (PDAM) officers in Banjarmasin at work and to find out which is the dominant variable that affects that productivity of The Local Water Company (PDAM) officers in Banjarmasin. Based on the regression analysis of the five work motivation variables towards work productivity, the research resulted on physiological need (X1), the need of security (X2), social need (X3), the need for achievement (X4), and the need for self-actualization (X5). Furthermore, the most dominant variable that affected the productivity at work is the need of security which is 0.720, for the officers need an assurance of their safety in undertaking their tasks at work.

Abstract

This study aims about relationship of organization structure with job effectivity. The method is explanatory survey research so date was got based on sample form all of population. Number of sample are 34 people which was got random on simple random. To know exist or not relationship used statistic test of Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient.Based on analysis result can be explain, that the effectivity grade of officer work on education and culture service look good. Accourding to three indicator which was measured is job productivity, job efficiency, and job satisfication and follow in all of responden opinion look good. This means job effectivity of officer which was not optimal is causal from organization structure was not applicated exactly yet.From aspect for organization structure less support to job effectivity lock by share job which less with need of officer and the deparity treatment make the officer apt to character not constructive. Although in share of job as rule accourding to normative rule and as to organization structure but implementative only take the name of organization personnel, and the irony is not all of officer understand what the job description.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the activity of parents in attempt to provide guidance to help students to learn responsible as a student at the school and to find out about the monitoring / supervision of student learning activities, both at home, at school, and in society.             The study population was all students and student MTs Negeri Banjarmasin Banjarmasin South 1, amounting to 148 people, which consists of 6 classes: VII D, VII E, VIIIA, VIIIB, IXA, IXB.            The efforts of parents in improving student discipline against such regulation is expected to increase discipline in bersosialisasikan children learn and be able to follow the learning process with a sense of security, calm, comfortable, so the learning process and result can run well and smoothly. Keywords: Effort, parents, students Discipline Regulation.
