Abstract

Each of Indonesian journalists must uphold the Code of Journalistic Ethics in carrying out any work in the field of journalism . However, this time not all Indonesian journalists make journalism ethics as a " crown " in the works . A reliable and professional journalists should have the following three criteria . First , master the skills of journalism . Second , control of field coverage. Third , understand and adhere to journalistic ethics .For that purpose made a post this time to find out what things are often a problem in the world of journalism ethics , so that could be a picture of good press and imaging and uphold the rules of the world press .The world press is also closely related to the world of communication and now it often becomes a problem due to a communication error is in disseminating information to the public , so the performance issues of the press in this case journalists interesting to do in-depth study on the ethics of their work to avoid errors chaos in the world of communication or communication that result in harm to others .The method used Relating to this study , the approach used in this study is using a qualitative approach using sychronization source of primary data and secondary data sources . Sources of primary data obtained through interviews to journalists as press personnel who perform journalistic tasks and conduct field observations , while secondary data sources which include regulations , code of conduct , official documents . books and reports the results of research in the form of secondary data material in this study .The results of this scientific journals can be proved with some interviews to journalists in Palangkaraya who admits that they can not work and understand 100 percent implementation of the code of journalistic ethics , particularly the clauses relating to the independence of the press to do the job .The conclusion in the press itself still needs some improvement in addition to providing training to journalists but also strengthen the structure and capabilities of the institution itself in the Indonesian press . Key Word : Obedience, Ethic Code, Journalism

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication climate and employee performance in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Banjarmasin, in addition to know the influence between the communication climate with the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Banjarmasin. The method used is a quantitative research approach and a research instrument with a questionnaire that is analyzed with Chi Square Goodness Of Fit and Simple Linear Regression.The results showed that the communication climate of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Banjarmasin is quite good. While the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Banjarmasin including less good category. In addition there is no influence between the communication climate on the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Wealth management in moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura is an orientation of this research. Besed on wealth management concept, the researcher try to explore how is their the wealth management concept so that their wealth bring blessings. The aim of this research to gire more explanation related on wealth management concept that done by moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura. This research is a field research. Because of this research choices Martapura Kabupaten Banjar, so for reveling the problem, research apply sosiologic normative approach. in revaling and analyze the problem, research apply qualitative description opproach. So will found the answer from real condition that happened in the field. A series of those process make a description that thereaded (concatenated description) so easy to understand. The cunclosion of this research is moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura have wealth management concept the oriented to Allah SWT’s blessings. So the steep and management schemesthat they did in eccordance with syari’s laws. But in orther side, there are several things that need to be anhanched aspecially, related to the management of incoe rest. They have preference in using to distribute directty better to allocated their fund in long term investment. So concept “Falah” in syariah economic understanding can be reached.Keywords : Management, Wealth, Moslem’s, Enterprenuers.

Abstract

Based on human awarness that improve to be more clever and smarter to choose the best product and quality, Kalsel Bank has a strategic plan for it's employee to improve customer's satisfication. The strategic plan applied from service to all of the selling products. Specially it's credit product that usually help customers in needed with special offer.The purpose of study marketing communication to increas customer's satisfication is to knowing the communication strategy of Kalsel Bank to be trusted by customers, to get the data of customer's satisfication of it's service, and knowing  factors that could influence customer's satisfication for it's service and credit products. Subjects of the study are six men and six women around thirty one to forty years old. It separated by two steps as pre research and extention research with interview as instrument and using triangulasi method.The result of this study that has gotten by reducted the data, compared the data with all communication theory that been used as persuation communication, interpersonal communication, and non verbal communication, and also  compared with the datas on previous study. SWOT analyse being used for the image of Kalsel Bank.The result of this study is a superfine service that stated in Superfine Culture in Kalsel Bank and must be applied to all of credit service employee so, all of the customers are able to get superfine service and the best product, this strategy is able to create loyal customer who feel satisfy. Based on factors that have a role as mastery the persuasif communication technique of Kalsel Bank's employee, to honor it's mission as best quality service provider, cheap interest on Multiguna credit product.

Abstract

Insani clinical Muara Teweh founded in 2014 and until now more or less run for two years, address at T. Surapati street RT.12A Malayu village Muara Teweh North Barito regency in Central Kalimantan. With the number of employees 50 people managed by Heriansyah.This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, spirit of work and working environment together and partially on the performance of employees in Insani clinical Muara Teweh. This type of research is quantitative method. The samples were obtained 50 votes. To determine the effect of the influence of discipline, spirit of work and working environment to employees performance at Insani clinical Muara Teweh statistical methods used multiple linear regression test. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program for Windows.Based on the results of the research show that together the discipline, spirit of work and working environment significantly influence employee performance in Insani clinical Muara Teweh. Partially, discipline, morale and working environment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in Insani clinical Muara Teweh.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper seeks to explore the factors that influence the activity of knowledge which is the organizational culture that was adopted many knowledge management programs. Abstract

          In the implementarion of the simultaneously post election in 2018, the Election Commission of Republic Indonesian issued regulation No.5/2017 concerning compaign funds for the participants of the Governor an Deputy Governon, regent and Deputy Regent, and/or Mayor and deputy Mayor. This research is directed at the determinants of the compliance with the implementation of the Election Commission regulation, both by candidate pairs  and by the political parties, whichs aims to find out what factors influence the implementaion of that KPU RI regulation.         The assessment process is carried out objectively, systematically, rationally, which is supported by empirical facts in order to find the truth, for the the purpose of developing science, especially regional finance, which is related to compaign funds. The research technique was carried out with descriptive fenomenology, with the location of the study being the election commission located in 11 districts and 2 municipalities in South Kalimantan province. The descriptive fenomenology approach was used by researcher to explore the phnomenon because the participants wanted to know about it (as many as 10 key person as related informants) and the researchers acted as instrumentes in teh ddata collection process.          The results of the study indicate that there are several things that have the potential to be determinants of the suitability of the implementation of The RI Election Commision regulation No.5/2017 are the electoral system and compaign finance management, the existence of a high-cost compaign process, the content of ele toral policies and the context of policy implementation (in relation of the level human resources competence, the availability of adewuate human resources, the power of actors in influencing the effectiveness for political elite).

Abstract

Based on empirical studies and theoretical studies that market orientation and strategic competitive advantage and a good marketing performance can be achieved by Industry Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) when they can meet-indigo value of each variable in an integrated manner. Therefore, the relationship of these variables influence is very interesting to do the assessment and tested empirically in the context of the Small Business Industry mengah (SMEs) in South Kalimantan Province.           The purpose of this study theoretically (long-term) is expected for the development of the science, especially in the field of marketing management related to market-oriented marketing strategies to achieve competitive advantage in order to improve the performance of SMEs Company marketing. While practical purposes (short-term) is the finding of this study is expected to provide information on the perpetrators indsustri small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as a basis for improving the quality of products and services through the process of market orientation. The method used in this study is a survey method, whereas this type of research is classified as explanatory research. Data analysis tool used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS)           The studies have shown that the market orientation positive significant effect on the competitive advantage Strategy and Performance pemesaran company. Competitive advantage strategy significantly positive effect on the performance of corporate marketing. Also the orientation of the market through the support of competitive advantage Strategy positive significant effect on the improvement of the company's marketing performance.Keywords: Competitive Advantage Strategy, Market Orientation,  and Performance Marketing Company

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline toward performance of employee in Lion Group Distric Kalimantan. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to Lion Group Distric Kalimantan 112 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 27. A sampling technique uses a census method and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by factor analysis, reliability test with cronbach. Classic  assumption test and double linear regression analysis, to verify and to prove the research hypothesis.Analysis result demonstrates that leadership style have a positive influence toward employee performance. Motivation have a positive influence toward employee performance  and   work  discipline  have  a  positive  influence  toward  employee performance.

Abstract

SOP is a simple instruction to complete a routine task which is the most effectiveway to meet the operational requirements. According to the data from the ILO, everyyear in the world happens 270 million accidents at work, workers suffer 160 milliondiseases because of work, 2.2 million deaths and finance of 1.25 trillion USD. InIndonesia, in the period of 2009, there were 22.338 cases of the total 96.314 cases in 2009for accidents at work at the age of 26 -30 years.The purpose of this study is to investigatethe obedience determinants of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) on rubber admission in Sampit International Company Banjarmasin in 2015.Thisresearch is a type of analytical research which uses a Cross Sectional approach usingprimary data. The total sample of this research is 100 respondents, which uses a samplingtechnique that is saturated by making the entire population as a sample. Data wereanalyzed in univariate way, bivariate way using Chi Square statistic test.The researchshows that 1 between 5 respondents are less adherent to the implementation of SOP. Thevariables which are related are the level of education, work experience (the employmentperiod), knowledge, regulation, and supervision. in the other hand.
