Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of Digital HR in human resource management to improve employee performance efficiency and to explore effective strategies for its application. Using a literature review method that involves collecting, reading, and analyzing academic references such as theses and journal articles, the study found that Digital HR significantly enhances employee performance and organizational efficiency. By adopting digital systems such as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), artificial intelligence (AI), and e-learning platforms, companies are able to automate recruitment, performance management, and employee development processes more effectively. Effective strategies include the integration of HRIS, AI-based recruitment automation, and flexible digital training programs. Furthermore, leveraging technology for employee data management and goal-based performance systems increases transparency, identifies areas for improvement, and enables quicker feedback. The use of digital platforms for communication and collaboration also promotes employee engagement, accelerates information flow, and strengthens a positive workplace culture

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the following in Tanah Grogot Village, Tanah Grogot District, Paser Regency: 1) The significant influence of leadership, competence, and infrastructure simultaneously on employee performance. 2) The significant influence of leadership, competence, and infrastructure partially on employee performance. 3) Variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance.This research is quantitative. The population was 32 employees of Tanah Grogot Village, Tanah Grogot District, Paser Regency. The sample size was 31 employees who left their leadership positions. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis model used was multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study found that: 1) Leadership, Competence and Infrastructure simultaneously influence the performance of employees in Tanah Grogot Village, Tanah Grogor District, Paser Regency. 2) Leadership, Competence and Infrastructure partially influence the performance of employees in Tanah Grogot Village, Tanah Grogor District, Paser Regency. 3) Leadership dominantly influences the performance of employees in Tanah Grogot Village, Tanah Grogor District, Paser Regency

Abstract

The manufacturing industry in Tangerang Regency faces significant challenges in maintaining and increasing labor productivity, where employee motivation is a crucial factor influenced by various aspects of wage and benefits policies. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 employee participants. This study applied a saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population was used as a sample, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS software. The results of the analysis showed that the compensation system had a positive impact and had a significant influence on work morale, with a determination effect (R²) of 0.684. This situation shows that 68.4% of the difference in work motivation is influenced by compensation factors. This study recommends that companies consider the compensation system as a strategic instrument in improving staff morale.

Abstract

This study will analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, compensation, and work discipline on turnover intention at PT Home Center Indonesia, Semarang Branch. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. However, prior to this, data instrument testing and classical assumption testing were conducted using SPSS. A census method was used for the sample size of 112 employees.The results indicate that job satisfaction, work motivation, and compensation do not have a significant effect. However, work discipline does have a significant effect on turnover intention. These results indicate that the variables job satisfaction, work motivation, compensation, and work discipline have a low contribution to turnover intention.

Abstract

PT Matahari Department Store Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan ritel terbesar di Indonesia dan memiliki kontribusi penting bagi perekonomian nasional. Seiring meningkatnya tingkat persaingan di sektor ritel, perusahaan dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan terkait pengelolaan keuangannya. Karena itu, memahami faktor-faktor yang berpotensi memicu financial distress menjadi hal yang krusial untuk menjaga keberlanjutan usaha serta stabilitas Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), dan debt to equity ratio (DER) terhadap financial distress pada PT. Matahari Departement Store, Tbk tahun 2018 – 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni teknik non-probability sampling melalui metode purposive sampling, yaitu penentuan sampel berdasarkan kriteria dan pertimbangan tertentu yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian, yang kemudian pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 27. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa current ratio (CR) dan return on assets (ROA) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial distress, sedangkan debt to equit ratio (DER) tidak bepengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Namun ketiga variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini, yakni current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), dan debt to equity ratio (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser, mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser dan mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser berjumlah 168, sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan rumus slovin sehingga sampel yang dihasilkan berjumlah 63 orang yang diambil sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengolah data primer melalui yaitu kuesioner (angket) penelitian yang diberikan kepada responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, pengujian instrumen, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Dan Kemampuan Kerja Berpengaruh Secara Simultan (Bersama-Sama) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser (2) Motivasi Kerja Berpengaruh Secara Parsial (Sendiri-Sendiri) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser. Disiplin tidak Berpengaruh Secara Parsial (Sendiri-Sendiri) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser. Kemampuan Kerja Berpengaruh Secara Parsial (Sendiri-Sendiri) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser (3) Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser adalah Kemampuan Kerja
