Abstract

          The purposes of this study  are: (1) To know the effect of work ability on the performance of employees at PT. Benawa Citra Putra Tabalong. (2) To know the effect of position requirements  on the performance of employees at PT. Benawa Citra Putra Tabalong. (3) To know the effect of commitment to the performance of employees at PT. Benawa Citra Putra Tabalong. (4) To know the effect of work ability, Position Requirements and Commitments simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Benawa Citra Putra Tabalong.          This study used descriptive quantitative method. The sample of population were 40 employees. The instrument used to collect the data was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using SPSS version 20. Result of the study shows that : (1) The work ability has a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Citra Putra Tabalong Benawa Tabalong, it amounts 67.1% (2) The position requirements has a  significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Citra Putra Tabalong Benawa Tabalong, it amounts 23.5%  (3) Commitment has an effect on the performance of employees at PT Citra Putra Tabalong Benawa Tabalong, it amounts 31.4%  (4)  Work Ability, Position  Requirements and Commitments simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Citra Putra Tabalong Benawa District,  Tabalong regency, it  amounts 67.9%.

Abstract

The economic growth is used to asses the economic performance, so that the economic growth is very important because by good economic growth will open more work fields. This research aims to conduct empirical test on whether the economic growth in Central Kalimantan for the latest six years affects significantly on the decrease of Poverty Level.The research method used is descriptive method. This method is a method directing on real research issues in its practice. The obtained data are collected in research activity, then presented, described and analyzed through analysis tools applied. To answer the problem formulation and test on the hypothesis, whether there is any significant effect of the economic growth level on the decrease of Poverty level in Central Kalimantan for the latest six years, using Simple Regression Statistic Analysis.The testing results on the economic growth level for the latest six years regressed through the Poverty level in Central Kalimantan show that there is a negative correlation (- 0.356 ) but insignificant one so that the hypothesis stating that “ There is a significant effect of the economic growth level on the decrease of Poverty level in Central Kalimantan for the latest six years” is rejected.

Abstract

Investment is rational action did by humans to increase their wealth in the future, with sacrifice money and other economic resources in investing there are some things that should be considered by investors one of which is the return and risk. In general, investors will always consider the trade off between return that will be earned in investing and the risks to be faced in making such investments. The object of this study was the Consumer Goods sector Manufacturing industries listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 years, from 2008 to 2011. The method of selecting samples in this research is purposive judgment sampling method. The F-test was 0,000 which is smaller than the degree of error is equal to 0.05 or 5% thus Beta, company size, and the ratio of book to market simultaneously - significant effect in predicting Return Consumer Goods shares in the company. T test results showed the Beta coefficient of 0.023 with a significance value of 0.004. This means Beta significant positive effect due to the significance value of 0.004 is smaller than the required significance level of 5%. Company size coefficient of 2.349 and 0.915 significance value. This means that the size of the company does not have a significant effect because the significance value of 0.915 is much larger than the required significance level of 5%. Coefficient of book to market ratios of -0.015 with a significance value of 0.001. This means that the ratio of book to market significant negative effect because the significance value 0.001 is much smaller than the required significance level of 5%. Key words : Beta, Firm size, Market to book ratio, and Stock Retuns.

Abstract

This research shows the role of management, communication and producer in the production of television programs, especially the comedy program Baelang in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating and organizing the production of Comedy Baelang program in TVRI East Kalimantan. This research is qualitative and the data obtained in accordance with the subjects and research objects. The research was conducted by direct involvement method, observation and interview which was done unstructured in informal atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motives and satisfaction withlistener loyalty programs humming dusk and information Banjarmasin Abdi Persada Fm Radio . . The underlying motives for using media audiences and the satisfaction he felt after using these media will affect the loyalty to a media audience .According to Childers , et al . , ( 2001) in Christodoulides and Michaelidou ( 2010) , can be used as a basic motif that is useful in understanding the behavior of qkonsumensuch as satisfaction and loyalty . multiple linear regression analysis . results of the studyindicate that the motif of information and entertainment motifs are motifs listenerswhich has been able to be satisfied by the program humming dusk and information Banjarmasin Abdi Persada Fm Radio . While the motives of personal identity and personal relationships have not been satisfied . Directly proportional to the low condition of listener loyalty . Abstract

Increasing population and increasing people's income in Banjarmasin city will increase people's need for comfortable house either as a residence as an investment in the future.The purpose of this study is to know and analyze about new products produced by PT.Donindo Menara Utama Company in relation to the buying decision of the Consumers inhabiting the complex of Metro Indah Housing Banjarmasin.This research is done by taking the object of research that is in Metro Indah Housing Complex which is located at Brig Jend H. Hasan Basri Kayu Tangi BanjarmasinSample amounted to 32 people, taken 10% of the total population of 110 people. Relationship analysis using product moment correlation coefficient sought by the formula of coarse numbers or also called Raw Score method.The result of the research is the coefficient between the new product variables and the decision variable to buy the housing complex of Metro Indah housing owned by PT.Doninda Menara Utama Banjarmasin which is 0.577. The r table for N of 30 with a significant level of 5% is 0.361. The coefficient of correlation of new Product variable with decision variable to buy is greater than correlation value listed in table of product moment r value. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient of both variables studied is significant or positive.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan metode  strategi belajar Kooperatif tipe jigsaw  dalam menyampaikan  materi Integrasi Nasional dalam Bingkai Bhinneka Tunggal Ika,dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKN siswa Kelas X DPIB-BSMK Negeri 5 Banjarmasin,  dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 36  siswa, penilitian tindakan kelas ini untuk mengukur hasil ulangan dan aktivitas siswa penelitian  tidakan kelas ini dilaksanakan pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2017/2018Berdasarkan hasil  tindakan kelas yang dilakukan melalui  siklus I dan II, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil sementara penelitian tindakan kelas mengunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsawpada materi Integrasi Nasional dalam Bingkai Bhinneka Tunggal Ikadapat meningkatkan hasil belajar   dan aktivitas pada pelajaran PKN siswa Kelas X DPIB-BSMK Negeri 5 Banjarmasin telah menunjukkan kondisi awal untuk hasil belajar siswa yang tuntas 9 Orang (25%) yang belum tuntas 27 orang (75%)  hasil observasi keaktifan siswa siswa tuntas 12 Orang (33,33%) , setelah dilaksanakan tindakan,  siklus I hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkakatan yaitu siswa yang tuntas 18 orang (50%)  belum tuntas 18 orang (50%), untuk keaktifan siswa yang tuntas 23 Orang (63,89 %)belum tuntas 13 orang (36%), pada siklus II  nilai ulangan siswa yang tuntas 32 Orang (88%) belum tuntas 4 Orang (11,11 %)untuk keaktifan siswa tuntas  35 Orang (97,22%) atas temuan tersebut Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Jig Saw  telah berhasil meningkatkan hasil ulangan dan keaktifan  siswa. Simpulan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode pembelajaran tipe Jigsawdapat meningkatkan hasil ulangan dan keaktifan dalam pembelajaran PKn pada materi Integritas Nasional dalam bingkai Bhineka Tunggal Ika  untuk siswa Kelas X DPIB-BSMKN 5 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

There is a universal awareness on the importance of productivity in improving national welfare. The productivity is an essential factor in maintaining and developing the success of an organization. So that a company can achieve its goals one of which to improve the work productivity, then it is an obligation for the leaders to provide motivation for the employees in the form of compensation.This research is willing to achieve the goals namely (1) to determine the effects of salary, intensive, facility, position promotion and work environment on the work productivity of CocaCola Indonesia employees either simultaneously or partially (2) to determine the most influential factors on the work productivity of CocaCola Indonesia employees.In this research, the population is all of the employees in production section CocaColaIndonesia. There are 130 employees as the research samples. The sample collection technique is bypurposivesampling   technique. The data analysis tools used in this research are validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing.Results of the research are (1) There are effects of salary on the employee work productivity (2)There are effects of incentive on the employee work productivity (4) There are effects of work environment on the employee work productivity (5) There are significant effects of salary (X1),incentive (X2)allowances (X3),facility (X4), position promotion (X5) and work environment (X6) simultaneously on the work productivity (Y). The salary has the dominant effects on the work productivity namely by b1=0,248.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of employees competence, job climate, and service quality to job performance. This study examined the influence of employees competence, job climate, and service quality to job performance. This research taken the sample from employees PDAM Tirta Barito Selatan, number of sample 60 respondent with purposive random sampling. The results of this research is employees competence , job climate, and service quality, has positive influence on job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors empthy service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA Tbk Barabai. Analysis techniques used are associative Causal with quantitative approach. The quantitative data in this study a ordinal of the respondents' answers to the question posed in the questionnaire. Value statistics t- empthy path variable influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Indonesia Tbk people. Barabai is 2,562 bigger than t-normal distribution table at 1.96, meaning that there is significant influence between the variables kepuasana empthy with customers at PT. Bank Indonesia Tbk people. Barabai. Empthy variable (X1), that individual attention, understanding specific purposes, building a partner, and the friendliness of the employees make a meaningful contribution in the customer satisfaction.The results showed a positive and significant influence between empathy factor of service to customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Barabai. From the estimation PLS appeared another conclusion that the models studied actual satisfaction can only explain the phenomenon of customer satisfaction Britama savings in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Barabai amounted to 68.9%. While the remaining 31.1% is explained by other variables included in the model and error.Keywords: Service, Satisfaction, and Bank Customer
