Abstract

The main building construction permit is an ownership right that can be owned by the developer and cannot be owned by individuals. Generally, limited companies only have a Main Building Permit and cannot directly become property rights because they cannot become objects of property rights. If it is to be sold to consumers, the building permit will be split into separate building permits. This research was conducted through direct interviews with sources and supported by a literature study. The research method used is qualitative, with data analysis carried out qualitatively. The legal sources used include primary legal and secondary legal materials. The research results show the distribution of permits to build the main building for the residential area of PT. Rahman Abadi Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Regency by applicable regulations. The main obstacles to distributing permits to construct the main building include a long process and inaccurate land boundaries when measuring, which results in discrepancies between the results of building measurements and the location of residential plots.

Abstract

The land use characteristics in the Semantok watershed have a significant impact on the reservoir's usable age. According to the land use patterns, including teak woods, rice fields, moorlands, dry fields, and residential areas, the Semantok watershed has the capacity to carry sediment when it rains. One of the models to analyze surface runoff and sediment is the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT). SWAT was developed to predict the impact of land management practices on water, sediment and agricultural chemical yields in large complex watersheds with varying soils, land use and management conditions over long periods of time. The purpose of this research is to quantify the amount of erosion and sedimentation that results from land use changes in the Semantok watershed in 2015 and 2021 and to determine management scenarios that can reduce the value of erosion and sedimentation that can implemented upstream of the Semantok dam using SWAT. The data used for the research are climatology data, DEM map, landuse map, and river data. The amount of erosion at the Semantok watershed outlet increased from 7.00 mm/year in 2015 to 14.18 mm/year in 2021. Based on Forestry Ministerial Regulation No. P.61/Menhut-II/2014, the Semantok watershed's carrying capacity is 3.95 falling into the pretty bad category (3.5 < DDD < 4.3). Three scenarios were compared in order to carry out control efforts: revegetation, check dams, and combining revegetation and check dams. The most efficient way to reduce erosion by up to 30.51% is to combine revegetation and check dam.

Abstract

PLTU Adipala has three HPH (High Pressure Heaters) that have a very essential role in its operations. In The current condition, these three HPH are in a series. Which is, if the middle HPH has a problem during the cycle experiences and must be out-serviced, then the after HPH also must be out-serviced. This situation can increase the heat rate value because two HPH are out of service. Therefore, an alternative mode of HPH operation is needed to press the increase of heatrate and also prevent a decrease in generator efficiency at the same time. Simulations were carried out to obtain the most optimal operating pattern. This simulation was carried out using the Cycle Tempo software. The heat balance cycle is made in the Cycle Tempo software for each condition and filled in with the parameters. Then it runs to obtain the simulation results. The first condition is a normal HPH operating has a heat rate of 2071.4 kcal/kwh. The second condition is a condition where HPH 7 and 8 are out of service and have a heat rate of 2161 kcal/kwh. The third condition is only HPH 7 that is out of service and HPH 8 is streamed to HPH 6 which has a heat rate of 2118 kcal/kwh. The fourth condition is only HPH 7 which is out of service and HPH 8 is streamed to the condenser, which has a heat rate of 2150 kcal/kwh.

Abstract

An analysis of the silica nanosol-hexadecyltrimethoxysilane hybrid has been carried out through optimizing the concentration of silica nanosol and determining the type of fabric regarding hydrophobicity. This research began with the synthesis of silica nanosol via the sol-gel method, where TEOS as a precursor was dissolved in a mixture of ethanol-distilled water with a base catalyst with a contact time of 2 hours. The concentration of silica nanosol was varied by 0.025, 0.05, and 0.075 mol. The dip-coating method was used to coat the fabric with nanosol, with a tensile rate of 3 cm per second. Then the fabric was re-coated with silica nanosol in HDTMS solution (4% wt/wt ethanol) and dried in a 120°C oven for 10 minutes. This research tested calico, cotton and mori fabrics. A Canon DSLR camera with a Thamron 100mm lens was used to measure the contact angle of the fabric surface. ImageJ software processes images to obtain contact angle values on the fabric surface. The fabric was then characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and the silica nanosol was characterized using a Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). The optimum concentration of silica-hdtms nanosol was obtained at a concentration of 0.075 mol with surface contact angles of cotton, mori and calico fabrics of 134, 132 and 135°. The flow speed of water with a slope of 100 on cotton, mori, and calico fabric produces flow speeds of 3.3, 6, and 5 m/s.
