Abstract

This research examines and discovers the implication of profitability on firm value, and dividend policy as mediating effect at mining companies which are listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2009-2016 with total samples, 5 companies. This study using path analysis to solve the problem with the help of SPSS 24. The result shows that Profitability and dividend policy have positive effect and significant on firm value, Profitability has negative effect on dividend policy, and dividend policy has no mediating effect between profitability and firm value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn Indonesia the franchise rights BreadTalk bought by Johnny Andrean because he believed that BreadTalk can grow and developin Indonesia. Isa premium boutique bakery Bread Talk first to bring the concept of an open kitchen with a modern style. This concept allows BreadTalk to make bread directly on the spot so that the manufacturing process can be seen directly by the customer and received bread will always be fresh.Consideration used in selecting respondents is as follows respondent is the customer with a minimum education level of high school or equivalent. Respondents are customers who frequently shop at BreadTalk Mall Bali Galeria with consideration to properly assess the products and services BreadTalk.The results of statistical data analysis showed that the Productivity positive and significant impact on the Customer Loyalty WOW customers with e- Talkin BreadTalk Mall Bali Galeria. Brand Image positive and significant impact on Brand Trust customers BreadTalk Mal Bali Galeria. Brand Trust positive and significant impact on the Customer Loyalty WOW customers with e-Talkin BreadTalk Mall Bali Galeria. Creativity positive and significant impact on the Customer Loyalty WOW customers with e-Talk in BreadTalk Mall Bali Galeria.Consumer dissatisfaction with productivity can be seen in the quantity dimension. Brand image can be seen on the dimensions strengthness. Brand trust can be seen in the dimension of brand reliabilty. Creativity can be seen on the dimensions off lexibility of thinking. This dissatisfaction must be improved and enhanced for the sake of customer loyalty to the BreadTalk in Mal Bali Galeria.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out how the application of Corporate Social Responsibility and benefits to the company's in the Toya Devasya. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used is using the interview method and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman Model data analysis techniques, which consisted of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Toya Devasya implemented Corporate Social Responsibility based on Tri Hita Karana. Where Tri Hita Karana contains a meaning that is very complex because each element reflects the things that need to be implemented by each company. The company views that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility is important because it is a solution to the impact of business activities caused by the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by the company that has been well received by the surrounding community. From the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility it shows the existence of benefits that can be received by the company such as support from the community and comfort while working perceived by employees. The awareness that the company has to implement Corporate Social Responsibility will have a big impact on the company. The harmony created between the company, society and the environment is one of the impacts that will be felt by the company in carrying out its business activities. This harmony will have an effect on the company's image in the eyes of the community. The company will get support and be recognized in the environment around the company. Because of maintaining a good relationship with the surrounding environment, the community will voluntarily give their support to the Toya Devasya such as promoting the existence of the company to tourists so that there will be an increase in the number of visitors that will affect income.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEducational business in tourism sector growth so significant in Bali nowadays as the impact of the globalization and Asean Market Open.  The research problem are to measure weather balance scorecard, organizing commitment and GCG Application direct or indirect had influenced to company performance or not? The objectives of this research are to measure the impact of balance scorecard, organizing commitment and GCG Application direct or indirect to company performance.The research take place at Monarch Hotel and Cruises Line in Gianyar-Bali. Total sample are 65 staffs, It is used questioner, interview and observation techniques for data collection. Data analysis techniques used SEM (Structural Equation Model) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The result of the studies mention that GCG Application has direct influenced 0,275 to company performance. Balance scorecard, has direct influenced 0,273 to GCG application. Organizing commitment has direct influenced to 0,434 to Company performance. Organizing commitment has direct influenced 0,741 to GCG Application, Balance Scorecard has direct influenced 0,234 to Company Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to influence the work environment and individual characteristics of the pilot's motivation and the influence of the work environment on individual characteristics and motivation on the pilot's job satisfaction at Lion Air Airlines. The design of this research is quantitative, is the relationship of causality between variables. The study was conducted on Lion Air Airlines. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 177 Lion Air Airlines pilots. Data were analyzed by data analysis technique Structure Equation Modeling with AMOS program. The results showed that the direct effects of work environment variables on motivation were significant. This means that the better the working environment, the higher the pilot's work motivation. The direct effects of individual variable variables on motivation are significant. This means that the better the individual characteristics of the pilot, the higher the pilot's work motivation. The direct effects of work environment variables on pilot job satisfaction are significant. This means that the better the working environment the higher the job satisfaction of the pilot. The direct effects of individual variable variables on pilot job satisfaction are significant. This means that the better the individual characteristics of the pilot, the higher the pilot's job satisfaction. The direct effects of motivational variables on pilot job satisfaction are significant. This means that the higher the work motivation of the pilot, the higher the pilot's job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Purchase Interests in Tambourine NS, and to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of each variable, so that the data analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with test t and F test. In this study, the population was 35 regular customers of tambourine NS products using saturated samples. Data collection was carried out by giving a list of questions to respondents, namely regular customers tambourine NS. Based on the results of the analysis of multiple linear regression tests produce that Product Quality and Price Simultaneously influence 7.625 with a significance of 0.000. While the partial test results of Product Quality partially influence 4,322 with a significance of 0,000 results. another case with Prices which partially does not affect the Consumer Purchase Interest. The most dominant variable in influencing consumer purchase interest is product quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study examined about the cooperation of nurse team in improving patient safety based on tri hita karana. Informant determination method of this research using purposive sampling approach, by determining key informant.               Selection of informants by determining inclusion and exclusion criteria ie informants aged 20-30 years, users of hospital health facilities, in hospital for more than 5 days, personal of hospital management, and not physically and mentally disabled. The method of data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used with data reduction, presentation and conclusion, and verification of data validity by using data triangulation.               The results of this study on teamwork of nurses are, among others, lack of coordination among nurses in implementing SPO and lack of communicative attitude of nurses in explaining matters relating to patient safety to patient and family, lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of patient safety, and discipline in carrying out a joint prayer, procurement for religious facilities and infrastructure.               Efforts in dealing with this issue include the procurement of procedures and forms relating to communications, making communication forms that must be signed by nurses and verified by the head of the room or team leader, list of facilities and infrastructure preparations that support the improvement of the patient's determination in a SPO and socialized on a regular basis, to evaluate the work done by supervision method to see the level of nurse discipline in running the SPO. Procedures for praying in the Hospital, complementing facilities and infrastructure for worship purposes for patients and families and providing spiritual services

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study discusses digital marketing strategies and hedonism on purchasing decisions. The research location was conducted at the Bali Tree House. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, data collection techniques used are: observation, documentation, and interviews, with the validity method of triangulation data. The results found are as follows: Rumah Pohon Bali has used a digital marketing strategy using E-commerce, blogs, and social media for digital marketing optimization. Hedonism combined with digital marketing with visual summaries can increase consumer attractiveness. This digital marketing strategy and hedosme can increase purchasing decisions through policy factors and social factors regarding the part of the reference group that is expected to be a strategy that can provide maximum sales results for Balinese tree houses.

Abstract

ABSTRACTWomen who have married initially only played a role in the domestic sector, which is focused on the nature of women biologically, namely taking care of the household. Current development through the influence of globalization and meeting the need to encourage women to play a role in the public sector. Especially in Bali, which is very thick with their culture tradition when a woman takes on the role as a breadwinner, as a housewife, and active in society, so that Balinese women play three roles. The purpose of the research is to explain the work motivation of Balinese women who work in a work-life balance perspective. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study consisted of seven people including four people working in the informal sector and three people working in the formal sector, with the criteria of women, ethnic Balinese, Hindus, married, having children, working. The technique of data collection is done by semi-structured interviews. This research shows a picture of married Balinese women in maintaining balance or often referred to as work-life balance and encouragement that makes Balinese women decide to work, even though they know many roles that are carried out.

Abstract

ABSTRACTRemuneration / compensation is a means to motivate the performance of human resources to achieve organizational goals. Medical staff specialists as government employees and JKN implementations implementing the INA CBG system for payment of patient claims, provide a challenge in determining remuneration models for medical specialist staff at Sanglah Hospital. To find remuneration models of medical specialist staff that can be implemented, this study uses qualitative design, with in-depth interviews of informants from management staff as policy makers and specialist medical staff as users. There are two components of remuneration that are expected to meet eligibility and fairness in remuneration of medical specialist staff who assess the position and reward for performance. Awards for medical staff specialist positions using FES (Factor Evaluation System). Factors of work experience based on length of service should be added as consideration in the assessment of medical staff specialist positions. The rewards for performance are differentiated into rewards for quantity, quality, and work behavior. The performance of quantity awards is determined by using the activity as an indicator by considering the weight between activities and between groups of specialized medical staff. Quality and behavioral assessments use measurable and applicable indicators both established by the organization and government
