Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve the Sustainable CompetitiveAdvantage in the face of all the changes. This study uses a quantitative approach. Datacollection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire / questionnaire measuringdevices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, which were selected for the study is the LPDboard in Buleleng many as 53 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is astructural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based variance orComponent based SEM, the famous so-called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 2.0.All relationships are examined in this study showed a positive and significant. Abstract

Budget is an important role in the company management, because budget as aplanning instrument which gave clear direction to achieve the goals and objectives of thecompany beside as aninstrument to improve communication and coordinated the job to docooperation between department also as a tool control to compare the realization withplanning and made improvements if necessary needed.The main objectives of this study were to identify and analyze budget policies in thecontext of the efficiency and effectiveness of academic finance at International Bali TourismInstitute. The obtain data of the study were collected through observation method those wereovert and covert observation, documentation and interviews with the Head of PublicAdministration, Head of Human Resources and Administration, the Head of Student andAlumni, Head of Academic Administration and other participants that were play important rolein the implementation of academic activities in the application framework of Tri DharmaUniversity at International Bali Tourism Institute.The results of the study showed that based on the discussions that have been described,can be concludeseveral conclusions as follows: budgetary policy at The International BaliTourism Institute used the bottom-up approach. It can be seen from The Puket (Vice Chairman)and Division Manager at SPB ATC, MTC SPB, SPB SPA, Head of LPM, Head of Litabmas, asmanager who were responsible for accountability centers, they were applied what they wantto achieve and the kind of resources they necessary need to achieve the goals, the employeeswere involved in budgeting arrangement to achieve the goal in the future. The income for theoperational cost especially academic budgeting came mostly from students payment, the rangefrom 99.11% to 99.71%. The Financial of Academic activities such as providing education,research and community service during the period of the year 2008/2009 to 2012/2013 theobtained efficiency were Rp. 8.127.365 for each student every year. In the learning process theobtained effectiv but to generate students output who were graduated in 2008/2009 to2012/2013 reflects the less effectiveness of learning because there were differences betweenthe students were received in that period with the students who graduated were 13,52% or 475students. The teachers or lecturers have doubles job as an officer and also managing thestructural foundations that condition resulted high workload capacity so the function of thelecturers as researchers and produce less effective scientific research, it can be seen from thebudget funds of period 2012/2013 the total amount Rp.129.900.00 absorbed only Rp. 33.839million (until June 2013). Devotion society during the years 2010 until 2013 was very effective,because the realization of activities and the funds budgeted support were managed withmaximum.Keywords: budget policy, efficiency, effectiveness, academic financial

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of transparency,accountability, responsibility,independency,fairness, work motivation, organization cultureand good corporate governance towards financial performance. This study applied a quantitative approach at rural banks in Badung regency. The method ofcollecting data applied questionnaires. The total population in this study were 52 rural banks located in Badung Regency. The sampling technique applied purposive sampling with the purpose of getting a representative sampleaccordance with the specified criteria and the data analysis techniques applied path analysis.The results of thestudy by path analysis defined the transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness have a significant effect on GCG. GCG has a significant effect on financial performance and work motivation affects financial performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on financial performance. Company financial performance variable influenced by GCG, motivation and organizational culture. From this study, can be concluded that the application of GCG principles, work motivation, and organizational culture very influential on the financial performance of rural banks in Badung Regency.The limitations of this study are limited in examining the variables of Good Corporate Governance, motivation and organizational culture. There are other variables that can also affect the company's financial performance. Suggestions for further research is try to applying othervariables which able to influence profit management practices such as managerial ownership, audit quality and profitability to determine the GCG implementation effect.

Abstract

Technology is developing so rapidly should be used by businesses. Appropriate useof technology can improve the performance of the company. Business process is lengthy,complicated and takes a long time to become more efficient and help reduce costs. E-commerceis one of the technologies that should be implemented in the company. E-commerce is theanswer to the demands of globalization.Growth of Internet users is growing rapidly should be the reason why the companyshould try to implement e-commerce. Although it is the development of e-commerce users havenot been so impressive compared to the growth of internet users. The phenomenon of ecommercecan’t be understood and well-supported, especially in developing countries such asIndonesia. Consumers do not have confidence in the security of transactions, products shownsimilarities with reality, to the consumer who does not have the ability to do so.Application of e-commerce will be able to increase the competitive advantage of thecompany. Implementation of e-commerce requires a careful strategy that has been decided bythe management of the company, including preparing the resources and technology toolscapable human resources in the field of information technology, building information systemsfor managing the company's operations. Mechanisms and transaction services are fast andshort with good security. Establish good cooperation with suppliers and distributors. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find about the endorsement strategy by beautywarehouseid to increase the potential consumer and consumer confidence so that product sales can be increased.This research used descriptive qualitative method. In order to obtain the data, the researcher conducted the observation on the instagram of beautywarehouseid and instagram of selebgram and as well as the researchers conducted interviews with informants who knew about the endorsement strategy. The result of this research is social media instagram has been utilized well, beautywarehouseid uploading a good and eyecatching photo by using endorsement selebgram. Endorsement selebgram has been effective in attracting potential customers who are seen from the many followers owned by beautywarehouseid, it shows that the presence of attention, interest on advertising or products, and the desire for products that have been uploaded. Not all the selebgram have trustworthiness factor, in order to overcome the beautywarehouseid provide reliable products for the endorse so as to increase consumer confidence and also can increase sales. Based on the results, it is advisable for online shop beautyhousehouseid to pay more attention to the attribute of trustworthiness by selebgram, do not need to use many selebgram with the same product and beautywarehouseid can try new instagram feature names instastory and analystics feature that able to convert post instagram into direct advertisement.

Abstract

Return and high profitability is the target to be achieved by all companies. Manythings affect the return of which is the stock price index and the exchange rate. This studyaims to determine the effect of stock price index and the exchange rate of Industry stockreturns on real estate and property in the Indonesian stock exchange with profitability as anintervening variable. The population in this study is 23 companies in the real estate andproperty industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 20,111 to2014 years. Testing the hypothesis of this study using the technique of path analysis (pathanalysis), with the application of tools Amos version 20. The results showed that: (1) thestock price index and exchange rate positive effect on returns and profitability also a positiveeffect on return. (2) The effect of stock price index and the exchange rate of the return isgreater than the direct effect of stock price index and the exchange rate to return throughprofitability. It is advisable in future studies to add variables that affect returns and alsoexpand the study sample so that the results could be better.Keywords: Stock Price Index, Exchange Rate and Stock Return,Profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Currently payment using the QR code is one of the most important in mobile payment. Based on data from the Bali Provincial Statistics Agency in 2017, the highest number of cellular phone users was Denpasar Regency, which was equal to 80.88% while the lowest user was Bangli Regency, which was 53.26%. The purpose of this study is to analyze customer acceptance in the use of mobile payment specifically the QR Code and find out the strategies used in order to expand the reach of QR Code. The writing method is qualitative with interviews and documentation with the merchant QR Code and customers who make mobile payment transactions. The results of the study include acceptance of qr code in business transactions, soit can be concluded that the QR Code has not been accepted in business transactions and the provision of information still needs to be improved by implementing better strategies and socialization from the bank so that the program being launched runs as expected. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the banks regarding the programs that have been implemented, especially payment methods with qr code, can be used as a reference by leaders and marketing in banking companies in decision making and also as a guide for developing banking payment methods and making payment methods a solution future payment.

Abstract

The research was an explanatory by means of cross sectional method.Comprehensively, the objective of this research was to prove and analyze the effect of :corporate rebranding to customers’ loyalty, corporate rebranding to brand associations,corporate rebranding to customers’ satisfaction, corporate rebranding to corporatereputation, brand associations to customers’ satisfaction, brand associations to customers’loyalty, customers’ satisfaction to corporate reputation, customers’ satisfaction to customers’loyalty.This research using 130 respondents taken by systematic random sampling withproportional allocation. The instrument used were questionnaires. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe object of this research is the Word of Mouth, Advertising with Brand Awareness and Brand Attitude as a mediating variable in determining the purchase decision. This study aims to determine the direct influence of the Word of Mouth Advertising, Brand Awareness, Brand Attitude and Purchase Decision. From the results of this study showed 9 hypothesis that has been tested on 150 respondents were chosen by taking technique accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis method used is the analysis of structural equation modeling. The results of this analysis indicate that word of mouth, advertising, brand awareness, brand attitude had a significantly direct effect on the purchase decision and also for the mediating role of brand awareness and brand attitude can strengthen relationships word of mouth and advertising appeal to the purchase decision. Accordingly, it is recommended that companies should attempt to create positive image about their product in the minds of their customers. Future study should be focused on ways and methods to explore in other contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to know how employee’s perception to improve servant leadership(Study at RSUD Wangaya Denpasar) also how application servant leadership based onPatterson Theory. This research used qualitative method by doing depth interview towardsseven employees as informant.Based on interview can be stated that perception owned by employees RSUDWangaya Kota Denpasar is really required in performing work, because by existence abouthow application servant leadership will be improved as according to procedures aboutquality and benefit servant leadership to all society. Actually, Servant Leadership isleadership culture exist on Christianity teaching. Servant leadership, mainly in Balifrequently known as term”Meyadnya” meansholy sacrifice perfomed sincerely in Hinduteaching. Servant Leadership already performed by RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar and somany changes done by this hospital. Servant leadership is fully proven made RSUD WangayaKota Denpasar as reference hospital that always ready to give service. Approach usedPatterson Theory also really related to how servant leadership can be done at RSUDWangaya Kota Denpasar, which our love in giving best service really needed by many thattake healing at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar. Each employees should be humble and workwithout ego owned. Application Servant Leadership should be in way of sincere, withoutexpecting and return from society. Moreover, having strong self esteem with leader,employeeand societythat come to heal at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar.Keywords : Employee Perception, Servant Leadership.
