Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic period is a disease outbreak that has brought the community's economy to a drastic decline because this outbreak resulted in the cessation of the community's business wheels and not only that, the banking sector, industry and so on were affected. So that people's income decreases and also results in the fulfillment of obligations, especially in payment of financing installments at Islamic financial institutions (LKS). This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research in which researchers conduct field studies to obtain accurate information by conducting interviews, from these results data analysis and data credibility are carried out in order to get good results. This results in LKS providing leeway and not everything depends on each financial institution which has its own policy, starting from reducing the amount of installment payments.

Abstract

Responsibility is a job to perform an obligation or complete a task with full satisfaction given by someone on his own promise or commitment. Educators are not just teachers, but the creation of adequate quality education includes parents, teachers and the community. The research aims to raise human awareness of intentional and unintentional behavior and actions. the responsibility of educators is the obligation to bear, maintain and provide training in the form of teaching about morals and intelligence of the mind. An educator has a responsibility for students who are under the auspices of his leadership how to direct them towards maturity, both intellectually, mentally and morally, to carry out the humanitarian function they carry. as a servant before his Khaliq and also as Khalifatu fil ardh (maintainer) in this universe.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the problem, How is the Analysis of Islamic Law on the Minimum Distance Limitation of the Tariff for Kopada Taxi Purworejo Transportation Services. This type of research is field research (field research) using a qualitative descriptive approach, which describes conditions, situations, or phenomena about the data obtained, namely about the rounding of taxi fares in Purworejo. Then it is analyzed using an inductive thinking pattern, namely by first explaining the facts that occur in the field after which it is connected to the contract theory and the theory of ijarah. Dimna Kopda taxis in Purworejo made an agreement with drivers / drivers that drivers / drivers are prohibited from asking for more than passengers. However, in practice there are drivers / drivers who still ask to pay more than the tariff to the pemunpang. The results of the study concluded that, the practice of rounding up the taxi Kopda fare in Purworejo has met the pillars and requirements of ijarah, although in practice the rounding of tariffs carried out by drivers / passengers makes passengers less willing to round the tariff and feel compelled to pay more than what has been done. mentioned on the meter.

Abstract

Behavioristic learning theory from B.F Skinner is the theory of learning which discusses the process of changing behavior. This behavior change is mentioned as a form of learning outcomes through a process of strengthening a new behavior which is also called operant conditioning. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of Skinner's theory in Alam Nurul Islam IT Elementary School and the impact of the application of B.F Skinner’s behavioristic theory on learning to read and write Al-Qur'an. The writer uses descriptive qualitative method in conducting the research in order to explain the application of B.F Skinner's behavioristic theory. Through this research, the researchers tries to reveal the efforts of giving stimulus and repetition which is made by the teacher to the material being taught as well as the principles of Skinner which are applied in BTAQ learning. The result of this research shows that the application of B.F Skinner's behavioristic theory has resulted in a better change in student behavior in the form of increasing motivation, discipline, istiqomah behavior, and quality of memory.

Abstract

The distribution of zakat has two contexts, namely distribution and utilization. In the current situation of the covid pandemic, the distribution context becomes very urgent to carry out considering that the economic condition of the community is increasingly critical. According to the Shari'a, the allocation of zakat has been regulated in the Qur'an, namely 8 asnaf (groups) as mustahik. However, in its implementation, the Purworejo Baznas Institution distributes zakat to assist the handling of victims of the COVID-19 pandemic, so it becomes a crucial issue to understand whether zakat distribution is permissible or not according to Islamic law. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism for distributing zakat through the social institution Baznas Purworejo in the perspective of Islamic law. This type of research is field research by collecting data in the form of field studies and literature studies. This type of research is descriptive analytic, which is a direct description of the problem of distributing zakat, presenting field facts to be analyzed from the aspect of Islamic law. The approach used is a normative approach based on the Qur'an and Hadith. The results showed that the distribution of zakat carried out by BAZNAS Purworejo to victims of covid 19 did not violate the principles of benefit and Islamic law. The groups that receive priority as recipients of zakat from BAZNAS Purworejo are the indigent, poor, amil and public facilities.

Abstract

Religion plays an important role in social life to regulate human life and direct it to goodness in the world. This study aims to gain anunderstanding and description of religious moderation and religious harmony in the Baru Village. The research method used in this research is the field observation research method and also direct interviews through the Public Discussion forum in the Desa Baru and also the Webinar Seminar organized by the KKN 127 Group Deli Serdang Regency. The results of research tthat have known that religious moderation in the Desa Baru area is still very low. This can be seen from the people who still do not understand the concept of religious moderation itself and the local community still lives by following the dynamics of the flow of life as in general. When viewed from the harmony between religious communities, the people of Desa Baru highly uphold the harmony where mutual respect and respect for differences. Moreover, the community in the area can be said to be plural because it consists of various ethnic groups, cultures, and religions. There are Javanese, Malay, and Batak tribes who occupy the area of the Desa Baru.

Abstract

Marketing mix is ​​a variable used by company guidelines to move the company to achieve the goal of satisfying consumers. This thesis aims to determine the marketing mix for savings products at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. This research is a field research (Field Research), which is research conducted in the field or on respondents. This type of research is qualitative research, this qualitative research is descriptive. In this study, the researcher described how the marketing mix of savings products at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the marketing mix at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen has been running well and in accordance with applicable regulations, although it is not optimal and there are still obstacles to be faced.

Abstract

In the course of its history, Islam in Nusantara has struggled with sosial realities for approximately 8 centuries. Islam in Nusantara has participated in coloring the sosial life of the Nusantaran people. The development of Islam in Nusantara is so fast and peaceful. This is something unique in history. a number of orientalist experts say that the main and first motive for the spread of Islam is wealth and power. However, archaeological data informs that Islam in Nusantara states otherwise. Even though Islam in Nusantara does not hold the reins of power, it continues to develop well in society. The da'i when spreading Islam, without adequate financial rewards, they often have to sacrifice material for the smooth running of da'wah. They also adapt to local socio-cultural conditions. Due to a natural process, archaeological facts inform that Islam in Nusantara often holds the reins of power, although this is not the main goal.
