Abstract

This research discuses about literacy of sharia finance aimed to observe to what extent the knowledge of the cooperation manager of Islamic Boarding School towards the literacy of sharia finance determined by the demographical factor, the factor that has a relation with the literacy of finance included education, sex and income. However, this research would focus on the relationof demographical factor and literacy of finance sharia in the perspective of education that is at the level of education and the origin of education of an an dividual in mananging the finance. This research used the quantitative research method in which the measurement was implemented using Continuous Rating Scale (CLS) whith the measurement category of literacy of finance divided into three: high, medium, and low. The variabel in this research included: finance literacy (management of personal finance, saving, investment, assurance), education level (SMU/MA below and undergraduate program above), origin of education (general, religiosity). The research results showed that there was no any difference of sharia finance literacy as seen from the educational level and the origin of education of the cooperation manager of Islamic Boarding School An-Nawawi. This was not in line with the hypothses. However if analyzed in each indicator, then in the assurance, there was a significant influence resulting in the significance at < 0,05. Then, there was a significant influence either in educational level and origin of education

Abstract

Para pedagang mendapatkan lapak untuk berdagang dengan cara menyewa lapak antara pedagang dengan pengelola (Perangkat Kelurahan). Bagi pengelola lapak hal ini dilakukan supaya mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan untuk kas Desa. Di dalam akad sewa ini dilakukan antara penyewa dan Pengelola, yaitu pedagang kaki lima membayar sejumlah uang sebesar Rp.1.000.000,- dengan jangka waktu selamanya (tidak ditentukan jangka waktunya). Setelah membayar RP.1.000.000,- pedagang kaki lima tidak akan ada penarikan uang lagi, baik kebersihan, retribusi dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif hukum Islam yang mengedepankan asas kemaslahatan umat manusia. Pendekatan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan normatif. Selain itu untuk menyederhanakan pembenaran atau penemuan hukum atas masalah yang diangkat dengan tolak ukur penyesuaian nash-nash dan ketentuan hukum dalam syariat Islam. Sebagai kesimpulan akhir analisis tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap praktik sewa menyewa lapak Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kelurahan Sindurjan tersebut adalah sah. Kata Kunci: Sewa Menyewa, Hukum Islam, Lapak

Abstract

At present many transactions are done by the community one of them is ba'i al-muzāyadah. BPPKAD (Finance and Regional Asset Management Agency) Purworejo Regency Practice the ba'i al-muzāyadah in selling inventory items that are not usable in equipment because they are damaged or for development, namely The sales auction with a single-cover closed bidding method, in the sense of a letter of bidding (a bid size) along with all requirement files inserted in one closed envelope. Therefore, among the bidders can not know each other's offerings from other participants. This is different from the auction system in the Fiqh rulings (Islamic law) is an auction with a method of bidding in the middle of the crowd or public and the price quote is done repeatedly to find the auction winner. Departing from the background, researchers interested in discussing the problems of the BPPKAD auction operational system (the financial and Regional Asset Management Board) of Purworejo Regency using the perspective of Islamic law. With the aim that researchers can research more in whether the auction system used by BPPKAD Purworejo District is already in accordance with Islamic law. This type of research is a type of field study, the method of collecting data by interview. There are two data sources that are primary data sources and secondary data sources while the analysis uses a qualitative approach.

Abstract

Marketing mix is ​​a variable used by company guidelines to move the company to achieve the goal of satisfying consumers. This thesis aims to determine the marketing mix for savings products at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. This research is a field research (Field Research), which is research conducted in the field or on respondents. This type of research is qualitative research, this qualitative research is descriptive. In this study, the researcher described how the marketing mix of savings products at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the marketing mix at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen has been running well and in accordance with applicable regulations, although it is not optimal and there are still obstacles to be faced.

Abstract

Di Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Pangkalan Bun memberikan pelayanan berupa pembiayaan kepada nasabah yang membutuhkan dana untuk usaha atau untuk membangun sebuah tempat tinggal. Pihak Bank tidak mungkin langsung memberikan dana kepada nasabah, tentu nasabah harus melalui beberapa persyaratan. Setelah itu, jika nasabah sudah memenuhi syarat maka pihak bank akan menyiapkan dana tersebut dan diberikan kepada nasabah.Tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan pembiayaan akan berjalan tidak lancar/macet. Terdapat faktor internal atau faktor eksternal yang menyebabkan pembiayaan menjadi tidak lancar/macet. Sistem pengendalian internal merupakan seperangkat kebijakan dan prosedur untuk menjaga aset atau kekayaan perusahaan dari segala bentuk penyalahgunaan, menjamin informasi perusahaan yang akurat dan memastikan seluruh ketentuan dan kebijakan manajemen dipatuhi oleh seluruh karyawan dan pihak yang bersangkutan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pembiayaan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Pangkalan Bun. Dan menganalisis apakah pengendalian internal terhadap pembiayaan sesuai dengan unsur pengendalian internal menurut COSO. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif yang didukung dengan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian internal COSO yang melibatkan kelima jenis komponennya belum dilakukan sepenuhnya.

Abstract

Kemajuan perbankan syariah di Indonesia kini tidak diragukan lagi. Namun, tidak dapat dipungkiri kasus fraud juga semakin marak, seperti kasus kredit fiktif, pencurian kas perusahaan, dan fraud pada laporan keuangan. Dalam ketetapan dunia perbankan, definisi fraud atau kecurangan diatur dalam surat edaran No. 13/28/DPNP Tahun 2011. Tindakan fraud tersebut dicegah oleh perusahaan dengan mengetahui faktor pendorong tindakan fraud. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan fraud pentagon dengan tendensi kecurangan karyawan. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis sehingga data dapat dibaca dan diinterpretasikan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 17. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instumen, uji normalitas, dan uji korelasi berganda product moment untuk menguji hipotesisnya yang dibantu dengan Microsoft excel dan program SPSS 25. Dari hasil uji dapat disimpulkan bahwa pressure, opportunity, rasionalization, arrogance memiliki hubungan positif yang kuat dan capability memiliki hubungan positif sangat kuat dengan kecurangan karyawan di BSI KCP Ajibarang Pancasan 1.

Abstract

This research project aims to examine how the fulfillment of the workforce can enhance customer satisfaction through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature in the field. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the quantity, quality, and distribution of the workforce and the level of customer satisfaction. Previous research indicates that ensuring the optimal quantity, skill level, and strategic placement of the workforce can enhance service performance and, subsequently, customer satisfaction. Additionally, workforce training and development, as well as an effective performance management system, are vital in developing a workforce equipped to address customer needs.

Abstract

This study discusses the quality of service in the form of applications and one of the products owned by Bank Muamalat towards customer loyalty. Seeing the phenomenon where many customers consider quality in any way to entrust their finances to a Sharia Bank. This study aims to find out about some of the service qualities that a Sharia bank has. This research is a field research conducted directly on financial institutions, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Sources of data used in this study came from two sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data which took from primary sources, namely questionnaires and additional sources such as accurate information. The population of this research is 3,500 people whose sample is 5% according to Yount theory. Meanwhile, for sampling using the Non Probability Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as samples. The data analysis techniques included the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Mobile Banking and Product Quality simultaneously affect customer loyalty at Bank Muamalat KCP Tanjung Pandan

Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan aktivitas penting yang berdampak pada berbagai lapisan masyarakat, dari kelas sosial terbawah hingga teratas. Aktivitas ini tidak hanya relevan bagi dunia bisnis tetapi juga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini mengkaji strategi perencanaan pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia usaha. Kelemahan dalam perencanaan sering ditemui di kalangan pengusaha Indonesia. Seiring perkembangan ilmu manajemen, khususnya pemasaran, perencanaan yang matang menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak. Mahasiswa, sebagai calon pelaku usaha, harus mempersiapkan diri dengan baik melalui pembelajaran strategi pemasaran yang kompleks dan mutakhir. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif selama satu hari yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta tidak hanya memahami teori tetapi juga mampu mempraktikkannya dalam simulasi yang relevan dengan dunia usaha nyata. Metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan partisipatif terbukti efektif, dengan antusiasme tinggi dan partisipasi aktif dari peserta. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi mahasiswa dalam merancang strategi pemasaran. Keberhasilan program ini menjadi model yang baik untuk program pengabdian lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi generasi muda.

Abstract

Financial literacy plays an important role in shaping the financial behavior of households in Indonesia. Households with higher levels of financial literacy tend to have better financial planning, manage their budgets regularly, and are better prepared for economic shocks. Conversely, households with low financial literacy often experience difficulties in managing finances, get trapped in excessive debt, and lack emergency funds and long-term investments. Efforts to improve the financial literacy of Indonesians have been made through various education and socialization programs by the government, financial institutions, and non-governmental organizations. However, challenges remain in reaching all levels of society, especially in rural areas and low-income groups. Further research is needed to identify effective financial education methods in accordance with the socio-cultural characteristics of the Indonesian people. In addition, strengthening regulations and consumer protection are also needed to create a financial ecosystem that supports increased financial literacy and inclusion. With increased financial literacy, it is expected that households in Indonesia can make wiser financial decisions, improve welfare, and contribute to national economic stability.
