Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bermaksud menguraikan kelembagaan pelayanan kartu identitas anak di Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Pendekatan yang digunakan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan pola interaktif. Penelitian ini menemukan kelembagaan pelayanan kartu identitas anak di Kabupaten Buton Tengah berjalan dan dalam kondisi baik. Struktur Birokrasi, job description dan sistem pelayanan bersinergi dan berdampak positif bagi efektivitas pelayanan. Namun terdapat kendala terkait kenyamanan memperoleh pelayanan dan lokasi kantor yang masih jauh dari masyarakat di luar Ibukota Kabupaten Buton Tengah, Labungkari untuk pelayanan offline atau langsung. Pengejaran target cakupan pelayanan kartu identitas anak terhambat akibat adanya pandemic covid -19 dan menganggu disposisi birokrat yang ada.

Abstract

In research that uses qualitative research methods with the type of non-participatory observation, research that investigates the activities of small business actors, traditional grocery figures and consumers. Data collection to obtain information, researchers conducted by interviewing related parties such as the public or consumers, traditional grocery store traders, and employees of Alfamart and Indomaret. The results of this study indicate that the rampant development of Alfamart and Indomaret has a social and economic impact on traditional grocery store small businesses. From a social perspective, there are changes in the way of life and culture that develop in the community. In addition, from an economic point of view, it has an impact on decreasing income as well as unhealthy economic activities for small traders in traditional grocery stores.

Abstract

One of government’s efforts to overcome poverty is to develop the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. In developing MSME sector the central government and local governments carry out a support system development program for MSMEs. One of them is Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Karawang Regency. However in practice, MSMEs in Karawang Regency have difficulties in developing their products, one of which is the lack of public interest in MSME products. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement support system development program for MSMEs at the Department of Cppperatives and SMEs Karawang Regency by using the implementation indicators form Quade (Akib, 2010) namely 1) the disered policy, 2) the target group, 3) implementing organization, 4) environmental factors. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the discussion of this study are the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) of Karawang Regency has implemented a support system depelovment program for MSMEs well, such as MSME actors in the promotion and marketing of their products through events or good activities organized by the local government. As well as other local governments as well as through cooperation carried out by private parties such as hotels modern shopping center or malls. However, in this implementation it is still influenced by environmental factors such as low public interest in MSME products.

Abstract

Dealing with forest and land fires is not an easy matter, but a complex one. Handling forest and land fires requires the role of a leader in providing solutions to existing problems. There have been many efforts by local governments to stop forest and land fires, but have yet to achieve significant results. The development of land use into oil palm plantations is the dominant reason for forest and land fires occurring in various regions. Especially for areas that have peat ecosystems such as Muaro Jambi Regency which has made the main potential for forest and land fires in the area higher. This study aims to see how the role and strategy of the local government of Muara Jambi Regency in dealing with forest and land fires in Muaro Jambi Regency and the form of leadership from the regional head of the Muaro Jambi Regency in coordinating the parties involved in the process of handling forest and land fires in the Muara Jambi Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. From the results of the analysis, we can conclude that leadership and management of social capital must be able to synergize to be able to deal with forest and land fires in Muaro Jambi Regency this means that the process of handling forest and land fires in Muaro Jambi Regency cannot be done by the government alone, but requires a collaboration between the government and the community and handling in physical matters is not enough, it takes a trust, cooperation and a strong network (network) to get maximum results.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused an economic crisis in Indonesia. Local businesses are the most affected sector. An efficient strategy is needed to overcome the impact of the pandemic so that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can survive in a crisis. Digital business empowerment is one of the solutions. Digital media is used to support marketing activities, financial management, and product promotion through social media, marketplaces, and websites. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of empowering digital businesses to increase MSME business income as a strategy for local economic resilience. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data analysis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT). The results of the study indicate that the community empowerment process is divided into three stages by looking at the enabling, empowering, and protecting aspects. The enabling process shows the potential of handicrafts. Empowering is done through product marketing digitalization training. And protecting as an effort to protect the new system developed in the marketing process
