Abstract

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Food and Beverage Service terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi reliabilitas (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (emphaty), dan bukti fisik (tangibles) Food and Beverage Service secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah, mengetahui pengaruh dimensi reliabilitas (reliability) Food and Beverage Service terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah, mengetahui pengaruh dimensi daya tanggap (responsiveness) Food and Beverage Service terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah, mengetahui pengaruh dimensi jaminan (assurance) Food and Beverage Service terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah, mengetahui pengaruh dimensi empati (emphaty) Food and Beverage Service terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah, dan mengetahui pengaruh dimensi empati (emphaty) Food and Beverage Service terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantiatif. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil adalah sebagian pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang diambil 100 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis Regresi Linier menunjukkan bahwa Reliabilitas (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Emphaty), dan Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah (nilai probabilitas (sig.) F-hitung (0,000) < Level of Significant (0,05)) dan Reliabilitas (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Emphaty), dan Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah (nilai probabilitas (sig.) t-hitung (0,000) < Level of Significant (0,05)). Kesimpulan bahwa Reliabilitas (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Emphaty), dan Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) berpengaruh baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah. Hal ini dapat diartikan, jika Reliabilitas (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Emphaty), dan Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) meningkat secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial, maka Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

The purpose from this reaserch is for measuring how much the influence of social media like instagram and confidence of customers so millennial interest to buy. Variabel of this research is media social instagram (x1), consumer trust (x2), and purchase intention millennials (y), methods that used in this research is quantitative methods with associative approach, with sharing questioner by online as much 359 to millennials who have productive age. There also analysis. Goals from analysis test showing media social instagram and consumer trust has significant effect to purchase intention millennials and goals of mediation hypothesis test showing that variable consumer trust mediating social media instagram to purchase intention millenial.

Abstract

In general, the HR function is to manage, manage as maximally and effectively as possible the Company, in order to obtain maximum performance results. Human resources are the key to running or not a company. In addition, the Company one with another company has its own standards in assessing a job from employees. General assessment benchmarks are employee discipline, abilities, skills, family background, work experience, social and demographic levels. Thus, an employee in a company must have the knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, or personal characteristics that enable workers to achieve success in completing their work through achieving results or success in completing their tasks so that goals within the company can be achieved and provide satisfaction for consumers. In addition, employees at CV. Cilacap's Eternal Nature Work also needs to have a spirit of patriotism in the community such as helping others who need help. If the above discusses the need for adjustments to the employee's environment, also employees must have a commitment to their company, such as employees performing tasks assigned in accordance with the boundaries of the assignments given, as well as resolving company goals with employees. so that the relationship between the employee and his boss can be harmoniously established.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial compensation on morale, the effect of nonfinancial compensation on work morale, the effect of job satisfaction on work morale and the effect of financial compensation, non-financial compensation, work satisfaction together - equally influencing the work spirit of smart educafe yogyakarta tutoring institution employees . The population in this study were all 46 employees of the Yogyakarta smart educafe tutoring institution. The method of data collection uses the questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis which is supported by the F test and T test as well as the classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, normality test, and heterocedasticity test. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% or 0.05 showed that Financial Compensation did not significantly influence Work Spirit with a significance level of 0.089> α 0.05. Non-financial compensation significantly influences work morale with a significance level of 0.025 <α 0.05. Job satisfaction does not significantly influence work morale with a significance level of 0.059> α 0.05. Simultaneously the variables of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on employee morale while Nonfinan Compensation has a significant effect on employee morale with α 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of liquidity as measured by the current ratio of the bond rating (2) the effect of profitability as measured by return on assets to the bond rating (3) the effect of leverage as measured by the debt to equity ratio of the bond rating (4) the effect of coverage ratio measured by time interested earned on bond ratings. This research uses secondary data. The study population is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PT Pefindo) in the 2014 to 2018 period of 10 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using binary logistic regression using SPSS 23 analysis tools.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of PDAM Salatiga City employees. The object under study was PDAM Salatiga City employees. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method with a focus on employees who have worked at least one year at the company. The study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire of 60 respondents with a 92.3% return rate. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to measure the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The results showed that organizational commitment had a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a positive effect on employee performance and together organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional dan kebijakan Dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2014-2018. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan pusposive sampling dan poling data. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kepemilikan manajerial (KM) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to Book Value). Kepemilikan Institusional (KI) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to Book Value). Kebijakan Dividen (Dividend Payout Ratio) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to Book Value) sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional dan kebijakan Dividen secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of country of origin on brand image (2) the influence of celebrity endorser on brand image (3) the influence of country of origin on purchasing decisions (4) the influence of celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions (5) the influence of brand image on buying decision. In this study the population was 100 students from Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, Yogyakarta VIVO smartphone users. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method that is distributed using the Accidental Purposive Sampling technique. Whereas the T test technique and classic assumptions consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterokesdasticity test. The results showed that the country of origin variable influenced the brand image, celebrity endorser affected the brand image, country of origin did not affect the purchasing decision, celebrity endorser did not affect the purchasing decision, brand image influenced the purchasing decision.

Abstract

INTISARI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh displin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi, displin kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan “PT Adidaya Bima Perkasa”. Sampel penelitian adalah 56 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuisoner. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah teknik regresi yang didukung dengan, uji T, uji analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji asumsi klasik dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20.00 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan displin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi, displin kerja, komunikasi interpersonal secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Adidaya Bima Perkasa Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Displin Kerja, Komunikasi Interpersonal Dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah word of mouth communications memediasi hubungan orientasi belanja dankeputusan pembelian, dan apakah word of mouth communications juga memediasi kualitas web dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian mengambil sampel dari mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Metode penarikan sampel adalah nonprobabilitas, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakannon probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebar kuesioner kepada responden. Jumlah kuesioner yang diolah adalah sebanyak 100 kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel word of mouth communications dapat berpengaruh terhadap orientasi belanja, kualitas web. Keputusan pembelian berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap orientasi belanja dan kualitas web. word of mouth communications berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian.
