Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh fungsi aplikasi terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegunaan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh manfaat yang dirasakan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan shopee belanja online di Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah mahasisawa Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan Kusioner yang di distribusikan secara offline dan online, Distribusi kusioner online dengan menggunakan google doc dan watshap. Teknik analisa data yaitu analisa regresi berganda , uji hepotisi parsial (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (r square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Koefisien regresi menunjukan bahwa fungsi aplikasi dengan nilai 0.019 (0.019 < 0,05), kegunaan dengan nilai 0.000 (0.000 < 0,05) dan manfaat yang dirasakan dengan nilai (0.000 < 0,05) berpengaruh signitifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan shopee belanja online di Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the Analysis of the Effect of Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Interest and Word of Mouth with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable (Case Study of Legend Coffee Yogyakarta) This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study is consumers who shop at Legend Coffee Yogyakarta with a minimum of two times. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is a regression technique that is supported by the t test and classical assumptions, the data obtained were processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that Experiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Eperiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest and Word of Mouth, Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest and Word of Mouth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) Test and determine the significance of the positive influence of Electronic Word of Mouth Communication (E-WOM) on Trust, 2) Test and know the significance of the positive influence of Security on Trust, 3) Test and know the significance of the positive influence of Electronic Word of Mouth Communication (E-WOM) on Buying Interest, 4) Testing and knowing the significance of the positive influence of Security on Buying Interest, 5) Testing and knowing the significance of the positive influence of Trust on Buying Interest, 6) Testing and knowing the significance of the positive influence of Electronic Communication Word of Mouth and Security on Trust, 7) Test and determine the significance of the positive influence of Electronic Word of Mouth Communication and Security on Buying Interest. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The study population was Shopee site users in UST Yogyakarta students. To determine the sample, researchers used a questionnaire. The research sample was obtained through a questionnaire distributed by researchers to respondents in the UST area of ​​Yogyakarta. The sample members used were 115 respondents. Data analysis techniques using data quality tests, descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression tests.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Transformational Leadership, Innovation Climate, Self Efficacy on Employee Creativity in the Industry of Pottery Making in Kasongan Village, Bantul Regency on CV. Sokowatu Jaya, CV. Mata Hati, Jambul Ceramic in Kasongan, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are several employees "CV. Sokowatu Jaya, CV. Mata Hati, and Jambul Ceramic ". Data collection was performed using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is a regression technique that is supported by the t test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained is processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy; transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on innovation climate; self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee creativity; innovation climate has a significant positive effect on employee creativity;

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The data used in this study are primary data resulting from the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents. The respondents in this study were employees of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.00 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Perception of organizational support influences employee involvement, 2) Perception of organizational support influences employee performance, 3) Employee involvement influences employee performance, 4) Employee involvement is proven to mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence brand equity has on consumer loyalty. The variables in this research are brand awareness (X1), perceived quality (X2), brand association (X3), brand loyalty (X4) and consumer loyalty (Y). The method used is quantitative research methods with an associative approach by spreading to 150 female respondents aged 25-35 years. Consumer loyalty is influenced by brand equity while others are influenced by other variables examined in this study. There is a relationship between the Brand Equity dimension to Consumer Loyalty. Of the overall brand equity variables, there is one variable that has no effect and is not significant on consumer loyalty, namely perceived quality and the most influential on consumer loyalty is brand loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Deskripsi Pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jaya Bakti Raharja Kota Sukabumi dengan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2020. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskripsi pekerjaan sebagai X dan kinerja karyawan sebagai Y. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi sederhana untuk teknik analisis data, dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 36 karyawan dengan populasi PT. Jaya Bakti Raharja. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deskripsi pekerjaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 21,3% dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

Product competition among producers will have an impact on the vulnerability of brand transfer. A brand transfer is a buying pattern that is associated with a change from one brand to another. Some factors that are suspected to influence brand transfer are due to the need to seek variations, consumer dissatisfaction, price, and e-WOM. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the need to seek variations, consumer dissatisfaction, price and eWOM on brand transfer decisions with studies conducted on Samsung Galaxy brand users who switch to the iPhone brand. This quantitative study uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was using a Likert scale questionnaire. Then the data is processed by using multiple regression analysis. Finally, the results showed that the need to seek variations, consumer dissatisfaction, price and eWOM had a significant influence on brand switching decisions.

Abstract

The provision of trapping compensation is very positive applied in a company, and is designed not only for the benefit of employees but also for the benefit of the company, among others for employees to prevent problems arising from employees such as employee turnover and absenteeism. Companies must be able to carry out positive policies so that existing employees are encouraged to develop and improve employee performance in terms of quality and quantity, so that they are able to meet the demands of work that ultimately achieves the company's goals. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is the employees of PDAM Tirta Mukti. The population is sixty respondents in PDAM Tirta Mukti. The ups and downs in employee performance at PDAM Tirta Mukti are affected by complementary compensation while others are influenced by other variables. Have a positive and significant effect between the relationship of pencer compensation on employee performance. The results of the complementary compensation t test partially affect the performance of employees at PDAM Tirta Mukti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengkaji apakah terdapat perbedaan dari return saham dan volume perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah hari libur idul fitri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2018. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor Food & Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2018 sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 11 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui website Indonesian Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) dan Yahoo! Finance. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji beda (Paried Sample T-test) dengan alat yang digunakan adalah program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari uji beda return saham sebelum dan sesudah tidak terdapat perbedaan. Dan hasil dari uji beda volume perdagangan saham tidak terdapat perbedaan pada sebelum dan sesudah hari libur idul fitri
