<![CDATA[This study is to determine the strategic management used by PT. Amanu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah in theera new normal and to find out the impact of strategic management on the existence of PT. Amanu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah. Referring to the objectives of this study, at least it is hoped that this research can provide several benefits and contributions both theoretically, practically and academically. In this study, using a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach. As for the strategies that have been compiled and carried out by PT. Amanu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah itself is a strategy in managerial strategy which is to do work from home, virtual meetings and meetings, coordination with directors, staff and partners from PT. Amanu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah, gave motivation or support to each other, enriched the information from the government of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Religion. <![CDATA[The instructional media is necessary. The media helps the teacher in displaying the studied materials, especially teaching vocabulary. In Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah, the teacher teaches vocabulary using teaching aids (Arabic language book, dictionary and blackboard). Unfortunately, the students did not understand the vocabulary. This research is an experimental research which is aimed at discovering whether the implementation of Impress Libreoffice Media in learning Arabic is effective to Increase Students’ Mufradat Mastery at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the implementation of Impress Libreoffice Media in learning Arabic is effective to Increase Mufradat Mastery of class VII Students’ at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru.The techniques of data collection are (1) observation and (2) test. While to analyzed the observation the observed data, the researcher used the formula:p= (f/N) x 100% and to analyze the test data, the researcher used SPSS program. The data analysis result gained from the application of Impress Libreoffice in Learning Arabic is effective to develop Mufradat Mastery of the students of class VII Students’ at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru, based on counting result using statistic To score and SPSS by Mann-Whitney test.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses Abdurrahman wahid’s moderate da’wah among minority groups. This departs from their proximity to minority groups so that their presence can be accepted by then both on behalf of ethnicity, culture and religion. His preaching among minorities is indeed a problem in itself. Various accusations against him are often heard, especially from right-wing Islamic groups such as the FPI. Even openly, the great leader of the FPI Habib Rizeq considered Abdurrahman wahid to be blind and blind in heart. In addition to that among NU itself, Gus Dur was also considered a controversial cleric because he protected minority people and was too strict with his own Islamic groups. This attitude was later considered as a figure who embraced liberal Islam. This research is a research library research using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the method of da’wah used by Abdurrahman wahid departed from his understanding of al-Qur’an, Hadist and the foundation of the ulama Ahlusunnah Wal-Jama’ah, namely conveying teachings thraougg love. Da’wah as a method of inviting must reflect the values of Islamic teachings that are humanist, full of compassion for fellow humans as part of the essences of god’s teachings that are Ar-Rahman and Ar-Rahim. In this way, Islamic teachings could be accepted throughout the archipelago.]]>

<![CDATA[The ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) agreement aims to export and import goods with reduced tariffs of up to 0%. Meanwhile, exports and imports can only be carried out by large-scale entrepreneurs. Traders of locally made children's toys are classified as micro, small and medium enterprises and only get the impact of the flood of toys from China due to the ACFTA. The Pekanbaru City Government's obstacles in protecting micro, small and medium scale entrepreneurs in the trade of artificial children's toys in the city against the impact of the ACFTA agreement need special attention. This is due to the government's unpreparedness in responding to ACFTA including unpreparedness in the construction of infrastructure in the form of a market for MSMEs and guidance on how to export and import goods for MSMEs. Constraints also arise from the condition of entrepreneurs who are not open to the world of free markets. There is no unified organization between traders of locally made children's toys to build a joint venture with big entrepreneurs and become producers who are ready to compete with local Chinese products.]]>

<![CDATA[Al-Qur'an through its verses invites people to think about various kinds of signs of Allah's power in various ways, including a scientific approach. This is in line with the demands of high school learning which are contained in the 2013 curriculum. However, it needs to be realized that this creates a problematic process, especially for Islamic Religious Education teachers when teaching Aqedah material. This problem can be seen from the readiness of the teacher to use lesson plans, methods, student assignments, and material and module design. Based on this indicator, the conclusion is drawn that Islamic Religious Education teachers are still less able to teach Aqedah material scientifically/ scientifically at Senior High Schools. Responding to this problem, the researchers on the library research method to create a scientific/ scientific model of Aqedah material combination in Islamic Religious Education learning which is packaged in the title "Aqedah Learning Model Based on Scientific for Senior High School”.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to determine the role of supervisors in implementing managerial supervision and the factors that lead to the low performance of school administrative staff at State Junior High School 5 Bantan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the subjects of this study are the supervisor, principal, and head of school administration. All data were collected through observation and interviews. The main informants are school supervisors as well as additional informants for school principals and school administration staff. Based on the description of research data, it is known that the role of school supervisors in implementing managerial supervision is quite good, but its implementation is still not maximal in providing direct guidance to administrative staff. Lack of direct coaching by school supervisors, and lack of cooperation between school supervisors and school principals, as well as a lack of professionalism in the performance of administrative staff, are the causes of the low performance of administrative personnel.]]>

Language as a means of communication and a means of interaction that only humans have, language can be studied internally and externally. Covid-19 forces the government to close all schools and start implementing distance learning. <![CDATA[Arabic Grammar is often considered a scourge by the majority of students. This condition has finally received serious attention from various Arabic language activists by presenting a lot of solutions so that students are easy and happy to learn Arabic. This article aims to evaluate the book Al-Lubab Quantum Reading Book by KH. Ahmad Fakhruddin using Mackey's theory. The results of this study are expected to be a recommendation to the author of the book and other authors in compiling a textbook. All data were collected through the documentation method for further analysis and presented through a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on data analysis, it is known that Al-Lubab's book has fulfilled the selection and presentation elements but is still very weak in the aspects of gradation and repetition. Thus, it is recommended that textbook writers should pay attention to all aspects so the material can be studied and understood easily by students.]]>
