Abstract

Bolting machine is a machine which is designed to conduct the making process of outside thread without rotating the handlebar of workpiece using hand manually, Therefore, the machine can help the processing in some industries which do not have qualified operators. The purpose of the designing and calculating of machine elements on senai machineis to create a design and make it in real product that can create outside thread with the maximum size of M11, to calculate parts of machine elements, i.e. axis diameter and sprocket chain and to create the real machine product. The designing method used follows these steps, i.e. problem identification, initial idea, improvement of the idea, analysis of design, decision making, and implementation. The result of the evaluation on concept design was the cutter holder on the chuck variable and themover shaft handle. The result of machine elements calculation showed that the electric motor power was 40 watt, shaft diameter was 25 mm with inside diameter of 16 mm, the bearing used was 6205 Ball Bearing, and the thread capacity was M11 metric thread.

Abstract

This study is conducted to figure out the change in the function of ester oil as a result of the aging process - Kraft paper composite insulation. To duplicate actual conditions on a transformer, a sample of 800 ml biodiesel oil and 6 grams of Kraft paper were put together in a heat-resistant bottle. The sample was put under the same initial conditions through heating at 100 ° C for 24 hours. After initial conditions, then all samples of thermal were accelerated from 336 hours to 672 hours at 120 0C and 150 0C for actual conditions in the transformer. FTIR and DGA test are carried out at each aging period. The aging process shows several changes in functional groups in the ester oil and produced several dominant combustible gas compositions, including carbon monoxide (CO) and ethane (C2H6). These flammable gases arise due to the decomposition of the insulation which makes C = C functional groups in a particular spectrum produce ethane gas, thereby increasing the bonds of paper insulation.

Abstract

The distribution of air in the Klender Flats in East Jakarta is still not evenly distributed, so that some of the residents of the flat are increasingly lacking in water. Remembering water is the main need in everyday life. To overcome the problems that occur, a tool is made that can measure air flow and regulate the distribution of air using Arduino Uno. This tool uses a device consisting of a solenoid valve and a water flow sensor that is sent to Arduino Uno. water flow sensor will calculate the amount of air that has been used and after reaching the maximum capacity the solenoid valve will flow air distribution in accordance with the maximum capacity of each family head (KK). To implement the tool into the system, the writer uses C programming language and for websites using PHP. The use of water will be monitored every one hour and the system will send data to the database for retrieving necessary monitoring data on the website in graphical form.

Abstract

Cilacap Regency is one of region whose good potential in process of waterpark cultivation. The resource potential of fresh water cultivation and brackish water and is distribution is almost in CilacapRegency, and it still has potential to develop. This research discussed the application of simplex method on the productivity of fresh water cultivation and brackish water in Cilacap Regency. The optimal solution from simplex method was tested its change of reliability with sensitivity analysis. The maximum productivity of fresh water and brackish water in 2014 till 2016 was 28.784,4494 tons.

Abstract

The types of automotive components today vary greatly. The presence of more components types make it difficult to find suitable automotive components. 3D Printing Machine is a new breakthrough to overcome these problems. This is based on the working concept of a 3-dimensional printing machine that make components done by the product design process and then print it through a 3-dimensional printing machine. This concept is further developed in the form of feasibility test of several aspects which are able to assess the results of the component products in order to be marketed. The purpose of this research is to see the feasibility of 3-dimensional printing machine products in terms of component shapes, component functions, terms of component dimensions and in the terms of similarity to the original product. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive quantitative comparative qualitative. The results of this study are, 1) The 3-dimensional product design has a similarity of 50%, but it is still lacking for the amount of fillet (upper angular curvature of the design). Meanwhile, for the size and shape in general have been made in accordance with the original product. 2) Forms that can be made from 3-dimensional printing still look less ergonomic. 4) The performance or function of the 3-dimensional printing component is able to match its function. 5) The weight of the 3-dimensional priting component is 47.19% heavier than the original component. 6) The dimensions of the components of 3-dimensional printing results on average for flat areas have a deviation of about 5.39% and for the profile field it reaches 35.29%.

Abstract

The confession of professionalism can be stated in the form of sertificate awarding to lecturer bycompetent institutions. The best effort that needed for comitting certified lecturer until it is tried to be able to increase the quality of state polytechnic of Cilacap because of lecturer is the most important component to determine learning activity process. The lack of preparation will cause the lecturer who recommended on certified lecturer can not pass well. The simulation of intern score calculation of certified lecturer will be conducted by institution through committee of certified lecturer. This research focuses on the simulation of intern score calculation of certified lecturer which recommended. The method that used was software development method, i.e., prototyping. The finding of this research is this system can help to simulate the data of score evaluation. The committee of certified lecturer will be easy to make decision in committing certified lecturer and the calculation of automatic simulation score will decrease errors in calculating total score of certified lecturer.

Abstract

Arisankita is a business program owned by CV Dwi Idea Kreasi to assist the community in obtaining goods according to their needs and managed cooperatively. The management of the Arisankita system still relies on traditional accounting and is not yet computerized, especially during accessing and storing information. The purpose of this study is to discuss a web-based system for Arisankita's business program by applying the RUP method, to improve the accuracy of data processing at the company, to optimize automatic scheduling, and to increase efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. The RUP (Integrated Rational Process) Method is a system development process that covers the entire development cycle of a device that provides help to assist and be responsible for organizational development, which consists of 4 phases, including initial, elaboration, construction, and transition.

Abstract

Rice plant which is a source of food for the people, it needs enough temperature, air humidity and high water for maximum growth. The irrigation system is a major requirement in the field of agriculture, especially for rice plant. Some constraints in conventional irrigation, so they need irrigation system automatically. Some previous studies about automatic irrigation were only used one or two parameters and only used fuzzy or IoT. The method offered in this study uses fuzzy logic using 3 inputs and combines the monitoring system in real time based on IoT. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of fuzzy logic using three inputs to control the automatic irrigation system byreal time monitoring usingIoT. Data obtained by testing in themorning, afternoon, evening, night and using heat and rain treatment then compared using Matlab calculation. From the tool testing, the average precision of the tool comparison using the calculation is 77.13%.

Abstract

Small and medium businesses are very rapidly growing in Indonesia. One of the activities in the small and medium business is the marketing process. The entrepreneurs tend to focus on production activities but for marketing strategies are not developed so that the market share is still local market. The problems that occur in marketing small and medium business products are little knowledge about marketing strategies, marketing targets and willingness to develop from the entrepreneurs themselves.Marketplace systems are built to increase market expansion so that it can help entrepreneurs to do marketing. The marketplace system is built based on the web, both entrepreneurs and buyers can communicate through the web marketplace. The results of this study are that the system can reach broader marketing with small and medium business marketplaces and more targeted.

Abstract

Urban farming (gardening in the middle of the city) is increasingly in demand by modern society. Urban farming provides business opportunities as well as being a lifestyle trend. One of the plants that can be cultivated at home is oyster mushroom. Oyster mushroom cultivation is quite easy but requires a special environment to grow up. To do mushroom cultivation at home, it is necessary to manage temperature and humidity to achieve optimal temperature and humidity. A temperature and humidity control system that can be monitored and controlled through the smartphoneis the result of the study. Temperature and humidity detected by the DHT22 sensor, then read by NodeMCU and sent to the Blynk application via a WiFi connection are considered as the input system. WiFi used by NodeMCU is the same as WiFi used by smartphones. Blynk on a smartphone will display the temperature and humidity read by NodeMCU. If the temperature and humidity are out of the optimal temperature and humidity range for oyster mushrooms, a notification will appear on the smartphone. Temperature and humidity control can be done by pressing the ON / OFF button on Blynk to turn on and turn off the lights or the fan as needed, so that the temperature and humidity return to optimal. Based on testing, the system successfully displays temperature and humidity on a smartphone, displays notifications and makes control. The relative error of the temperature measurement is 2.6% and the relative error of the humidity measurement is 3.2%.
