Abstract

Hadith for women is prohibited without a mahram, including one of the topics of hadith that is quite well known, not only for hadith experts, but also warm among jurists. certain, believe that women are prohibited from going without a mahram, other parts of the hadith are temporal so that they are not relevant to use in the current situation and situation. Because the hadith describes the conditions at the time of the Prophet and his companions, not the current conditions. This paper compares the hadith that is forbidden without a mahram with the hadith that can be used by women without a mahram. Then it will try to give a new meaning (reinterpretation) based on the compromise results of the hadiths that seem "opposite" and are studied with a feminist approach with the aim of giving birth to a new understanding so that religious texts, especially regarding nature without a mahram, do not seem to shackle women. The type of method used in this research is qualitative with the approach of Socialist Feminism, where gender occurs because of the ancient capitalist system and the domination over women. This paper concludes that the hadith about for a woman without a mahram is tentative and is the impact of the class structure in the Arab world first. This had an impact on gender and sexually subordinated women at that time

Abstract

This paper examines the interpretation of Muhammad Husein al-Tabataba’i on QS. al-Zumar (39): 65 and QS. al-Baqarah (2): 136 in his commentary, al-Mizan fi Tafsir al-Qur’an. This study aims to show that there is a side of moderation in the interpretation of al-Ṭabataba'i which leads to the Sunni meaning, in this case, the interpretation of monotheism. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis, which is to collect related data and then analyze it. The data analysis used refers to what is offered by Huberman & Miles, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the interpretation of al-Ṭabataba'i on QS. al-Zumar (39): 65 and QS. al-Baqarah (2): 136 is different from the interpretation of the Shiites, in this case, the interpretation of al-Kulaini. Al-Ṭabataba'i interprets the word shirk in QS. al-Zumar (39): 65 by associating partners with Allah as is the case with the Sunnis, not associating partners with the Imams, as interpreted by al-Kulaini. Then also interpret the word of God "qulu amanna billah ..." in QS. al-Baqarah (2) 136 by witnessing faith in Allah and also in the Prophets, differs from the interpretation of al-Kulaini which explains that what is meant by "believing in what Allah has sent down" is believing in Ali, Fatima, Hasan, Husein, and the Imams after them.

Abstract

Teaching tahfizh al-Quran is one way to build student competence to do reasoning in and memorizing the Al-Qur’an. Given the changes in vision and mission as stated in the competency-based curriculum, it is necessary to make concrete efforts to prepare and make its implementation successful. This study aims to identify the teaching method of tahfizh al-Quran  at the Tafsir Hadis Major, to explain the strategy of optimally developing tahfizh al-Qur'an so that it can improve students' reasoning abilities and identify the level of students' reasoning ability after participating in the tahfizh al-Qur'an program at the Tafsir Hadis Major. This study is a development activity carried out in collaboration between students and lecturers to conceptually design the design of teaching materials based on experience and existing conditions. These two stages will always be accompanied by a process of evaluation and reflection to improve the designs developed. This research shows that first; the sima'i method is a method that is widely used by students in memorizing the Qur'an, secondly; the strategy of fostering tahfizh al-Quran   should be done with the muraja'ah method, Third; From the results of the calculation of the student's reasoning ability test scores, the average score of students' reasoning abilities in the high category was 48.82, the average category was 41.06, and the low category has obtained an average of 39. These different average gains indicate that the levels of students' reasoning abilities are different.

Abstract

Hanan Attaki's interpretation of the verses of faith on Youtube is phenomenal. He made Youtube his interpretive idea so that it could become evidence of the development of interpretive media from using old media to becoming new media. Hanan's interpretation is very different, he can invite the younger generation to increase their faith in God by using the language of today's children. This can trigger Hanan's many YouTube subscribers. Until now, Hanan's subscribers have reached 2.3 million with 88 million viewers. The purpose of this study is to examine the interpretation of the verses of faith which Hanan uses as the basis for preaching. In addition, this research identifies Hanan's method of interpreting verses and elaborating on subscriber comments. This study uses a qualitative method. Data was obtained from Hanan's YouTube Channel and other related references. The data is classified and interpreted through content analysis. Based on these data, it was found that Hanan used Qs. Ar-Ra'du verse 28, Qs. At-Taubah verse 124. And Qs. Al-Ankabut verses 1-3 and Qs. Al-Baqarah verse 214 is understood by Hanan as a verse of faith. He understands the importance of the younger generation believing in Allah and will go through phases including the ibtila phase (test phase) and the tamkin (help) phase. This led to many positive responses from subscribers who found Hanan's interpretation very interesting. This reinforces Marshall McLuhan's media theory quoted from Roudlotul Jannah's research which says that interpreters will be accepted by the younger generation if they can adapt to technology

Abstract

This paper aims to strengthen the counter-narrative strategy in cyberspace deradicalization, especially the production of persuasive alternative narrative content by making the universal values of the verses of the Koran the source. This paper also discusses universal values for online deradicalization. The slow process of world deradicalization makes propaganda narratives run rampant and cases of radicalism are rampant. This is more due to the weak content of counter-narratives and alternative narratives in online media. To explore the universal value of the verses of the Koran which will be used as the main narrative, a semantic approach to the Koran is used and validated by Schwartz's value theory. The results of this study show that peace verses have complex universal values. Theoretically, the values of peace are classified based on their fulfillment of the six value theories: beliefs, goals, specifics, standards and criteria, relative priorities, and guiding action. These values can be used as the basis for the production of persuasive alternative narratives in cyberspace by considering the dimensions of factuality (narratives that match reality), plausibility (cognitive acceptance that matches the knowledge of the recipient of the message), and consistency (narrative elements that are coherent, quality, reasonable and argumentative).
