Abstract

The rapid development of social media has become a driving force for economic actors, both in the product and service sector, to carry out marketing through social media or marketing on social networks. This can be seen from the number of social media users who are increasing every year with the various social networking platforms used. An example of social media marketing that is widely used is Instagram. Global Radio is a radio station in Jakarta and Bandung broadcasting popular songs, celebrity news, sports, the latest movies and fashion. In this case, Global Radio promotes via Instagram because it is considered quite effective in communicating with its followers. However, @884globalradio subscribers still do not understand the content provided, such as explanations of the latest entertainment news, Indonesian music shows and others. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of social media marketing communications on Instagram Global Radio. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that the overall ratio achieved by researchers on social media marketing variables including context, communication, collaboration, and connection is 89.42%. This explains why the effectiveness of social media marketing via Instagram @884globalradio is considered very good.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to ascertain and elucidate the impact of tourist attractions, destination image, and facilities on the decision to visit Punceling Ciwidey. A total of 87,931 visitors to Punceling tourism in 2022 comprised the population of this study; 400 respondents comprised the sample. Verification and descriptive analysis constitute the research methodology. The data were gathered through the distribution of pre-designed questionnaires to respondents whose performance had been evaluated for validity and reliability beforehand. The findings of the conducted analysis indicate that visitor attraction, destination image, and facilities jointly and partially influence visiting decisions in a positive and significant way.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the times has led to the emergence of dynamics in people's thinking which has become more critical in choosing educational institutions. A school that develops with the competence of each of its human resources can create a positive image, that the school is a competent school. The research was conducted with the aim of: 1) formulating the competencies that need to be achieved by school principals, teachers, education staff and students at SMAN 1 Panumbangan to build a competent school, and 2) knowing the brand image management activities of competent schools at SMAN 1 Panumbangan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and data collection is carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that competency standards are absolute things to have as basic competencies for employees, including students. Additional competencies for school principals include ICT competencies, financial analysts and supervisors. Additional competencies for teachers adapt to their areas of expertise as well as ICT and project manager competencies which really support learning in the independent curriculum. The competencies of educational staff adjust to their job position, while additional competencies for students adjust to the skills required in the world of work for high school qualifications. Brand image management is carried out by directing the achievement of competency standards and additional competencies achieved by school principals, teachers, education staff and students which are then published so that they are known to the wider community as school achievements.

Abstract

The main objective that requires special attention is the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGS), especially in the midst of MSME competition in producing quality products but having affordable sales prices. This research aims to compare methods of calculating the cost of goods manufactured that are accurate to ultimately produce the appropriate sales price. The research that has been carried out uses a quantitative descriptive method and a comparative approach to be able to compare the two methods, namely full costing and variable costing. As for the results of the research that has been carried out, making 450 chocovado blend drinks, 400 mint ginger honey drinks and 370 redvelvet signature drinks there is a difference of Rp. 2,139.25 for chocovado blend, Rp. 2,448.5 for mint ginger honey drinks and Rp. 2,602.17 for redvelvet signature. This means that the COGS obtained by the full costing method tends to be high when compared to the variable costing method. The reason is the different treatment of factory overhead costs (BOP). The full costing method includes all variable and fixed cost elements, while the variable costing method includes variable costs only. It is hoped that the company can consider what method or method is suitable for the company, be it the full costing or variable costing method, always looking for and learning about scientific developments in relation to the method of determining COGS so that it is always in line with applicable regulations.

Abstract

The disclosure of carbon emissions is a corporate activity to provide information about environmental performance and efforts to improve the corporate image. The aim of the research is to provide empirical evidence of the moderating influence of media exposure on the relationship between corporate governance and carbon emissions disclosure. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data research was taken using the purposive sampling method. Research was conducted on energy corporations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2022 period. The research used 72 research data. The analysis technique uses SEM PLS. The results of the research are that the board of directors influences carbon emissions disclosure and media exposure is able to moderate the relationship between the board of directors and carbon emissions disclosure.

Abstract

This research was conducted at bank sinarmas branch in garut. The purpose of this study is to determine how the service marketing mix, customer satisfaction, and savings decisions are at bank sinarmas branch in garut, and to what extent the influence of the service marketing mix on savings decisions at bank sinarmas branch in garut, as well as the extent of the influence of customer satisfaction on savings decisions at bank sinarmas branch in garut. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing data collected in numerical form that will be tested using statistical methods. The data collection techniques employed in this study include questionnaires and literature reviews. The population in this research consists of savings account holders at bank sinarmas branch in garut, totaling 100 individuals determined using the lemeshow formula. To obtain data, the author distributed questionnaires to customers comprising 30 questions, consisting of 18 questions related to the service marketing mix, 7 questions about savings decisions, and 5 questions regarding customer satisfaction. Hypothesis testing was conducted using statistical data analysis with a path analysis model. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the service marketing mix significantly influences savings decisions and customer satisfaction.Key words: services marketing mix, customer satisfaction, saving decisions

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial ratios, namely TATO, EPS, ROA, and DER on company share price volatility. This information provides a signal about the company's prospects to external parties, especially investors. The population used in this research includes companies in the energy, industrial, technology and infrastructure sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with observation years 2020 to 2022. Sample selection used a purposive sampling technique. The total population is 215 companies with a total sample that meets the criteria of 169 companies. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis with a total of 165 data processed. The results of this research show that the TATO variable has a significant positive effect on stock price volatility, while the EPS, ROA and DER variables have no effect on stock price volatility. In general, this research provides consideration of factors that influence stock price volatility for investors in investing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the potential financial distress of PT Garuda Indonesia. This research uses the modified Altman Z-Score model approach. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with a case study approach at PT Garuda Indonesia. Measurement of financial health level is done using the Altman ratio model. The data source uses secondary data obtained directly from the company's website. This study used annual report data from 2016 to 2021. Based on the analysis of financial ratios, during the 2016-2021 period, the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia continued to decline. The results of the Altman-Z score calculation show that PT Garuda Indonesia is experiencing financial distress. This result is an early warning for PT Garuda Indonesia to improve its financial performance. Suggestions to the Government of Indonesia, through the Ministry of SOEs as the main shareholder in order to give full attention and support to PT Garuda Indonesia to avoid future bankruptcy risks.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is analyzed through the roles of service quality, consumer trust, and consumer satisfaction. The research method utilized in this study is an explanatory survey research that employs a data collection technique using questionnaires and observation. The population and sample of this study are Zoom application users in the Garut district. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS-3.0. Our findings indicate that i) all variables are in the excellent category, ii) service quality, consumer trust, and consumer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, iii) customer satisfaction can act as a mediating variable between service quality and consumer trust variables on customer loyalty. This indicates that Zoom application companies must continue to strive to maintain and improve innovation in available service features. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of debt value on negative equity at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t statistical test. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with data taken from the second quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2023, when negative equity occurs. The results of the analysis show that the value of debt has a negative effect on negative equity. The new finding in this research is that companies took 25 months to gradually recover from the Covid-19 pandemic. A high debt value causes negative equity, the company obtains more capital from debt because business activity is low. It would be better for companies to increase business activities by increasing flight schedules for profitable routes.
