Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the map of the development of Savings and Loans Cooperatives (KSP) in Garut Regency using the Importance Performance Analysis method which will then be implemented into a SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis to determine the appropriate strategies. appropriate to encourage the development of KSP in supporting MSME financing in Garut Regency. This research uses secondary data with a total research sample of 165 KSP units spread across 42 sub-districts. The research results found that the number of KSPs in Garut Regency was only 26.19% of all sub-districts, where KSPs were in Garut Kota, Tarogong Kidul, Tarogong Kaler, Bayongbong, and Banyuresmi Districts; has enormous potential for developing KSP strategies and should be used as a pilot area for KSP development in other sub-districts. Overall, the research results can be recommended for further exploring the performance of KSP in certain sub-districts so that a more implementable KSP development strategy can be determined.

Abstract

 This research on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z began with the author's interest in their financial management, especially students. The author wants to know how the understanding of financial literacy, the amount of pocket money, and the high lifestyle can affect the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. This research is urgent, because to find out the behavior of Generation Z in managing their finances and provide a good understanding through research results, so that they become wiser in managing their finances, do not behave consumptively and are motivated to save.  The author uses quantitative data through questionnaires on 254 respondents, using data analysis techniques tested with SPSS 29 software. The final result of the study is that Financial Literacy and Lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on Consumptive Behavior, while Pocket Money has no effect and is negatively correlated with Consumptive Behavior.

Abstract

There are many developing countries in Southeast Asia and Indonesia is one of them that is highlighted by the world. With the transportation and logistics industry which has become one of the bloodstreams of the process of providing services and facilities to the population of this country. The existence of the transportation and logistics sector plays an important role in improving people's quality of life. If a transportation and logistics company wants to develop its business further, it needs external financial assistance, including investors. Investors are parties who are willing to provide capital assistance by investing their capital in the company. The theory used in this research is based on the use of signal theory. The method of this research uses quantitative methods and uses secondary evidence taken via the official IDX website This research aims to determine the effect of investment decisions and funding decisions on the value of a company using dividend policy (distribution of share profits) as a moderating variable. The result of this observation is that decisions regarding investment and decisions regarding funding have a positive effect on the value of transportation and logistics companies in Indonesia. Dividend policy has negative results and cannot strengthen the effect of decisions regarding investment and decisions regarding funding on company value. Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that motivate Garut people in choosing tourist destinations by taking into account the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and the role of TikTok influencers. The analytical method used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). In this research, non-probability sampling techniques were used with a purposive sampling method to determine the research sample. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the fear of missing out can influence the choice of tourist destination through its impact on motivation, emotional responses and behavior. And influencers, especially through social media, film and television, play an important role in shaping tourist perceptions and influencing a person's choice of tourist destination.

Abstract

Business competition makes companies must be able to maintain their survival, but fraud that occurs can result in high risks for the company so that it needs to be anticipated and managed properly. This study intends to examine the role of the whistleblower system in the implementation of forensic audits, particularly in effort to reveal fraud. The approach employed in this research is a Literatire Review (SLR) study employing data sources from various national and international research.The results showed that the whistleblowing system has an important role as a provider of initial information about fraud that occurs in an organisation in both the government and private sectors. Information obtained from whistleblowers can then be used as preliminary evidence for auditors to conduct investigative audits and forensic audits that pay attention to the interests of evidence based on the law.This study also found that whistleblowers are more comfortable disclosing fraud to external parties than to internal organizations and are more willing to disclose fraud information if the fraud is committed by peers and equals than if it is committed by leaders or top management.

Abstract

The product placement strategy is increasingly favored in global marketing, especially through Korean drama streaming services, which are typically produced in series format. Kopiko candy leverages the popularity of Korean dramas by employing product placement in the Korean drama Doctor Slump. This study aims to examine the influence of product involvement, placement prominence, and celebrity endorsement on brand memory and brand attitude. The research involved 157 respondents who are fans of Korean dramas residing in Indonesia, aged 18 and above, who have watched the Doctor Slump series from episodes 1-16 and are aware of the presence of Kopiko candy in the scenes of the drama. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between the variables of product involvement, placement prominence, and celebrity endorsement on brand memory. Additionally, product involvement and celebrity endorsement also have a positive and significant effect on brand attitude.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the picture related to instagrammable, memorable tourism experience and revisit intention, as well as examining the impact of instagramable and memorable tourism experience on revisit intention at Situ Bagendit after revitalization using descriptive and verification quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires and then the data was analyzed using the structural equation model partial least squares (SEM-PLS) with statistical tools in the form of SMART-PLS version 3. This research resulted in an overall picture related to instagrammability, memorable tourism experience and revisit intention. in Situ Bagendit after revitalization it is in the good category. Apart from that, it was found that there was a positive and significant influence of instagrammable and MTE on the intention to revisit Situ Bagendit after revitalization.

Abstract

This study addresses ongoing environmental issues, particularly in the manufacturing and mining sectors, which significantly contribute to environmental degradation. The research aims to understand the impact of green accounting and environmental performance on firm value, with profitability as a moderating variable. This is a quantitative study, utilizing a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques. The analysis methods used include classical assumption tests, determination coefficients, Moderate Regression Analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study conclude that green accounting and profitability as moderating variables do not have an impact on firm value. In contrast, environmental performance and profitability as moderating variables do influence firm value. The simultaneous analysis shows that green accounting and environmental performance together affect firm value when moderated by profitability. The findings of this research are expected to raise awareness among business practitioners about the importance of considering environmental issues and the impact of environmental pollution caused by production processes, with an emphasis on planning through the concept of green accounting. This study focuses on the analysis of green accounting and environmental performance on firm value, moderated by profitability, in companies listed in the IDX30 index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the motor vehicle tax collection system through drive-thru services on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at SAMSAT Kota Cimahi. The research population is in the SAMSAT Kota Cimahi work area, using 100 samples with the Simple Random Sampling method. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to motor vehicle taxpayers. The analysis used is simple linear regression. The results show that the motor vehicle tax collection system through drive-thru services has a positive impact on taxpayer compliance at SAMSAT Kota Cimahi.

Abstract

In 2020, Indonesia experienced a major shock due to COVID-19 which resulted in all activities being suspended. This has an impact on many aspects, one of which is the economy. Many businesses experience a decline in sales in a very short period of time. So, they need to carry out various business innovations to survive in difficult times, one of which is by utilizing the internet. The significant decline in Speed Jersey sales is certainly a problem that needs to be handled effectively. One of the marketing strategies used by Speed Jersey in the Shopee marketplace is using Sales Promotion. The research that the author uses is descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of the interview, it shows that Speed Jersey sales increased due to the implementation of Sales Promotion using coupons and discounts on the Shopee marketplace. It can be drawn meaning that sales are determined by various factors. Sales promotion factors are one of the most important to increase profits in a company. Many promotional media can be done to attract customers, one of which is giving coupons and discounts.
