Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had brought several negative impacts on various aspects of life, including causing stress. Stress during the pandemic afflicted all levels of society, including the COVID-19 survivor itself. One of the ways to deal with stress was the provision of psychoeducation. The provision of psychoeducation during the pandemic could be done online in the form of webinars. The effectiveness of the webinar activity was measured by analyzing the differences in the results of stress management knowledge levels and stress levels in the pre-test and post-test sessions. The level of stress management knowledge was measured using a stress management knowledge scale (Guttman split-half Coefficient = .791) while stress was measured using the PSS-10-C scale (α = 0.734). There was an increase in the knowledge score of stress management and a decrease in stress score. It also showed that webinar psychoeducation had a significant effect on the level of knowledge of stress management and stress levels. These results implied that psychoeducation through webinars should be taken into account as a method to overcome COVID-19 Survivor’s stress problems in the midst of a pandemic that required us to limit social contact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan aktivitas belajar online yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah selama pademi untuk memutuskan rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19. Berbagai kendala dihadapi oleh pelajar maupun mahasiswa baik dari segi akses internet maupun sistem yang berbasis penugasan baik secara kelompok maupun individu yang banyak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik berdasarkan geografis (kota dan desa), budaya (Batak dan non Batak),  Universitas (negeri dan swasta) dan perkerjaan ibu (bekerja dan ibu rumah tangga). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 286 yang dipilih dengan teknik random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dengan tingkat reliabilitas sebesar 0,98. Teknik analisis yaitu ANAVA dengan memanfaatkan program SPSS versi 20. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan rata-rata perilaku  prokrastinasi akademik pada kategori rendah, di mana rata-rata mahasiswa berasal kota  68,30 % sedangkan pada mahasiswa kota sebesar 66,40%. Terdapat perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa berdasarkan etnik Batak dan non Batak dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,002. Terakhir terdapat perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis universitas negeri dan swasta dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,003.

Abstract

The corona virus which hits Indonesia brings about a great impact on education. The learning system that is usually carried out in a face-to-face interaction changes with an online system. The online learning system which requires children to use gadgets is quite to have a big impact on children's development. The former children’s habit who were not using gadgets began to change for reasons of learning. After learning is complete, children play gadgets. The resulting impact is a decrease in interest and enthusiasm for learning. This must be controlled by parents and teachers to restore students‘ interest and enthusiasm for learning, especially of a school age students. This research was a qualitative research employing interview and observation methods. The research sample was elementary school age children who are in Seputih Banyak District, Central Lampung. The results point out that during the COVID-19 pandemic, children‘s playing habits increased. It is a common situation for school-age children to spend only a few moments studying, but spending a long time playing gadgets. A control from parents is very necessary so that school-age children can use gadgets only in line with their needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya sikap disiplin siswa selama pelaksanakan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di masa pandemic covid 19. Berbagai fenomena dan dinamika setelah delapan belas bulan melaksanakan proses Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) terjadi rasa bosan untuk belajar, ancaman putus sekolah, ancaman lose learning, terganggunya kondisi psikologis pada peserta didik sehingga berpengaruh pada rendahnya sikap disiplin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat sikap disiplin peserta didik dan menguji apakah terdapat perbedaan antara sikap disiplin peserta didik laki-laki dan perempuan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 87 peserta didik laki-laki dan 110 peserta didik perempuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen sikap disiplin. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriftip dan uji t independen samples menggunakan aplikasi JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat sikap disiplin berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sikap disiplin peserta didik laki-laki-laki dan perempuan.

Abstract

Digital-based learning problem, particularly during COVID-19 pandemic, has given both serious obstacles and risks to the student with disability. Under a rather limited self-sustaining capacity, often it inhibits each learning dynamic that are being held. This challenge will certainly affect the mental and physical health of the students. Hence, the effort requires adequate self-provision and environmental roles to facilitate the student with disability to surpass the obstacles. Therefore, this study aims to understand the correlation between self-regulation and peer support to burnout in undergraduate student with disability. This study uses quantitative design with multiple correlation approach. The research participants were 41 students selected using snowball sampling technique. The measurement scale consists of self-regulation scale, peer support scale, and burnout scale. The result of the study shows that there is a similar correlation between self-regulation, peer support and burnout. Each independent variables has significant negative relationship with the student's burnout. Low levels of burnout illustrate how students with disabilities are able to improve their self-regulation skills and able to seek and acquire appropriate support from college friends, to address any difficulties in the educational process.

Abstract

Permasalahan mengenai perkembangan individu yang masih sering di bahas ialah mengenai perkembangan kognitif manusia. Salah satu aktifitas yang melibatkan kognitif manusia ialah belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi self efficacy dan regulasi emosi terhadap kejenuhan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional dengan populasi sebanyak 153 orang  mahasiswa Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling FIP UNIMED yang terdaftar pada Agustus-Desember 2021 dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 111 orang siswa dan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini berupa instrumen self efficacy, instrument regulasi emosi dan instrumen kejenuhan belajar dengan menggunakan skala model Likert. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy pada diri mahasiswa akan mampu mengurangi kejenuhan belajar, selain itu rendahnya regulasi emosi negatif pada diri mahasiswa akan mampu mengatasi kejenuhan belajar pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) merupakan instrumen pengukuran yang saat ini paling banyak digunakan untuk mengukur mindfulness. Artikel ini melaporkan proses dan hasil adaptasi FFMQ ke Bahasa Indonesia agar dapat digunakan pada populasi dewasa secara umum. Proses adaptasi dimulai dari mempersiapkan instrumen hingga pengukuran psikometri untuk membuktikan kelayakan FFMQ Bahasa Indonesia. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa FFMQ Bahasa Indonesia memiliki konsistensi internal yang dapat diterima. FFMQ juga memiliki bukti validitas baik secara content maupun internal structure. Bukti validitas konten dilakukan melalui metode content validity index yang melibatkan tiga orang ahli. Bukti validitas internal structure dilakukan dengan melakukan uji confirmatory factor analysis terhadap model lima aspek mindfulness. Berdasarkan proses adaptasi yang dilakukan, FFMQ Bahasa Indonesia dapat digunakan untuk mengukur mindfulness pada populasi dewasa umum di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract. The formation of startup in Indonesia that sharply increase, have inspires milenial to do the same. But in its formation, there are various failures that must be faced. Startup co-founder who has multiple roles in the company, requires good resilience ability to faces problems. This study aims to determine the resilience dynamics of the millennials generation startup co-founder when facing the challenges in forming their startup. The qualitative-phenomenological approach was carried out through semi-structured in-depth interviews and observations, on 4 participants who were selected by purposive sampling, with the criteria (1) being a co-founder of startup that has been established for at least 2 years, (2) when being a co-founder they were still as a college student, (3) millennials generation (born at 1980-2000). The data validity technique was carried out by method triangulation, time triangulation, and member checking. Data analysis was carried out using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. The results show that there are three phases of the millennials startup co-founder resilience dynamics, (1) the initial phase, in the form of self-actualization motivation and the trend of establishing startup; (2) the stress phase, in the form of co-founder task stressors, academic, social, and expectations; (3) the adaptation & awakening phase, in the form of coping mechanisms and support systems. The results of the study can be used as a reference for millennials startup co-founders to build resilience. Further studies by increasing the number of participants, and using more reliable theory, are highly recommended to increase the validity of the findings.

Abstract

This research was driven by the COVID-19 pandemic condition which caused face-to-face learning switched into learning from home or online. This raises various learning problems. To be able to deal with learning problems that arise from online learning, students need resilience. This implies that resilience is an important thing for students to have. The purpose of this study is to describe the resilience of students andexamine the differences between male and female students. The research design used a survey. The sample in this study was junior high school students (JHS) on the island of Java, amounting to 490 people. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and comparative analysis with a support from JASP software. The results showed that female students' resilience was higher than that of male students. The results of hypothesis testing indicates that there is a difference between male students’ resilience and female students’

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan pelatihan flourishing untuk membantu anggota organisasi meningkatkan self compassion. Mahasiswa memiliki kesempatan mengembangkan diri secara akademis dan secara sosial selama belajar di perguruan tinggi. Usia mahasiswa saat belajar di perguruan tinggi biasanya berada pada masa emerging adulthood. Salah satu karakteristiknya ialah identity exploration yang terdiri dari eksplorasi relasi romantis, eksplorasi pekerjaan dan eksplorasi cara pandang akan dunia. Salah satu cara mahasiswa melakukan eksplorasi pekerjaan dengan mengikuti organisasi. Anggota Organisasi Mahasiswa Universitas X Surabaya juga mengalami hal serupa. Saat masa kepengurusan, sedang terjadi pandemi Covid-19 dan mengharuskan seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan secara daring. Hal ini menyebabkan persoalan self compassion karena anggota organisasi memilih pasif, mengisolasi diri dan mengkritik diri berlebihan ketika mengalami kesulitan. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik penelitian quasi experimental, yaitu teknik penelitian dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest posttest design. Pelaksanaan pelatihan selama 2 hari dan 6 sesi melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Hasil analisis uji beda wilcoxon (0.289; p<0.05) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan self compassion antara sebelum dan setelah pemberian pelatihan flourishing, namun perbedaan yang terjadi tidak signifikan. Hal yang menyebabkan kondisi ini ialah interaksi sosial belum berfungsi secara utuh di dalam organisasi dan adanya faktor tahap perkembangan pada usia mahasiswa, sehingga pelatihan flourishing tidak dapat meningkatkan self compassion secara signifikan.
