Abstract

The corona virus which hits Indonesia brings about a great impact on education. The learning system that is usually carried out in a face-to-face interaction changes with an online system. The online learning system which requires children to use gadgets is quite to have a big impact on children's development. The former children’s habit who were not using gadgets began to change for reasons of learning. After learning is complete, children play gadgets. The resulting impact is a decrease in interest and enthusiasm for learning. This must be controlled by parents and teachers to restore students‘ interest and enthusiasm for learning, especially of a school age students. This research was a qualitative research employing interview and observation methods. The research sample was elementary school age children who are in Seputih Banyak District, Central Lampung. The results point out that during the COVID-19 pandemic, children‘s playing habits increased. It is a common situation for school-age children to spend only a few moments studying, but spending a long time playing gadgets. A control from parents is very necessary so that school-age children can use gadgets only in line with their needs.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the education process to be conducted online to avoid face-to-face education patterns. During the pandemic, however, many schools are still failing and experiencing the ineffectiveness of online learning systems. The urgency is that if this condition is not addressed and continues, students may experience a loss of learning, resulting in a lack of enthusiasm to learn at school and, as a result, a decline in cognitive testing results. During the pandemic, learning at the SD Karya Penggawa area, Pesisir Barat Lampung, was less effective, resulting in low student cognitive assessment outcomes. The goal of this study was to assess the need for LKPD development using HOTS-based LKPD Jumping Tasks (High Order Thinking Skills). The method used was a qualitative descriptive research method by conducting a needs analysis. Research data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires. Needs analysis questionnaires were given to teachers and grade 5 students in the Elementary Schools of the Karya Penggawa area. The results of the study revealed that the development of HOTS-based LKPDs needed to be carried out in SD Karya Penggawa areas because students wanted more attractive LKPDs to prevent loss of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Besides, it was also revealed that teachers wanted training on the implementation of LKPD jumping tasks to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah dasar 2) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah dasar 3) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dah lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan korelasi dengan desain penelitian ex post facto. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru di SD Negeri Se-Gugus Melati Kecamatan Metro Pusat, dengan sampel 86 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 1) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan nilai Fhitung = 80,018 > Ftabel 1,46 dengan kontribusi sebesar 48,8% terhadap kinerja guru. 2) terdapat pengaruh positif antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan nilai Fhitung = 87,779 > Ftabel 1,46 dengan kontribusi sebesar 51,1% terhadap kinerja guru. 3) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan nilai Fhitung = 72,052 > Ftabel = 1,46 dengan kontribusi sebesar 62,6% terhadap kinerja guru sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
