Abstract

Learning could be effective and efficient, if the teacher has appropriately learning strategy as well the ability of the students, especially for disable students. So then the teacher’s strategy as teaching PAI is very important. The problem of this research is focused on how the teachers strategy on teaching PAI for disable students of SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh.Moreover, the objective of this research is to figure out the strategy of the teacher on teaching PAI for disable students of SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh. Research design used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Then, the location of this research is SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh. Subjects of this research are a headmaster and 2 PAI teachers. Method of data collection that used in this research is observation, interview and documentary. The instrument used here is a list of interviews and observations. The technique of data analysis is data reduction, data display, and data verification. The result displays 1) strategy of the teacher on teaching PAI in SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh: a) individual groups, b) cooperative, c) behavior modification. 2) Supporting and inhabiting factors on teaching PAI in SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh: a) inhabiting factors are students’ parents have less concern, disability of disable students and learning media. 3) Implementation on teaching PAI strategy in SMPLB-YPPC Banda Aceh: a) lesson plan, b) learning implementation, c) evaluation.

Abstract

This research entitled Implementation of Profit Sharing and Risk in Sharia Banking (Study at Bank Aceh Syariah Branch Meulaboh West Aceh), with the aim of: First, to know the implementation of aqad funding products at Bank Aceh Syari'ah Branch Meulaboh. Second, to know the implementation of financing product aqad at Bank Aceh Syari'ah Branch Meulaboh and Third, to know the obstacle in implementation of profit sharing principle and risk at Bank Aceh Syari'ah Branch Meulaboh. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques such as observation, interview and documentation. While the results of this study indicate that: First, the implementation of aqad funding products at Bank Aceh Syariah Branch Meulaboh done using wadi'ah and Mudharabah principles. Wadi'ah principle with aqad wadi'ah giro product and wadi'ah savings. While the principle of mudharabah using mudharabah savings account and mudharabah deposit. In the calculation of profit sharing only on the principle of mudharabah while in principle wadi'ah only a bonus given to the willingness of the bank. The calculation pattern for the results is by using the revenue sharing principle which means the calculation of the total revenue from the management of funds and the amount of the share of profit sharing depends on the initial agreement. Second, the implementation of aqad of financing products at Bank Aceh Syariah Branch Meulaboh using several contracts such as purchase and purchase agreement, profit sharing contract, lease agreement, contract and guarantee credentials trust. The profit-sharing agreement uses mudaraba and musharaka. In the implementation of financing with this principle is still low compared with other financing principles such as murabaha, this is due to several factors such as the difficulty of finding and obtaining honest customers, good character and high integrity, high risk to be borne by banks, the attitude of people who still consider banking products sharia is the same as conventional banks and the absence of moral standards in financing activities for the results. Third. obstacles in the implementation of profit sharing principles and risks at Bank Aceh Syari'ah Branch Meulaboh such as Human Resources, Sharia Banking Management, Limited Office Network, and still weak government regulations on Sharia Banking.

Abstract

In the era of the demands of scientific and technological development, the development of competence and capacity of santri is a must. Many pesantren have sought to develop productive economic activities. The number of Kopontren in Indonesia for many years is growing. One of the pesantren that began to move independently in economic activities is Pesantren Ummul Ayman Samalanga. There are 14 units of pesantren business that are all incorporated in the container board. The existence of various business units is a means of education in the field of independence, entrepreneurship, sincerity, and sacrifice. To maximize this, it is necessary management of pesantren cooperative management which is effective, efficient, and professional in its management. Therefore, this research would like to study about how management of pesantren cooperative in realizing the independence of Pesantren Ummul Ayman Samalanga. The methodology used in this research is qualitative research. The research process is done in field research (field research). The results showed that the management (Management) Ummul Ayman Pesantren Cooperative consists of: planning (planning) based on Pondok value; organizing (Organizing) organizing; transformative collective leadership; total quality control based centralized centralized finance. As for its implementation, the characteristics of the management encourage the establishment of economic independence of Ummul Ayman Samalanga pesantren.

Abstract

Baitul Mal Aceh presents two different financial statements each year, which are the financial statements of SFAS No. 109 and financial statements according to Government Accounting Standards (SAP). This indicates a problem in the mechanism of disbursement and distribution of zakat funds that have been incorporated into the Original Revenue because it must follow the rules of local finance and equated with other local revenue. As for the financial report Baitul Mal Aceh as a whole has implemented a reporting system in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.109. However, there are still some unsuitable items, such as no amil funds, non-halal funds, no separation of non-existent funds and no reports of changes in assets under management. This should be a serious concern because with the presentation of the correct financial statements, the muzakki belief in the image of Baitul Mal Aceh will be built so as to increase the accumulation of zakat funds.

Abstract

Today's problems are the lack of study and enthusiasm of millennial teachers to implement the lead by example of the Prophet Muhammad as stated in Al-Qur'an Al-Ahzab verse 21. Even though the Prophet was a figure of uswatun hasanah as a human guided to be used as a reference for millennial educators in implementing the value of education in his life. The purpose of this study was to find out the value of education in Al-Qur'an Al-Ahzab verse 21 and to find out how to implement based on Al-Qur'an surah al-ahzab verse 21 for millennial educators. The method of data collection is a literature study of Al-Qur'an verses with a library research approach. The conclusions in this discussion are several ways that millennial teachers can implement the values through Surat al-Ahzab verse 21, among others: the implementation of the sidiq character of the messenger in the real context of being honest with oneself which begins with small things to the big, implementation of the nature of trust by practicing the values ​​of the teacher educating with all his heart, Implementation of the nature of tabligh by conveying the truth even though it is bitter, the implementation of fathanah by learning to hone his skills, develop his education so motivated students, improve quality comprehensive education and improving language skills so that students follow in the footsteps of their teachers.

Abstract

A teacher should have a method of learning, so that students are able to learn with fun and has a passion for learning and results. Provide reward and punishment is a way in education to motivate students in the learning process. Focus problem in this research is how the application of reward and punishment in learning the Quran-Hadith in elementary school Muara alam sub-district Pidie district? As for the purpose of this research is to know the application of reward and punishment in learning the Quran-Hadith in elementary school Muara Tiga sub-district Pidie district. As for the place of this research is SDN 1 Curee, SDN 2 Curee, SDN Suka Jaya Kecamatan Muara Tiga. The subject of the study amounted to 6 people: 3 principal and 3 master class. Data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation, the instruments used are passing a list of interviews and obeservasi. Technique of data analysis is the reduction of data, display data, and verify the data. As for the results of the research; Application of reward in elementary school Muara Tiga sub-district in the form of gestures, praise, trust, deeds, gifts or even appreciation. As for the punishment in the form of a reprimand, facial appeared irritated, or disregard, clean-up, memorizing the short letter, and Hadith. Positive impact the application of reward and punishment; increase the motivation, the liveliness of students, became the catalyst for the other, students are thrilled. As for the negative impact; the lack of sincere, cause-effect, be apathy. Some of the liveliness of the students after the application of reward and punishment: 1) increase attention to students, 2) increase learning beliefs, 3) increases the satisfaction study, 4) increase the determination of his deeds.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kualitas guru yang mengajar di depan kelas dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, Seorang guru yang professional dituntut untuk mampu mengelola proses pembelajaran, penguasaan materi, penggunaan metode dan alat peraga yang tepat serta memotivasi siswa untuk belajar sehingga dapat tercipta kondisi belajar yang efektif efesien. Rendahnya pemahaman siswa pada konsep listrik dinamis terlihat dari ketidakmampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tes awal. Adapun hasil tes awal ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 31 orang siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Konsep Listrik dinamis pada siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Darul Makmur, Nagan Raya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Data dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil tes, observasi, Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya yang berjumlah 31 orang siswa dengan berbagai tingkat kemampuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif model jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep listrik dinamis. Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar yaitu dari 0% sebelum pembelajaran berlangsung, menjadi 55 % pada siklus I, dan 93.54 % pada siklus II. Sedangkan perolehan nilai rata-rata yaitu 29 pada pra siklus menjadi 73 pada siklus I dan 84 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif model jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep listrik dinamis pada siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Darul Makmur.

Abstract

Kelemahan dalam memberikan informasi kepada siswa seringkali terjadi pada saat pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dengan demikian dalam merancang dan menyusun pengajaran melibatkan banyak pertimbangan, tidak hanya apa yang akan dipelajari siswa, tetapi juga bagaimana siswa menggunakan apa yang dipelajari serta kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran.Rendahnya pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika terutama dalam materi membaca permmateri mengenal nilai mauta uang, ini terlihat dari ketidak mampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tes awal pada soal latihanmengenal nilai mata uang . Adapun hasil tes awal ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 3 orang siswa kelas IV Tunagrahita ringan SDLB Negeri Banda aceh telah terungkap bahwa hasil dari tes awal diperoleh skor nilai ketuntasan keseluruhan 33,33 % yang dikatagorikan sangat kurang dengan nilai rata-rata kelas dicapai adalah 57. Dari keseluruhan siswa hanya 1 orang siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM minimum yang ditentukan, yaitu 70. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nilai mata uang melalui metode simulasi berbelanja di kantin sekolah pada anak tunagrahita ringan kelas IV SDLB Negeri Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). yang terdiri atas 2 siklus dengan tahapan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, melakukan tindakan, observasi serta refleksi. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil tes, observasi,. Dari hasil analsis diperoleh data bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDLB Negeri Banda Aceh berjumlah 3 orang siswa dengan berbagai tingkat kemampuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan metoda berbelanja di kanti sekolah Dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nilai mata uang. Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar yaitu dari 33,33 % sebelum pembelajaran berlangsung, menjadi 66,67 % pada siklus I, dan 100 % pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metoda simulasi berbelanja di kantin sekolah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal uang pada siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas IV SDLB Negeri Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Isi Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pada anak tunagrahita ringan kelas II SDLB Negeri Bambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Data dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan hasil tes,observasi, dan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II Tunagrahita ringan SBLB Negeri Bambi yang berjumlah empat orang yang terdiri dari satu siswa perempuan (RA) dan tiga siswa laki-laki ( T.RF, AF, SAF). Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam dua siklus, pada pembelajaran siklus pertama menunjukkan hasil dua siswa sudah memperoleh nilai diatas KKM atau sudah tuntas sedangkan nilai dua siswa lagi masih dibawah KKM atau belum tuntas,sehingga dilanjutkan ke siklus kedua dan hasil yang diperoleh keempat siswa sudah memenuhi nilai KKM. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media kartu gambar dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak tunagrahita ringan.

Abstract

Islam regulates the resolution of nusyuz (disobedience) for husbands and wives in the Qur'an Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 and an-Nisa’ verse 128. Within the Islamic law, the resolution of nusyuz does not promote any violence against wives. Beatings to wives as stated in Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 should be interpreted as actions to give lessons. However, some cases of domestic violence, relate to the understanding of nusyuz developed within the community. People generally understand nusyuz as an act of a wife's disobedience towards her husband. This inaccurate understanding of nusyuz may lead to domestic violence by the husband, under the pretext of a disobedient wife, while most often it is the husband who is disobedient. In this present study, the field research approach was used. The data collection techniques included interviews and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the qualitative descriptive analysis by interpreting and describing the data. The results of the study revealed that there were three groups of people that understood the concept of nusyuz differently at Ingin Jaya Subdistrict of Aceh Besar District. The first group perceived that nusyuz could be present both in the wife and in the husband. The second group argued that the nusyuz attitude only existed within the wife, whereas the third group had no idea of the concept of nusyuz at all even though they might have done it. The public understanding of nusyuz is very likely obtained from their educational background. Those studying in Islamic boarding schools have had more knowledge of religion and vice versa. Here, most of the interviewees stated that the concept of nusyuz was closely related to domestic violence because public perception had been highly influenced by Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 concerning the beating of a nusyuz wife. This perception has then given the husband a valid reason to physically beat the wife who has been considered nusyuz. Thus, it is difficult to separate the Islamic doctrine that has long developed within the lives of today’s Muslim communities.
