Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence credit growth in government banks and private banks consisting of NPL, CAR and BOPO. The sample for this research was 7 government banks and 26 private banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2014-2023. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis and chow test. The results of the study show that NPLs have a significant negative influence on credit growth in both types of banks, with a stronger influence on government banks. CAR has a positive effect on credit growth at private banks, but does not have a significant effect at government banks. Meanwhile, BOPO has no effect on credit growth in both types of banks. This difference reflects different risk management strategies and credit policies between government and private banks, where government banks tend to be more conservative in credit expansion when NPLs increase, supported by the government's significant role in supporting capital stability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Muslim-friendly cafes on customer satisfaction using the BDI (Belief, Desire, Intention) model framework. The main focus is on how the concept of ridha (spiritual satisfaction) can be measured by customers visiting these cafes. A survey was conducted with 161 middle-class Muslim respondents in South Sulawesi using a Likert scale, and data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. Results show that belief, desire, and intention significantly influence the decision to visit. Key factors enhancing satisfaction include halal product quality, good service, and a comfortable Islamic atmosphere. Worship facilities, like prayer rooms, also add value. Muslim-friendly cafes attract both Muslim and non-Muslim customers interested in quality. Religious and cultural factors play a crucial role in shaping Muslim consumer behavior. Marketing strategies incorporating BDI elements and spiritual satisfaction can boost visits and customer loyalty.

In hifzh ad-din, the implementation of CWLS has received a statement of sharia conformity by the DSN MUI. At hifzh an-nafs, CWLS investment proceeds have been allocated to hospitals which have served thousands of people to recover from their illnesses. At hifzh al-aql, one of the CWLS investment return fund allocations was given to the educational project funding program, so that it has facilitated many students to obtain knowledge and education. In the hifzh an-nasl concept, indirectly the implementation of CWLS has been allocated for long-term social and infrastructure projects so that the benefits can be felt by the next generation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control with seven intrinsic factors that support the three variables, namely attractiveness, belief, parental support, peer support, family cultural background, self-desire, and self-confidence on students' intention in purchasing ecologically friendly products. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire that contains a 5-point Likert scale. The research sample consists of 74 students from Universitas Darussalam Gontor Mantingan Campus 2. The data processing technique in this study was carried out using E-Views 12 software and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that based on the analysis of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) regarding students' intention in purchasing ecologically friendly products, there is a significant simultaneous effect. Partially, the six intrinsic factors, namely attractiveness, belief, parental support, peer support, family cultural background, and self-desire does not significantly influence the intention in purchasing ecologically friendly products. On the other hand, only self-confidence as an intrinsic factor of perceived behavioral control significantly influences the intention in purchasing ecologically friendly products.

Abstract

This study explores the perceptions and attitudes of the Millennial generation toward cash waqf donations in Malang Raya, Indonesia. As a contemporary Islamic philanthropic instrument, cash waqf holds significant potential for economic empowerment and social development. However, its utilization among younger generations remains relatively underexplored. Using a mixed-method approach, this research combines quantitative survey data from 136 millennial respondents with qualitative insights gathered through in-depth interviews. The findings reveal a moderate level of awareness and understanding of cash waqf among Millennials, with digital accessibility, religious motivation, and perceived social impact serving as key influencing factors in their willingness to donate. Furthermore, trust in waqf institutions and the transparency of fund management emerged as critical components shaping their engagement. This study provides valuable insights for waqf institutions, policymakers, and Islamic financial developers to design targeted strategies that resonate with the values and digital behavior of the Millennial demographic.
