Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kompetensi aparat pengelola dana desa, kepemimpinan kepala desa, partisipasi masyarakat dan aksebilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan saintific. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah aparatur desa, BPD dan tokoh masyarakat yang terkait pengelolla dana desa di kecamatan Barombong kabupaten Gowa yang menerima pagu dana desa diatas Rp.1 Miliar, yaitu desa Kanjilo dan desa Tamanyeleng. Total populasi adalah 55 orang terdiri dari 27 orang aparatur desa, 18 BPD dan 10 orang tokoh masyarakat. Adapun teknik sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, jadi jumlah responden sebanyak 55 orang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi aparat pengelola dana desa, kepemimpinan kepala desa, partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Sedangkan aksebilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence credit growth in government banks and private banks consisting of NPL, CAR and BOPO. The sample for this research was 7 government banks and 26 private banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2014-2023. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis and chow test. The results of the study show that NPLs have a significant negative influence on credit growth in both types of banks, with a stronger influence on government banks. CAR has a positive effect on credit growth at private banks, but does not have a significant effect at government banks. Meanwhile, BOPO has no effect on credit growth in both types of banks. This difference reflects different risk management strategies and credit policies between government and private banks, where government banks tend to be more conservative in credit expansion when NPLs increase, supported by the government's significant role in supporting capital stability.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of Individual Characteristics and utilization Technologyon performance of employees at the branch offices of PT Indonesia Port IV (Persro),Makassar. The Data Collection Uses Primary data that obtained from the questionnaire. Thepopulation was employees of the branch office port of Indonesia IV PT. (Persero) Makassartotalling 164 employees, whereas samples taken just 62 people respondents. The analysisused in hypothesis testing is Statistical package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version ofIBM SPSS Statistics, 22.0.Results of this research, the individual characteristics of the partially is positive and significanteffect on performance of employees, technology utilization is positive and significant effect onperformance of employees, individual characteristics are dominant variables that have apositive and significant effect on performance of employees

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadapkeluasan pelanggan Grab-Bike (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa STIEM Bongaya Makassar).Pengumpulan data kuantitatif deskriptif yang menjabarkan data yang diperoleh denganmenggunakan analisis untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan Grab-bike (studi pada Masiswa Stiem Bongaya Makassar). Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah mahasiswa konsumen Grab di Stiem Bongaya Makassar angkatan 2014jurusan Manajeman dan Akuntansi yang berjumlah 1.251 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil melalui teknik pendistribusian kuesioner adalah Accidental Sampling (SamplingKebetulan) yaitu metode pengambilan sampel dengan memilih siapa yang kebetulanada/dijumpai. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah di uji menggunakan metode uji validitas,reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasiluji t Variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki arah positif dan nilai t hitung. Hal ini menunjukkanbahwa nilai signifikasi lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi dan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel, maka hipotesis diterima. Artinya Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikanterhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab-Bike

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsibilitas pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Penelitian ini di lakukan pada SMK Negeri 4 Takalar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan peneliti kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 responden (guru). Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian atau 33 responden (guru). Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dan telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis datanya analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program statistical package for social sciens (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsibilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan secara parsial transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsibilitas pengelolaan keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the development of research on the influence of halal awareness on purchasing decisions for halal products in Indonesia. The method used is meta-analysis by reviewing 9 studies published in 2018-2023 with the help of the OpenMEE application. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence from halal awareness on purchase decisions with a p-value obtained of 0.002 and an estimated value of 0.404, which indicates that the strength of the relationship is in the weak category. It was also found that the most significant average effect size was in the halal cosmetics subgroups with a fairly high estimated value so that it was concluded that halal consumer awareness was more visible in the halal cosmetic industry type.

Abstract

Amidst the rampant development of conventional fintech technology, Islamic fintech has emerged as an innovation combining Islamic finance principles with technological advancements. Islamic fintech is a financial solution that enables Muslims to conduct their daily economic activities following Sharia law, which prohibits usury (interest) and transactions that are not in line with principles of justice. This initiative is carried out to increase public interest in using Islamic fintech by educating communities affected by disasters in Huntap Duyu. The process involves stages of preparation, observation, discussion for activity determination, activity implementation, and evaluation. The activity results show positive outcomes in enhancing the community's understanding of Islamic fintech.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan laba mencerminkan kemampuan bank dalam menghasilkan pendapatan bersih dari operasionalnya, setelah menanggung sejumlah biaya. Pertumbuhan yang konsisten menunjukkan stabilitas keuangan. Analisis laba membantu mengevaluasi sejauh mana bank berhasil mengoptimalkan margin bunga bersih, pendapatan non-bunga, serta pengelolaan biaya operasional dan menginformasikan keputusan kredit dan investasi Kepercayaan investor dan kreditur. Laba yang tumbuh positif meningkatkan kepercayaan investor, mendukung harga saham dan akses ke modal. Kreditur melihat laba untuk menilai kemampuan dalam memenuhi kewajibannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan Tingkat inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada bank umum swasta nasional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021-2023. Sebanyak 14 bank umum swasta nasional yang laporan keuangannya digunakan dengan 3 (tiga) tahun pengamatan sehingga diperoleh 42 unit analisis data (total sampling technique). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi data panel, dengan menggunakan software Eviews 13. Hasil studi ini memberikan bukti bahwa loan to deposit ratio (LDR) dan inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada bank umum swasta nasional. Kondisi ini menunjukkan jika terjadi kombinasi antara inflasi dan LDR yang rendah, sehingga bank bisa fokus pada efisiensi dan inovasi produk tanpa perlu penyesuaian kebijakan risiko yang ekstensif (menciptakan lingkungan operasional yang lebih predictable), selain itu risiko likuiditas dan risiko pembayaran lebih mudah dikendalikan, yang mengakibatkan manajemen risiko dapat mengalokasikan sumber daya untuk pertumbuhan berkelanjutan (manajemen risiko lebih efisien).

Additionally, it emphasizes the significance of data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics in optimizing digital marketing strategies, enabling businesses to deliver personalized experiences and drive engagement across multiple channels. Key findings include the transformative implications of platform-based business models for various stakeholders, the importance of user-centric design principles in enhancing customer experiences, and the challenges posed by regulatory compliance and technological integration. Abstract

This study aims to explore the intricate relationships between financial innovation, human resource (HR) strategies, and marketing management, and how their integration drives organizational success, particularly in terms of profitability and business attraction. Utilizing a systematic literature review, the research synthesizes findings from various academic sources to provide a balanced and comprehensive understanding of these interdependencies. The methodology focuses on analyzing the existing literature to identify the conditions under which financial innovation, HR strategies, and marketing management can be most effectively integrated. The results indicate that financial innovations such as fintech and blockchain significantly enhance organizational profitability when aligned with strategic HR practices and customer-centric marketing approaches. The study further reveals that the successful implementation of these innovations requires substantial investments in employee training and adaptive marketing strategies that resonate with consumer needs. The findings underscore the importance of adopting a holistic approach, where financial innovation, HR, and marketing are treated as interconnected components of a unified business strategy. This integration not only enhances competitiveness but also positions organizations to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving business environment. The study offers valuable theoretical and managerial implications, providing a framework for future research and practical guidance for business leaders and policymakers on leveraging these domains for sustainable growth.
