This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

In this study, the author will analyze the influence of Occupational Safety Culture on employee performance and job satisfaction through a quantitative approach using interview methods and content analysis. This study focuses on the relationship between manpower, work methods, behavior, competence, and work safety programs. Through in-depth analysis of data, interviews, and field observations on employees of PT. Halmahera Persada in South Halmahera. Data collection techniques by filling out questionnaires by sample respondents of 60 employees taken from a population of 623 employees. Furthermore, answers through closed questions by choosing one of the appropriate answers according to respondents on a rating scale of one (strongly disagree), two (disagree), three (neutral), four (agree), and five (strongly agree). The results prove that there is a direct influence of occupational safety and health, work environment, and competence on employee job satisfaction and performance, and there is an indirect influence of occupational safety and health through positive job satisfaction significantly on employee performance but does not have an impact on employee performance, because the value of the influence is smaller than the direct influence.

Abstract

This study explores the optimization of education and training programs to enhance auditor performance within Itwasum Polri. Auditors play a critical role in ensuring accountability and effectiveness within organizational operations. However, gaps in skills and knowledge can impede their performance. This research aims to identify the effectiveness of current education and training methods and propose strategies for improvement. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, the study evaluates training outcomes and their impact on auditor performance. The findings reveal significant improvements in auditor efficiency and accuracy following targeted training interventions. The study concludes that a tailored education and training framework can substantially elevate the performance of auditors, ensuring better organizational outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of budget allocation and budget realization on the performance of the Inspectorate of General Supervision (Itwasum) of the Indonesian National Police (Polri). The background of this study is the importance of effective budget management in supporting the optimization of supervision tasks within Polri. The objective is to analyze the relationship between budget allocation, budget realization, and Itwasum Polri’s performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected from financial reports and performance reports of Itwasum Polri over a specific period. The results reveal that budget allocation significantly and positively affects Itwasum Polri’s performance, while budget realization also has a positive impact, albeit with lower significance. In conclusion, well-planned and well-executed budget management contributes to improving Itwasum Polri’s performance.

Abstract

Leadership, Loyalty and Civic Engagement in the Golkar Party DPP is a shared commitment to realizing democracy in political parties. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze leadership styles and loyalty in strengthening civic engagement using qualitative research. The data collection technique involves conducting interviews with informants who have been selected based on their direct relationship with the Golkar Party DPP. The results of this research are that Leadership in political parties certainly has a dynamic process of selecting the general chairman, especially the Golkar Party DPP, where there is a direct election process by central, provincial and city/district level administrators. Issues related to loyalty will definitely be an internal discussion, where the chairman and administrators must have loyalty to continue fighting for the political and democratic process in this country. Moreover, it is associated with civic engagement (Civic Engagement) which has become a culture within the Golkar Party.

Abstract

Work safety culture has become very important for companies to implement. With a good safety culture, the company will have a lower rate of workplace accidents, higher operational efficiency, and greater trust from employees and stakeholders. Building a strong safety culture is not easy; many challenges and obstacles occur in the field. This study aims to conduct a literature review of previous research on safety culture to identify the factors that influence the development of a good safety culture in companies. The research method used is qualitative research with content analysis techniques on 17 research papers with the keyword "safety culture" downloaded from Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. The research results identified fifteen factors that influence safety culture, namely management commitment, training, rules and procedures, behavior, leadership, beliefs and perceptions, attitudes, worker competence, communication, work environment, values and norms, resource allocation, worker knowledge, rewards and motivation, and worker involvement.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship and impact of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of members at Ditpamobvit Korsabhara Baharkam Polri. A total of 100 members were sampled, and the data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, followed by multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that compensation, motivation, and work discipline significantly enhance member performance. This was confirmed through t-tests for each independent variable: the compensation variable showed tcount > ttable ? (5.510 > 1.660) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of H0 in favor of Ha, indicating a positive effect. Similarly, for motivation, tcounttcount? was 4.290 > 1.660 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, resulting in H0 rejection and Ha acceptance. Work discipline also demonstrated a significant effect with tcount = 4.826 > 1.660, tcount ?= 4.826 > 1.660 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, F-test revealed that together, these variables have a significant influence on performance with Fcount = 156.427 > Ftable =2.70 Fcount ?=156.427 > Ftable ?= 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming a positive collective impact on member performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Bhagasasi Bekasi Regional Public Company. The method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees working at the company. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the direct influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The results of this research indicate that both leadership style and motivation significantly influence employee performance at the Bhagasasi Bekasi Regional Public Company. This research contributes to the development of human resource management theory, especially in improving employee performance in the public sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic microfinance on the economicgrowth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food court at the Universityof Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UMJ). The research method used is a qualitative approach withdata collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis.The results of the study indicate that Islamic microfinance provides a significant contributionto the economic growth of MSMEs by increasing capital accessibility, strengthening financialmanagement, and encouraging business innovation. This study concludes that Islamicmicrofinance is an effective instrument to support the development of MSMEs in highereducation environments

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of supervisor support and work balance on employees' personal lives at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Makassar Syariah Branch Office. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank BTN Syariah Makassar, with saturated sampling technique involving the entire population of 51 people. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents and analyzed using statistical tests. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between supervisor support and employees' personal lives, which means that the higher the support provided by the supervisor, the better the employees' personal lives. In addition, work balance also has a significant effect on employees' personal lives, indicating that a balance between work and personal life can improve employees' overall well-being. Thus, company management is advised to increase support to employees and create policies that support work balance in order to improve the quality of personal life and overall employee performance.

Abstract

Participative leadership has an important role in improving employee motivation and performance, especially in government organizations. This study aims to analyze the effect of participative leadership on employee motivation and performance at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Wakatobi Regency. In addition, this study also examines whether motivation acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between participative leadership and employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of Bappeda Wakatobi Regency and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and mediation analysis. The results showed that participative leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. In addition, participative leadership also has a direct effect on employee performance. Employee motivation is proven to have a mediating role in the relationship between participative leadership and employee performance. This finding indicates that effective implementation of participative leadership can increase employee motivation, which in turn contributes to improving their performance. Therefore, government organizations need to implement more participative leadership strategies to create a more collaborative and productive work environment.
