Abstract

This was motivated by the existence of a pandemic situation which resulted in most of the economic activities being halted and had an impact on all sectors including daring transportation. Profit levels can be maintained if the company can design a marketing strategy and implement security as an important factor in choosing online transportation services. This study aims to see whether marketing and security strategies affect the decision to use Go-ride during Covid-19. This study uses a quantitative method with a total of 159 respondents with Go-ride user criteria, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of the study show that marketing has a positive and significant effect on usage decisions, security has a positive effect on usage decisions, marketing strategy and security simultaneously influence the decision to use

Abstract

The use of QRIS has increased, but it differs from the 3T areas in Indonesia. One of the 3T areas is Majene Regency, located in West Sulawesi Province. Therefore, this Community Service activity (PKM) aims to assist in making financial reports and digital-based payments. The partner in this PKM activity is the Kasippi Mitra Sejahtera Cake Shop. Making a QRIS account in this activity uses the Bank Mandiri Livin'usaha application. For assistance in making financial reports using the Buku Warung application. The PAR (Participatory Action Research) method approach is the type of method used in this PKM activity. This activity consists of the problem identification stage, the preparation stage, the program implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results obtained in this PKM activity are that Digital Payments using QRIS make it easy for the public to make transactions. The results of this PKM also provide knowledge about making digital financial reports. Therefore, this assistance activity for creating financial statements and digital-based payments can positively impact partners, namely implementing digital costs on their businesses and recording and making simple financial reports using an application. This aims to make partners better at managing their business.

Abstract

Mitra pada kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah UMKM Donat’Qu yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi mitra PKM terdiri yakni keterbatasan alat produksi dalam menghasilkan produksi donat atau roti dan waktu yang kurang efisien dalam proses proofing saat adonan sudah dibentuk. Selanjutnya, mitra masih melakukan pencatatan secara manual untuk transaksi keuangan dan minimnya informasi tentang pelatihan UMKM digital. Masalah selanjutnya yaitu mitra belum memilki HKI Legalitas merek dagang. Adapun solusi yang diberikan dari permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu memberikan bantuan alat berupa mixer dan proofer, yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK untuk melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan dan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan menggunakan aplikasi Digitalent mengikuti pelatihan UMKM digital,memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan HKI Legalitas Merek Dagang menggunakan Aplikasi DJKI. Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah memberikan solusi kepada mitra untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah sosialisasi,pelatihan,pendampingan, penerapan teknologi, dan evaluasi keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of visionary leadership on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of the Gowa Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 39 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation and distributing questionnaires. The data sources used in data collection are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that visionary leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of Gowa Regency. This shows that the more effective the application of visionary leadership, the better employee performance will be.

Abstract

The aim of this research is a) to determine the effect of workload on employee burnout at Indonesian Heritage Halls, and b) to find out whether family support can moderate by weakening or strengthening the influence of workload on employee burnout at Indonesian Heritage Halls. The type of research used in this research is quantitative using the SPSS 27 program data analysis method. The sample used in this research is 64 respondents who are employees of the Indonesian Heritage Center. The data analysis used is classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results of this research show that based on the results of data analysis, t test results and MRA test results, it was found that the workload variable had a positive and significant effect on burnout at Indonesian Heritage Centers. Meanwhile, the family support variable was unable to moderate and strengthen the influence of workload on burnout at Indonesian Heritage Centers.

Abstract

Participative leadership has an important role in improving employee motivation and performance, especially in government organizations. This study aims to analyze the effect of participative leadership on employee motivation and performance at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Wakatobi Regency. In addition, this study also examines whether motivation acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between participative leadership and employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of Bappeda Wakatobi Regency and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and mediation analysis. The results showed that participative leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. In addition, participative leadership also has a direct effect on employee performance. Employee motivation is proven to have a mediating role in the relationship between participative leadership and employee performance. This finding indicates that effective implementation of participative leadership can increase employee motivation, which in turn contributes to improving their performance. Therefore, government organizations need to implement more participative leadership strategies to create a more collaborative and productive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Gowa Regency. Motivation and job satisfaction are crucial factors in enhancing employee productivity, which ultimately affects the effectiveness of public services. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 65 employees as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, job satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, increasing motivation and job satisfaction can enhance employee performance in providing administrative population services. These findings highlight the need for organizational strategies to improve employee welfare, create a conducive work environment, and provide appropriate rewards and incentives to boost employee motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Distributif Terhadap Pemberdayaan Karyawan Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 66 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah obeservasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode skala likert dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik melalui aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan dengan nilai Kefisien determinasi sebesar 0,421 dan nilai R square sebesar 0,430.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Distributif, Pemberdayaan Pegawai
