This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

PT. Dian Ciptamas Agung is a company engaged in the shipping industry as a provider of freight services by using the vessel and barge tugboat. Based on the data on the existing problems discussing the work accident on the vessel owned by PT. Dian Ciptamas Agung and the efforts made by the company in minimizing the work accident that occurred. The purpose of this research is to know the sources of work accidents that occur in order to improve the safety of work on vessels owned by PT. The great. The research was conducted by processing the data from investigative reports, the year of events news from 2018-2019 period. This shipping company needs to pay attention to the things that cause a work accident on the vessel so it can be done and pay attention to things that drive the crew to more discipline in working on the vessel

Abstract

One of the indicators of economic growth in a country is that the income in a country has increased. Economic growth can be calculated from real national income. Economic Growth Medan City is one of the cities that has a fairly high level of economic growth. So this study aims to analyze the determinants of investment, interest rates, labor on economic growth in the city of Medan. The results obtained from this study are (1) the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Medan City is positively related to all explanatory variables, namely the Medan City workforce and Medan City's Gross Regional Domestic Product last year (PDRBt-1). All signs of the alleged parameters are in line with expectations, the variable that has a significant effect is the Regional Domestic Product of Medan City last year. The estimation results show that an increase in the number of Medan City workers by 10 units will encourage an increase in Gross Regional Domestic Product by 99 units per year, (2) Medan City Household Consumption is positively related to all explanatory variables namely Consumer Price Index, Gross Regional Domestic Product Medan City, Export Value and Household Consumption of Medan City last year (PRKTt-1). All signs of the estimated parameters are in line with expectations, the variables that have a significant effect are the Consumer Price Index and the Regional Domestic Product of Medan City. The estimation results show that if the Medan City Consumer Price Index is increased by 10 units, it will encourage Medan City Household Consumption by 10 units.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the direct impact of leadership style, competence, organizational culture on the employee performance of the Regional IV Office of BKN Makassar and the indirect effect through work motivation and job satisfaction. Using the slovin formula, the number of samples obtained was 90 people. To facilitate the research, observations, questionnaires and documentation were carried out. The data analysis technique used PLS analysis through the outer model, inner model, goodness of fit evaluation, hypothesis testing, and Sobel test. The study results obtained empirical findings that leadership style, competence can significantly affect the improvement of employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture had no noticeable impact. The mediation test results showed that the effects of leadership style and competency on employee performance through work motivation was considerable, whereas organizational culture through motivation was not. Leadership style, competence, and organizational culture through job satisfaction all have a significant impact.

Abstract

Employee Performance relate to work motivation that exists in a person becomes a frame of reference in realizing a behavior directed at personal goals. In conclusion, In improving the employee performace and also employee commitment, a good organization should look at the level of job satisfaction of employees. From 17 articles on this mini review, we can find fact that employee performace have psotive correlation with job satisfaction. Such as High-performance work system has a significant positive effection employee creativity and employee performance, and employee creativity also has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Also we can look from the employee themselves, employees who are able to learn the position and meaning of a brand through their well-informed manager are in a better position to develop their own performance and ability, and related to company, it will give them possibility to have strong relationship to a brand, as well as to provide exceptional service to customers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and motivation on performance employee at PT. KPP, with a population 77 people are all employees of PT. KPP. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling and the form of the sampling technique is the saturated sampling technique. Multiple linear regressions as the data analysis technique used. There is a significant influence between organizational culture and motivation but organizational commitment does not partially significantly affect the performance of employees of PT. KPP, finding the results of organizational culture, organizational commitment and motivation simultaneously have to effect on the performance of employees PT. KPP

Abstract

The research intention was to investigate further relates to the impact caused by Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) to Return on Assets (ROA) in Manufacturing Companies in the Multi-Industrial Sector which registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015 -2019. This research were used a descriptive verification method and secondary data to be processed. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with total sample of 9 companies. Research approach which applied here was multiple regression analysis method. And it has the result which indicate that the role of CR, DER, and TATO on ROA was simultaneously significant of 34.4%. However, there has partially impact which only occured on CR and TATO to ROA.

Abstract

The purposei of this studyi was to determine and analyze the influencei of leadershipi and organizationali commitment on worki discipline as well as the influence of leadership, organizational commitmenti and work disciplinei on employeei performance. This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires containing respondents' opinions about employee performance from the perspective of leadership, organizational commitment, and work discipline in one of the routes handled by the company. The sampling method used was convenience sampling. Of the population of 50 taken, all of them become the sample of this study. The analytical method used is SEM PLS using SmartPLS 3.2 software. The results of this study indicate that leadership has no effect on work discipline and employee performance, nor does it have an indirect effect on employee performance through work discipline. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on work discipline and employee performance, and has an indirect effect on employee performance which is partially mediated by work discipline. Likewise, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on attitude toward using and the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on purchase intentions and the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on purchase intentions through attitude toward using. The population in this study are internet users who have done online shopping but have never made an online purchase transaction on Instagram and are domiciled in the Jakarta area. The number of samples used is based on the number of indicators at an error rate of 5%, which is 150. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire and then analyzed the data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on attitude toward using, perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on attitude toward using, perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions, perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, attitude toward using had a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions and attitude toward using fully mediating between perceived of ease use and partially mediating between perceived usefulness on purchase intentions the Instagram Shop’s features on Social Media Instagram.

Abstract

Using inappropriate criteria in contractor’s selection can lead to the failure of a construction project. This study aims to provide an optimal solution for contractor selection using multi-criteria. The criteria were obtained from previous research and concluded in the Focus Group Discussion. The analytical method used is Fuzzy-AHP, involving 14 experts who are registered contractors in the Company who have good performance and the contractor selection process involves a Tender Committee consisting of 5 appointed employees. The conclusion of this study shows that the criteria and weights that can be used for contractor selection are 35% bid, 22% technical ability, 13% financial ability, 11% reputation, 10% management ability and the last safety management with a weight of 9%. Each criterion has sub-criteria indicators with a total of 41 sub-criteria. Result of the consistency ratio below 10%. The conclusion contractor selection analysis using multi-criteria can screen the best contractor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on teacher performance with work commitment as an intervening variable at SMK Bina Pendidikan 3 Bogor. This research uses smartPLS version 3.0 software. with the existing analysis method that is explanatory, based on the initial hypothesis that this research consists of four variables, namely, leadership, motivation, commitment and teacher performance. From the results of research with the t hypothesis, the results of this study are work commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has no effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on work commitment, and motivation has a positive effect and significant to the work committee,
