This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Influance of leadership style, organizational climate and motivation on the performance of lecturers at Batanghari University, Jambi. The research to porpose (1) to know leadership stile, organizational climate, motivation and performance of lecturer at Batanghari University (2) to anlysis influance of leadership stile to performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (3) to analysis influance of organizational climate to performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (4) to analysis influance of motivation to performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (5) to influance of leadership style, organizational climate and motivation on the performance of lecturers at Batanghari University, Jambi. This research used survey methode with porposive sampling in 5 fakulty, with sample amounth 40 respondent. the relationship of each independent variable with the dependent variable, either individually or collectively, and makes predictions for the dependent variable on each independent variable. From the equation, it can be seen that if the leadership style can be more effective by one unit, the lecturer performance will inprove by 0.453; Likewise with the organizational climate, if the organizational climate is better by one unit, the lecturer's performance will inprove by 0.494, something that is not much different from motivation, namely if the motivation is inprove by one unit, the performance will inprovee by 0.010. This means that leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have a positive influance to lecturer performance. Therefore, it is expected that these three components (X1, X2 and X3) can be optimally priority to improved. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the value of F count is bigger than , F table. (Fcount > F table ) or sig F <0.05, this means that simultaneously, leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have significant effect on lecturer performance at University of Batanghari Jambi.

Abstract

The number of Internet Users is increasing and the competitors of Online Business are making Online Shopping business tight, but the increase in Internet users is not in line with the increase in Online Shopping users. Data obtained from the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers (APJII, 2020), the reason why Internet users never change their goods or services online 6.7% is worried that the goods will not arrive. And data from the National Consumer Protection Agency (BPKN) for 2018-2020 there were complaints with problems regarding phishing and accounts via OTP. Tokopedia is an E-marketplace Platform that carries Online Purchase of Goods, with Tokopedia, consumers can easily fulfill their daily needs. The development of Tokopedia is very convincing that many consumers are making products. The more consumers who make repeated purchases, the more growth will be. However, there will be repeated every consumer who feels loyal to what is offered and has a customer. Loyalty must have several components because Loyalty is built on the basis of several components. So that this research discusses the Perceived Value and Trust in Satisfaction and its impact on Consumer Loyalty. This study refers to previous research as a conceptual basis. The research sample was taken from 256 respondents who were taken from the Tokopedia application using Google Docs in the form of a questionnaire survey. From the results of this study, consumer loyalty is very hampered by the Perceived Value, trust and satisfaction as a mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of training management for employees and agents as well as a training roadmap model and human resource development in increasing competitive advantage in Local Life Insurance. The paradigm in the implementation of this research uses a qualitative phenomenological paradigm as a reference, pattern and framework that starts from empirical generalizations or empirical generalizations on the growth and development of social reality. ThisXresearchxuses qualitativexmethods with thextype ofXcaseXstudy research. Primary data were obtained from information and factual experiences of informants using structured interviews through In-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The results of the study found that this local life insurance company did not yet have training management and employee development. HRD is not able to formulate employee development patterns. This company needs to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the occurrence of a vacancy in the management system for employee training and development. The results of the study also show management's neglect when there is a vacancy of the people development function by the company's HRD. Abstract

This research has purposed to revealed the influences of organizational culture, quality of work life and employee organizational commitment towards employee performance at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Hospital. The survey type which conducted in this research where all the data obtained would be analyzed through path analysis after all these variables were put into correlation matrix. In this research, the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Hospital workers will be chosen as unit analysis and 275 samples will be selected by stratified random sampling. This analysis result would be advantageous for the hospital’s management, scientists and customers or patients. Through this research, it is known that any change or difference occurring in employee performance might be caused by organizational culture, quality of work life and organizational commitment. In conclusion, organizational culture, quality of work life and organizational commitment had an impact on employee performance. Thus, the policies regarding the factors of organizational culture, quality of work life and organizational commitment need to be arranged into strategic plan of human resources management.

Abstract

The low image of the regional police, which is still relatively poorly known as an institution for protecting, protecting and serving the community is indicated by the service value provided by the regional police which is still lacking in handling riots and riots as well as the relative lack of relationship between Brimob-Polres and regional police. The purpose of this research is to describe the Correlation of Brimob-Polres, Service Value, Police Image, and to test the magnitude of the influence of Brimob-Polres Relationship to Service Value and its implications for Regional Police Image. The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The unit of analysis for the Head of Polres in the West Java Regional Police with a sample of 35 Polres Heads. The time horizon in this study is cross sectional and the analysis method used is the frequency distribution and path analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be found that the correlation between Brimob and Polres of West Java Regional Police is relatively high, the value of police services in the West Java area is relatively high,the image of the regional police is relatively high.Brimob-Polres relationship has an effect on the value of service, the value of police service has an effect on the image of the police, the relationship between Brimob and Polres and the value of service simultaneously affects the image of the police.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior in the decision to purchase a Suzuki Ertiga car in Cilegon City Banten. The population in this study were customers in the city of Cilegon who bought a Suzuki Ertiga with 200 participants. Methods of data analysis using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The software that is used to process and analyze data obtained from this study is the Smart PLS version 3.3.2. The results of the study found that Product Quality, brand awareness and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research has purposed to revealed those impact from the leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance in one of finance company in Indonesia. This research were include in qualitative descriptive research with the population are all employees of that finance company in Indonesia, which amounted of 405 employees, the sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample size of 80 respondents. The data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis method that used is multiple linear regression analysis to examine the hypothesis. According to these data analysis, the results shows that leadership, motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant affect on employee performance.

Abstract

These research was intend to discovered the mediate acts from employee engagement in influencing the affect of employee competence and innovative behaviour on Employees' performance at PT Tetra Pak Indonesia. These research population here used saturated sample from all service engineer employees, with a total sample of 76 service engineers. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The research outcomes showed that innovative behaviour did not have an significant affect towards Employee performance. Competence had an positive impact in increasing the employee engagement and also this employee engagement could be able to motivate the Innovative behaviour and Employee performance

Abstract

This research has purpose to revealed those affect from all dimensions of employee engagement, which is vigor, dedication and absorption on the performance of employees at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance. The aims of this research was to discovered an descriptive explanation relates to the vigor, dedication, absorption and also employees performance at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance and it affects towards the performance of employees at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance. The research population was all employees of PT. Mandiri Utama Finance, which amounted of 210 people. Due to the relatively small population, so all the employees were made as respondents (saturated sampling). The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Sciences) software version 25. The results showed that vigor had a positive and significant affect on employee performance, dedication had a positive and significant affect on employee performance and absorption had a positive and significant affect on employee performance. All above variables has a weak impact with coefficient of determination (R²) only for 32%.

Abstract

This study focuses on improving the performance of SMEs after using a holistic marketing model in their business. The unit of analysis in this research is UKM players who live in Bekasi, West Java. Hypothesis testing with path analysis and using SEM and Lisrel 8.80 software. This study produces a holistic marketing model that is effective, easy to understand and use to improve Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia. The results of this study prove that Relations Marketing has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs, especially in building relationships with distributors. Integrated marketing has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of SMEs, internal marketing has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of SMEs, while Performance Marketing has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Taken together, the holistic marketing model (relations marketing, integrated marketing, internal marketing, performance marketing) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. The dominant variable affecting the performance of SMEs is Relations marketing.
