This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

In meeting the needs of additional funds, BCA has taken into account the needs of customers; provided in the form of credit facilities. The business model of this local credit facility has been well thought out so as to make this facility in demand among customers. Analysis uses 9 business model segments ranging from determining customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. These 9 segments will be interrelated to support BCA as a whole and in line with the vision, mission, values, needs and other activities of BCA.

Abstract

This research aims to inspects the reaction between Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior also its implications to Employees Performance at PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima Tangerang. By using 100 employees at PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima as respondents, and samples would taking with using a random sampling design proportional strata. The Data has been processed by SmartPLS SEM Version 3.0. The results of this research was indicated that Organizational Culture has strong reaction towards Employees Performance, Organizational Commitment has strong reaction over Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has strong reactions over Employee Performance, the outcome from this research simultaneously shows that the Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously has positive react kon employee performance

Abstract

The aim of these research was to discover the main influence factors to employee engagement, Such as: compensation, organizational justice, work life-balance and job satisfaction. This research also wants to know the role of mediation satisfaction on the effect of compensation, organizational justice, work life-balance towards employee engagement. The research method by quantitative explanatory with SEM-PLS. The research sample was 98 BRI Bank Kemayoran Branch employees. Those sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The results showed that compensation, organizational justice has an influence over job satisfaction, while work life-balance does not relate to it. Work-life balance, organizational justice and job satisfaction has affect towards employee engagement, while compensation does not affect those employee engagement. In addition, job satisfaction could mediates the effect of compensation and organizational justice variables on employee engagement, while not on the effect of work life-balance on employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, and Price to Book Value on stock prices. The population of this study are all companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange LQ-45 in the 2015-2018 research period. LQ45 index as one of the stock index indicators on the IDX can be used as a reference as a material to assess the performance of stock trading. This research is to determine the phenomenon that stock prices are one of the measurement tools used to provide information about the success of managing a company. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was taken by using purposive sampling as many as 28 companies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. From these results it can be concluded that earnings earnings have a significant positive effect on stock prices, Return on equity has a significant negative effect, Price to book value has a significant positive effect on stock prices, net profit margins have a negative and no significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

The development of culinary business is increasing in Indonesia, especially in big cities, making promising business opportunities. Warung dimsum are used as research objects for the application of Business Model Canvas. The research method uses quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by interview. The results of the interview show that the Key Activity element is the strongest in the Warung Dimsum. Suggestion from research is that there is a need to develop channel elements to expand sales.

Abstract

Business ethics in managing Human Resources (HR) is very necessary because it is related to humans. Where every human being has the right to receive fair treatment, regardless of ethnicity, race or religion. PT XYZ is a startup that is engaged in the culinary industry. With a number of employees above 500 people, managing HR in accordance with business ethics is crucial. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method. The result is that PT XYZ has generally carried out HR management in accordance with business ethics. But PT XYZ still has tasks such as establishing workers' organizations and making regulatory pocketbooks

Abstract

The procurement process is an important process in supply chain management as it is the spearhead of the entire process. In carrying out the procurement process, there are often problems with the supplier selection activities. This is because the supplier selection process spends a lot of time and resources collecting data and conducting careful analysis that will affect the entire decision alternative. In making decisions relating to the many criteria and the number of alternative suppliers, it requires an effective and uncomplex assessment technique, but it provides accurate results. A mapping and determination of supplier selection criteria is required as a basis for valuation to obtain a qualified supplier. This study focused on PT. XYZ is a construction company in South Tangerang. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the best supplier, there are 4 variables that are reference in conducting the selection of suppliers, such as: cost, quality, delivery, and service. The result in the selection of the supplier company is cost with a weight of 0.268, quality with a weight of 0.290, delivery with a weighting of 0.248, and the service with a weight of 0.194 where conclusions obtained from the analysis of the selection of the best suppliers and in accordance with the criteria, namely PT. CBL for iron suppliers, PT.SAS for cement suppliers, and PT. Citra BSD for suppliers of natural materials

Abstract

Corporate Governance is a structure consisting of shareholders, directors, managers, a set of objectives to be achieved by the company, and tools that will be used in achieving goals and monitoring performance. This study aims to determine the application and benefits of Corporate Governance at POSCO, using descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The application of the principles of Corporate Governance at POSCO has been carried out since 1997 through the management philosophy of "Corporate Citizenship: Building a Better Future Together". For example, the principle of equality is carried out by POSCO by making stronger shareholder protection through the Cumulative Voting System to strengthen the rights of small shareholders. The principle of independence is implemented through the separation of share ownership from company management, assigning 7 out of 12 members of the BoD (Board of Directors) to be external directors, and to separate the functions of the CEO and Chairman of the Board. The principle of responsibility is applied through the establishment of an audit committee, the Corporate Social Responsibility program. Corporate Governance had earned POSCO many national and international awards

Abstract

There has Servers who used for Keeping some domestic flight data at Soekarno-Hatta airport and its often experience downtime or servers inconnected, because these server capacity exceeds those maximum server limit. This research aims to examine and analyze capacity from HP Proliant DL380P Gen8 server that used for domestic flight data at PT. Aero Systems Indonesia. The population here used 3 servers with research sample is 1 server, HP Proliant DL380P Gen8 server. Data analysis exert time series forecasting used comparison from Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing and Weighted Moving Average methods. These results which using Moving Average shows that the use of server capacity exceeds those server capacity limit with highest usage up to 3,568 GB from total available capacity of 2,930 GB, so it needs to change immediately by other server capacity which more balanced with usage at PT. Aero Systems Indonesia.
