This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

After reformation era, there is a very significant shift towards the political life in Indonesia. So politicians and political parties need to redesign competing strategies to win political competition. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Personal Branding, Political Marketing, Politic of Identity and Social Media have an influence on the decision of the community's option. The unit of analysis which been studied was the individuals, they are the individuals who had taken part in the general election of the West Java election. There are 216 respondents with dissemination in 5 cities (Bekasi, Bandung, Tasikmalaya, Bogor, Depok) and 1 district (Garut). The result, Political Marketing and Politic of Identity have a positive and significant effect on the decision of the communities. Personal Branding and Social Media have a positive but not significant effect on the decision to vote.

Currently the restaurant business is growing rapidly in Bandung. This development occurred because of the support of people's behavior to eat outside the home. The issue of environmental damage such as global warming and the greenhouse gas effect, encouraging the emergence of restaurants that provide healthy products and green products. This restaurant appears in order to improve healthy behavior, reduce waste, and provide education to people to live healthy and to protect the environment. One of them is Restoran Kehidupan Tidak Pernah Berakhir (KTPB) which is a vegan restaurant in Indonesia that provides a healthy lifestyle by eating only vegetables and to educate consumers to consume green products. This study aims to determine the effect of Green Brand Positioning, Green Brand Knowledge, Attitude Toward Green Brand in increasing Green Purchase Intention. This research is a quantitative explanatory study using 400 community respondents. Bandung. The calculation and data processing will use Amos software. The results showed that, Green Brand Positioning has a significant impact on Green Brand Knowledge and has significant implications for change for Green Brand Attitude Towards and has a significant influence on Green Purchase Intention. Those variables have a significant impact on the Green Purchase Intention for consumers Kehidupan Tidak Pernah Berakhir Restaurants (KTPB).

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously at the same time. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees at the Merangin Regency Resettlement Area Office. Number of sample were 80 person. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, using the F test and T test. The results of multiple linear regression Y = 79.21 + 0.41 X1 + 0.74 X2 + e. Meanwhile the results of the T test of work motivation variables on employee performance are t count ? t table or 3.31 ? 1.99. while, work discipline variable on employee performance was t count ? t table or 5.02 ? 1.99. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.34%. This means that 34% of the variation in performance can be predicted by work motivation and work discipline variables. While 65% can be predicted by other variables.

This study aims to investigate the relationships between servant leadership, pro-environmental behavior, and external and autonomous motivation among nurses, and whether external and autonomous motivations mediate the relationship between servant leadership and pro-environmental behavior. Based on a survey of 351 nurses, we found that servant leadership was significantly associated with pro-environmental behavior and that external and autonomous motivations indirectly affected the relationship between servant leadership and pro-environmental behavior. Moreover, servant leadership was found to interact with external motivation to predict pro-environmental behavior of nurses. Managers of nursing services should consider servant leadership and its positive influence on nurses’ outcomes in order to improve their performance and, subsequently, the healthcare system.

The purpose of this research are the magnitude of managerial factors, namely the spirit of entrepreneurship, competence, the role of leadership and business partnerships in the small rice mill industry in the DKI Jakarta rice center. This research is an research, because in accordance with the purpose of this study to explain the relationship between the concepts of research and hypothesis testing in order to make decisions inductively or generalize. Considering its purpose, this study wants to obtain a description or description of managerial factors namely entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership role and business partnership and examine its effect on fund management whose impact on financial performance and its implications for business development. The finding of this research is the entrepreneurial spirit which consists of an innovative dimension, a proactive dimension and a risk taking dimension are on a sufficient scale. It can be said that small scale rice mill entrepreneurs in DKI Jakarta rice centers are quite innovative, quite proactive and take moderate business risks.

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. This article reviews the factors that influence organizational commitment and employee performance, namely: Perceived Organizational Support, Communication, and Leadership Style, a Human Resource Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) Perceived Organizational support affects Organizational Commitment; 2) Communication affects Organizational Commitment; 3) Leadership Style affects Organizational Commitment.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction in Shopee. This study also examines the indirect effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as a mediating or intervening variable. The study was conducted at RT 002 Villa Galaxy. The sample in this study was Shopee customers with a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who participated in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The method and analysis tool is Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS Software 3. The results of the study show that service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, brand image significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction, and purchasing decisions mediate the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction. Shopee can improve service quality and brand image so that purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction can be improved, through improved features and application services.

Background this study is to find the importance of the application of strategy generic consisting of the strategy differentiation, strategy cost leadership and strategies focus on created customer loyalty in the centre of the condition pandemics an outbreak of the disease covid-19 in polyclinic MCU XYZ Cardiovascular Hospital in determine policy in order to anticipate the increasing number of patients move to the hospital in the middle of this other industrial competition hospitals that getting high. Research methods that were used with the quantitative approach, subject to a sample research that is 82 patients. Data were collected by means of instruments the questionnaire measured by scale Likert and in analysis with linear regression multiple with the result that the application of strategy differentiation having influence positive impact in creating customer loyalty in polyclinic MCU XYZ Cardiovascular Hospital, shown through value the regression coefficient ( b1 = 0,381 and t count = 4,444 with sig < 0,05.

Business Model Canvas becomes a company performance appraisal. BMC is widely used for initial design of business process. In this research, the author is focusing on analyzing business process in XYZ University, one of the largest well known universities in Indonesia. Through the business process, translated onto BMC to see wider view from the beginning to the end of the process. The BMC and then transforms into 4 areas of Balanced Scorecard to see percentage of 4 areas of the business process. Type of data is primary, by observing and interviewing some employees, students, and alumni, and secondary by searching information through social media. The methods is Business Model Canvas and Balanced Scorecard. The result is by including some inputs, business process of XYZ University confirms that the university will survive in long term and has good capacity to remain as one of the high rank universities in Indonesia.

With so many companies that have emerged and can evolve over time, now the family company has experienced rapid progress. This article was created with the aim of being able to discuss the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in family businesses. PT. X which is engaged in heavy equipment transportation services and has two offices in different regions. By using descriptive qualitative analysis methods in order to provide good information and understand the principles of Good Corporate Governance. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that PT. X must face problems in the application of the principle of corporate accountability is still not able to apply the job desk properly so that in the implementation of the job desk that is implemented still does not meet the principle of independence. So the company is expected to be able to better organize the organizational structure and by using the Family Owned Enterprise (FOE) family company so that the principles of Good Corporate Governance can be better applied to the company.
