This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This research aimed to discover and explain the role of employee satisfaction on the influences of work discipline and employee motivation on employee performance at The Research and Development Department of Ministry of Transportation, Republic of Indonesia. The research method used a quantitative approach. The population was 160 employees of that department. The sample taken by Slovin’s formula with 5% error tolerance was 115 respondents. The data collection technique was administered through questionnaires by convenience method. Data were analyzed by using SEM SmartPLS version 3.2.8 for Windows. The results showed that: work discipline had significant and positive influence on both employee performance and employee satisfaction; employee employee motivation had significant and positive influence on both employee performance and employee satisfaction. However, the path analysis results showed that the indirect influences of work discipline and employee employee motivation on employee performance through the mediating role of employee satisfaction were both smaller than their direct influences.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance. The object of this research is PT ASS, located in Central Jakarta. The entire population numbered 43 people and the number of samples used as respondents in this study was 43 people, the way to distribute questionnaires was using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used as a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire answers are then processed using SPSS 23 Software, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate partially compensation variables on employee performance and influence partially with work environment variables and influence on employee performance, this will be evidenced by the results of the partial significance test (t-test).

Abstract

This research has purpose to find out and investigated the role of HRIS implementation, motivation and competence to improve the employees performance at PT. Artamulia Tatapratama. The research method used quantitative methods with causality approach. The population and sample were amounted to 190 employees. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). And This research was revealed that 1) HRIS implementation had significant beneficial impact towards employee performance, 2) Motivation had significant positive effect on employee performance, 3) Competence had a remarkable reaction over employee performance, 4) HRIS implementation had significant beneficial influence towards motivation and 5) HRIS implementation had significant positive reaction to competence.

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyze those reaction over work family conflict to organizational commitment with work stress and work discipline as mediating variable. Respondents in this research were all female who works as permanent employees at YPK Mandiri Menteng Hospital as many as 103 employees. The analytical method based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings statement were work stress and work discipline has capable to mediate those partial reaction which occurs on work-family conflict to organizational commitment. Work-family conflict has beneficial and significant reaction over work stress, work stress has negative and significant over organizational commitment, work-family conflict has negative and significant reaction against organizational commitment, work-family conflict has negative and significant impact to work discipline, and work discipline has an positive affects and remarkable against organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research was done because wants to explore regarding those influence which come from transformational leadership, performance assessment and training against work satisfaction at PT Pelat Timah NusantaraTbk in Cilegon. This research has include in qualitative research by causality design to prove those causal relationship between several variables such as transformational leadership (X1), performance assessment (X2), training (X3) and work satisfaction (Y). samples used which amounted to 99 people with sampling technique used non probality sampling and sample selected was done by random sampling. Scores of statements on questionnaire used a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) or Structural Equation Model whereas data processed by Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. These results from research could be defined as follows: transformational leadership has mutual reaction to work satisfaction, performance assessment has beneficial impact over work satisfaction, training has positive influence towards work satisfaction and transformational leadership, performance assessment and training simultaneously influence on work satisfaction at PT Pelat Timah NusantaraTbk in Cilegon.

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was determining the result of Analysis of the Effects of Perceived Benefit and Perceived Ease on Consumer Buying Interest in Single Trip Ticket of MRT Jakarta and the Impact on Buying Decision. The present study used descriptive research design with survey method. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The present study was tested using structural equation modeling – Lisrel to examine the effect of significance of the entire model and preset path. The finding showed that Perceived Benefit and Perceived Ease significantly affected Consumer Buying Interest. The present study also showed that Consumer Buying Interest affected Buying Decision. The company should improve Perceived Benefit and Perceived Ease.

Abstract

The research aims to find the factors that cause high inventory value, increase the value of forecasting precision, service level and cost efficiency with fishbone diagrams and proposed methods. The research sample is 9 spare parts included in classification A in the ABC analysis and maintenance list 2018. Forecasting methods use Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing and Syntetos-Boylan Approximation as well as Mean Square Error calculation, deterministic inventory calculation and Continuous Review Method. The results of this study are an increase in logistics costs by $ 808.71 in the inventory management proposal. An increase in service level from 95% to 99% and the error value in the calculation of the proposal becomes smaller using the proposed method. This study also found that the factor causing the high inventory value was due to inaccurate planning methods so that other comparative methods were needed that could increase the precision of demand forecasting.

Abstract

Those company's strategy in developing human resource management and work motivation as an effort to improve employee performance is absolutely needed at PT. SMF because as one of a company which engaged in financial . Its urges to have an employees who are competent on their fields so it would be able to improve those results which have been targeted and accordance to company's vision and mission. This research has purpose to explored the stages of human resource development strategies and work motivation for employees in delivered good performance results. This because most employees are working directly to the field and face to face with market conditions. Those analysis result shows that those strategy has been applied and implemented but still lowest in terms of work motivation because some employees who does not attend those training management their career paths are still not widely open so motivation still relying on bonuses with same value for each division.

Abstract

This research aims to find out those influence from Service Quality, and Product Quality towards Customer Satisfaction and its Implications to Customer Loyalty at PT. Cianjur Artha Makmur. This type of research were catagorized as descriptive analytics research. While population were customers from PT Cianjur Artha Makmur (CAM) totalling of 543 customers according to 2018 company's internal data. These research used Slovin formula to estimates these sample size needed and it obtained 100 respondents. The analysis technique used path analysis through SPSS version 23. The results from this research was indicate that (1) Service Quality has huge impact to Customer Satisfaction (2) Product Quality has significant influence over Customer Satisfaction (3) Service Quality has marked effect to Customer Loyalty (4) Product Quality has undefinable affects towards Customer Loyalty and (5) Customer Satisfaction has huge impact on Customer Loyalty.
