This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This research intend to examined that influence which came from career development, workload and compensation towards turnover intention at PT XYZ's employees. Research population were employees from PT XYZ JATA 2 Area, which amounting to 378 employees, which sample amounted to 195 respondents (by Slovin 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method by multiple linear regression analysis to examined several hypothesis. Those results that earned from this research, such as : 1) There had strongly influence between career development to turnover intention; 2) There has none reaction which occurs from workload towards turnover intention; 3) There had no impact between compensation and turnover intention; 4) There had simultaneously reacted between career development, workload, and compensation against turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how product quality, price, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence the product quality, price, on customer satisfaction has implications for customer loyalty. This study is a census, the number of objects in the population with 100 respondents. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques and SEM (structural equation model) analysis techniques. Correlation analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables, while SEM analysis techniques to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The software used to process and analyze data from this study is Smart PLS version 3.0.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial attitudes, innovation and creativity on business success. The object of this research lies in the company CV. Celbym and Yeiko are engaged in the garment industry. All variables in the study were calculated using a questionnaire with a 5- point Likert scale of 74 respondents with SPSS 24 software. The technique used in this study was validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple regression analysis test and correlation matrix between dimensions. The result show tha entrepreunership, innovation and creativity have a significant effect on business success.

Abstract

The limited employment resulted in the emergence of educated unemployment because the absorption of tertiary graduates in the labor market is also limited. Based on BPS data in 2019, Micro Small Medium Enterprise absorbs 97% of the national workforce. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial interest in batik products among college students from the perspective of self-efficacy, social capital, and entrepreneurial literacy. This research is a quantitative study using Path Analysis method. The results of this study are there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of entrepreneurial interest in batik products. The results of this study are expected to increase entrepreneurial interest among students by applying various factors that influence it.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Internal Audit Quality on the Effectiveness of Good Corporate Governance which is seen from the Independence of Auditors, Professional Capabilities, Scope of Work and Examination at PT Jasa Raharja.The population in this study were all employees of PT Jasa Raharja which were divided into Employees of the Internal Control Unit, Head of Branches, Head of Division, Head of Internal Control Unit and Corporate Secretary of PT Jasa Raharja. Samples obtained by purposive sampling method were as many as 85 employees. The results of statistical tests show that the Quality of Internal Audit has a significant effect on the Effectiveness of Good Corporate Governance that is measured using variables such as Independence, Professional Capability, Scope of Work and Examination.

Abstract

Reporting system or whistleblowing system is a means for whistleblower to report fraud or violations committed by internal organizations. This system aims to uncover fraud that can harm the organization and prevent even more fraud. This research is a case study at PT JR with the aim of this research is to find out the implementation of the whistleblowing system on fraud deetection at PT JR. The method used in this study is a combination method or mix methods. Data collection techniques using triangulation methods, namely quantitative data collection through questionnaires while qualitative through interviews and documents. Analyze data with a descriptive approach to get a real picture of the whistleblowing system at PT JR. The study population is an internal auditor at PT JR with the results of the study showing that the Whistleblowing System has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Detection.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development, compensation, and organizational communication of organization citizenship behavior of the millennial employee at PT Rajawali Nusindo. The methods used in this research use quantitative research methods. The samples used in this study were as much as 87 employees. Primary Data at can be from with questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis in the test using regression analysis using SPSS 23. The study uses non probability sampling methods with random sampling techniques and the analysis method used is a double linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that career development has a significant positive influence over the organization citizenship behavior, significant positive compensation against organization citizenship behavior, organizational communication significantly positive to the organization citizenship behavior and simultaneously career development, compensation and communication of significantly affect the organization citizenship behavior. Abstract

The development of information technology encourages technological growth in the financial sector, namely cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrencies created by private parties still have many shortcomings in terms of security. So it needs an important role from the competent institution. In addition, during the Covid 19 pandemic, cash was considered a medium for spreading the virus. So one of the reasons China started releasing its own digital money was under the strict control of the People's Bank of China. Indonesia is the country with the highest number of positive indications for Covid-19 in Southeast Asia, especially in Jakarta. Therefore, this study examines the planning behavior of the people of DKI Jakarta to adopt cryptocurrency as a transaction tool, using the theory of planning behavior (TPB). 207 research samples were analyzed using covariance-based SEM method with the SmartPLS 2.0 tool. The results showed that only attitudes significantly affect individual intentions to use digital money. Meanwhile, subjective norms and behavioral control do not significantly affect individual intentions to adopt cryptocurrency

Abstract

This research purposed to explored and analyzed those influence from capital adequacy ratios, net interest margins, loan to deposit ratios and non-performing loans towards dividend payout ratios on banks that registered as Buku Empat 2008-2017. Sampling gathered in this research by quantitative approach. Samples which obtained and used were Mandiri Bank, BRI, BNI, and BCA with observation period for 10 years. Data research was secondary data by panel data analysis method. The results shows that capital adequacy ratio had positive and significant influence towards dividend payout ratio, Net interest margin had negative and significant influence towards dividend payout ratio, Loan to deposit ratio had negative and significant impact on dividend payout ratio, non-performing loans had positive and significant impact towards dividends payout ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to determine those influence of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, world oil prices and world gold prices against the property sector stock index which registered In Indonesia Stock Exchange. These population of research were all activities from monthly movement of property sector stock index, inflation, exchange rates, BI interest rates, world oil prices and world gold prices. The sample chosen method by purposive sampling where the researcher gathered its data based on proficiency strategies or personal considerations, selecting data based on these following criteria: 1) Availability of macro economic data that affects shares from property sector during January 2016 to December 2019; and 2) Availability of property stock index data from January 2016 till December 2019. The model used in this research was the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). With The results showed that: 1) ISP responsiveness to inflation movements where stumbled or shocks that occur on inflation had positive influence towards ISP movements; 2) Responsiveness of ISP to instability or shocks that occur in exchange rates will negatively affect ISP movements; 3) Those responsiveness of ISP to the BI rate movement was responded positively; 4) Based on these results from research conducted, the ISP responded negatively on stumbled or shocks towards oil price movements; and 5) ISP responsiveness to movements or shocks to gold price had been responded positively by the ISP.
