Abstract

ABSTRACT Gender is the differentiation of roles, attributes, traits, attitudes and behaviors that grow and develop in society. And gender roles are divided into productive roles, reproductive roles and social roles. Gender can be defined as the roles formed by the community and the behavior that is embedded through the socialization process related to the gender of women and men. There are biological differences between women and men—but culture interprets these biological differences into a set of social demands about appropriateness of behavior, and in turn rights, resources, and power within each individual. While these demands vary by society, there are some striking similarities. For example, almost all community groups hand over responsibility for child care to women, while military duties are assigned to men. Like race, ethnicity, and class, gender is a social category that largely determines a person's way of life and participation in society and the economy. Not all societies experience discrimination based on race or ethnicity, but all societies experience discrimination based on gender—in the form of inequalities and differences—to varying degrees. It often takes a long time to change this injustice. This atmosphere of injustice can sometimes change drastically because of the policies and socio-economic changes experienced during the Global Propaganda period in Indonesia. Keywords: New Media, Gender Relations, Islamic World

Abstract

AbstractThis paper arises from the background of a problem that is currently happening in all parts of the world, including in Indonesia, where Shia and Sunni always cause political tensions that stem from the different ideological understandings of these two schools. This is what makes the world's media both offline and online take advantage of the contestation that occurs between Shia and Sunnis with the aim of dividing Muslims in the world. Tensions that occur between Shia and Sunnis greatly affect relations between countries, especially between Arab countries such as Iran and Egypt, even in one country there can be conflicts between Shiites and Sunnis, for example the case of Sampang in Indonesia. The purpose of this paper is to describe what factors influence the conflict between Shia and Sunnis, the extent of the contestation between Shias and Sunnis in terms of politics in the Islamic world and the opinions of religious leaders about Shia and Sunni understanding. Keywords: Shia and Sunni

Abstract

The birth of this paper is motivated by the phenomenon of many people interpreting the meaning of the wasathan ummah without being based on the terms and conditions of being a commentator. The interpretation of the Qur'an always experiences a shift in tandem with the changing times and changing times. To understand the eating of was Nathan Sumatran referred to in QS Al-Baqarah 143, not all Muslims understand its meaning but only some people who have certain knowledge (Mufassir). In determining the explicit and implicit meaning of the word summation was then, experts apply various kinds of scientific discourse, such as interpretation and ta'wil which then find the findings of the two methods. Besides that, internalizing the word summation was then with the concept of Pancasila is the subject of this paper. Keywords: Ummatan Wasathan, Tafsir, Ta'wil, Pancasila.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is a theory born from human thinking about educational problems and efforts to solve them systematically and fundamentally. And education is also included in the practice applied in human activities to educate students in order to achieve certain expected goals. Professionalism itself is an understanding that teaches that every job or profession must be done by a professional person. In Islam, all work must be done in a professional manner, in the sense that it is done properly and correctly. This can only be done by an expert like that. whatever type of profession a person has, he should do it professionally. Therefore, this article is deliberately made to discuss the professionalism of teachers and what terms are used in the Qur'an in the world of education. There are various terms God conveys to humans related to the meaning of professionalism, for example in the letters Al-An'am: 135 and Al-Isra” 84 which has a meaning in the style of ala yang mana man Atiku and the word ala syakitraini which has the meaning of degree, place, the writer can draw the term understanding that the Qur'an gives a signal that a job must be done professionally. Abstract

Abstract Reporting of terrorist acts in Indonesia has always been a hot topic of discussion. When reporting on the action related to radical Islamic groups automatically appears a negative stigma against Islam. The negative stigma presents Islamophobia and becomes a topic of discussion on social media that affects social and political interpretations of society. All feel entitled to provide views, comments, feedback and attitudes and seek to influence each other. Some Islamic teachings or terminology are stigmatized as the cause of the birth of acts of terror. Among them, the debate over the terminology of "infidel", "jihad", "khilafah" which is essentially a terminology that is in the Qur'an and even part of Islamic teachings. The mass media also reported incidents of violence that were not related to radical Islamic groups in Indonesia. Even though the perpetrators are individuals or groups who are adherents of a religion or come from a certain race, it is still possible not to attach a negative stigma to the religion and race of the perpetrators. There is no stigma that terminology, teachings or culture are referred to as the cause of the birth of acts of violence as stigma against Islam. Indonesia is one of eleven countries in Southeast Asia. Unlike some other countries in Southeast Asia, Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. Unlike Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and Thailand, these countries are predominantly non-Muslim. The world is witnessing the unpeaceful attitude shown by the Thai government towards the Muslims of Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and southern Songkhla. The world is also witnessing the plight of the Rohingya Muslim population in Myanmar. Although Cambodia to this day has provided good protection for the champ Muslim community, the Khmer Rouge's bad behavior towards them was heartbreaking. The conflict that has occurred has given rise to discriminatory attitudes and even genocide against Muslim minorities. Whatever the reason, this also cannot be separated from the negative stigma against Muslims in these countries with Muslim minorities. Keywords: New Media, Islam, Global Propaganda, Antithesis, Islamophobia

This study uses qualitative. I chose this qualitative approach to gain insight into the achievement of student learning goals through the collaboration of principals in the MTS project, Ministry of Religion, Medan. Data collection techniques in this study, using a list of interviews, documentation, and observation. The subjects in this study were the principal, vice-principal, and teaching staff. The results of the study indicate that learning in the MTS project of the Medan Ministry of Religion has not been well established because there is still a lack of communication between principals and teachers, which is a very necessary role for students. The main factor for good communication is the lack of input from the principal for teachers about the effectiveness of teaching and learning in the classroom. So from this problem, the researcher can conclude that the scope of the teacher who is less involved is very influential on the students in motivating to learn.
